Every time I go in here to get a money order, the managerial staff says they can’t open CUSTOMER SERVICE up… which baffles me. Because I have stood and watched Nathan, the manager tel me no, brush me off and go stand next to his coworkers and shoot the breeze. He’s rude and dismissive.I would go other places, but this is a quick stop when I’m grocery shopping and we live out in the cut. The fact that they can’t open the Cs desk WOULD be understandable, but the managers stand around chit chatting and do nothing. It’s extremely rude and frustrating. This has happened every time I’ve gone in to get one since we moved this way about 8 months ago.I hate to write a review, but come on… this sort of request isn’t one that would require that much work or effort. Also, if you’re gonna say “no” to a customer… do it when you’re actually busy. Don’t be an a** and stand there and brush people off.
Beware!! Deceptive practices!! Look close at the sign, which says 2 for $5 (Blueberries). No blueberries in the cooler, only strawberries. I asked one of the workers about it, and they were very closed lipped, and offered no explanation. Out of curiosity, I bought 2, and sure enough there was no discount. In fact, they were much more expensive that I had expected. Very shady indeed! If this kind of shade is out on display, Id hate to imagine what goes on behind the scene!
I am currently on the phone with Kroger on hold, and Ive waiting for an actual eternity to ask if MY LOST WALLET was found at their location. I have not spoken to a human being after 40 minutes of waiting patiently and I suspect they dont plan to pick up the phone, ever. This is not the way to loyal customers and I am appalled that this could ever be allowed to happen. SHAME ON YOU.Update: still on hold!Update 2: THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I never spoke to a single human being.
Store overall is OK however there is an active scammer had bad luck with their gift cards twice already have purchased cards that we have already had some scam works on them. it is not the fault of the company or the management that made this happen just be aware when you purchase gift cards from that location. Some other cards may have been compromised and in this case you are at the mercy of the card issuer. The one star rating I give on this review is specifically for the gift card business at Kroger.
This store is recently remodeled and its worse! The store has puddles (not kidding) of water everywhere! Theres towels on the floor in the puddles! The frozen items are covered in frost. The aisles are super close together. I tried to find several Private Selection items, but they were out of stock.I wont be back to this store anytime soon.
Fresh and nice fruits. The self cart is irritating. If you are in hurry or good moon do not take the cart, pay at the counter or self service.
Has horrible corporate customer service. Wont reimburse you when they mess up your order and wait time for clicklist are 3+ hours.
Clicklist = A++! Amazing accuracy and speed. You couldn’t have made it easier for me and my family. Love this Kroger!
This is nice clean Kroger it usually has everything I need. Ive been coming here for years. It gets keeps up with new products.the prices are good. They have a good selection of organic Produce.
I picked up my groceries today at the Dublin, OH Kroger at Hospital Drive and Hanna brought out my groceries via the Pickup service. Despite the very chaotic circumstances (thunderstorm, ongoing pandemic, and looking like she was the only colleague manning the Pick Up), she did an amazing job of staying calm and professional. Kroger, please be sure to recognize these excellent staff members and be sure to provide them with additional support!
WORST technicians. Zero customer service. Pharmacy manager should be fired because when the technician was being rude over the phone in front of the pharmacist in-charge did not even care to ask the technician to be polite to the customer. It is not like I asked your technician about condoms or to sleep with me over the phone. It was a general question about COVID-19 vaccine.
One of my favorite Kroger stores. Big parking lot and gas station outside. A Starbucks inside.Large store with great selection. Always well stocked.Large Fresh Produce Department. Deli, specialty cheeses, and baked goods very inviting.Nice little area for Buckeye gear for yourself or if in need of a gift.Staff is always very friendly and helpful!
This is such a nice grocery store. Three best Kroger in Dublin!
Come here if you want to wait 30 min to checkout. No joke. Every time.
Poor customer service, poor management
Very nice, very clean, very organized. Their layout makes sense unlike other Krogers Ive been to. I know I dont have to go to other places just to get everything I need when I come here
Great customer experience. Lena was great help at the self checkout
THIS Kroger was very typical LIKE most if their stores, BUT didnt HAVE full service like clothing, furniture, jewelry n etc., but it did have banking and Starbucks.....SO its was Great for a quick trip to pick up a few groceries. But I gave a 4 star BECAUSE the Customer Service was Excellent!!!😍
Used to be my favorite store, but they are running out of my favorite items every weekend. Called and manager promised to address, but nothing has changed in two months: 32 oz. Egg Beaters, crumbled turkey sausage, and regular HE 150 load Tide are out of stock again today.
Decent Kroger. One thing I will say is that if you are interested in bulk items you should consider coming during off peak times because they seem to run out of the popular bulk items (various nuts mainly) during peak times.
Terri B. at the Pharmacy went above and beyond when helping me fill a new prescription. She helped turn my day around with her kindness and sympathy when I needed it most. Thank you!
I have shopped in this Kroger store hundreds of times. Today I went to this store to return a package of cat food that my wife mistakenly picked up when she meant to purchase dog food. I was very rudely told by the customer service? person that “we won’t take back anything that has been in someone’s house”. The fact of the matter was that this package was cleaner than when we bought it, because we wiped it off with germicidal wipes before bringing it into our house. We won’t shop at Kroger again!
This is a great Kroger. It is always clean and well stocked. Friendly employees. If you cant find something they are always willing to check in the back.
I am surprised that Kroger on Hospital Drive does not require masks in their store. Every time I am in the store I see people without masks. ☹️
Ive been shopping here for over 3 years now the only problem is the place isn’t always as clean and one time i saw a fly trapped in a donuts box and I reported it but over all not bad at all
Closes at 1am not open 24 hours. They havent updated their hours in over a year. Other then that misinformation the store is always stocked and most of the staff is helpful. Its a great place for groceries. Clean and a lot of organic options. The natural section is awesome and the store has a wide slection of items.
After traveling all over America we were happy to be in a Kroger store again. Good deals and efficient staff. Plus free fruit for the kids. A great shopping experience.
Went to kroger like I always do to get my fuel and I will leave my car run while I get out to get the gas started. They guy working says maam you need to turn off your vehicle while pumping I say ok, as I had no problem with this, and proceed with my transaction since I was in the middle of paying. I then lift the nozzle out and start pumping. I then go over turn off my vehicle and go back to the pump. The guy there then stops the pump even though I had turned off my engine! This was very rude as he stared at me while I am trying to figure out why my gas is not working. Very dissatisfied with this service and it could have been handled in a better way since I did as he asked. I will be taking my business to Giant eagle.
Its a lot like the Giant Eagle marketplace in Dublin. Has everything. Starbucks, Sushi, Olive bar, alcohol bar, clothing, toys, cheese section, wine cellar, bulk items aisle, and a huge bakery section. They have a separate, smaller self-checkout section by the Starbucks on top of the regular self checkout area. This way, you can rush in and get out with a couple items without having to deal with lines. Also, they have car shopping carts for kids to ride in and tiny shopping carts for kids to do their own shopping. Love it.
Slow service. Wonky layout. Very chaotic layout.
Ive had the most miserable customer service. At the desk and on the floor. I never shop here for about a yr and never will. I had an employee on the last visit threaten me bc I made a comment to the manager he was being rude and didnt want to help me. I was in a motorized wheel chair. He grabbed the wheel chair and wouldnt let go, getting in my face. He gave me hell. I balled my eyes out all the way to my car. I have had so many cocky rude employees here. The best employee was Linda in self check out. Shes the best ! I miss her. But, other then that I dont shop there at all. Im done.
It was the worst day in a long time. I spent $315 dollars and they had no packers nor no one asked to take them out and put in car. This krogers needs somebody to get the store in better shape
Was a typical Kroger. Was listed on Google as 24 hours but alas it wasnt. I would go there again, had a decent selection, was clean, and for the most part the people seemed pleasant.
Friendliest workers in town. Good prices and good selections. Pickup is available if you are unable to shop on your own.
This location is great! The produce is always good quality. Theres usually not much of a wait and the pharmacy is one of the few Kroger pharmacies that is 24 hours.
3 Krogers on my way home, and Im done stopping at this one. The late shift employees at the other two are much nicer; They are pleasant, kind, and helpful so I enjoy seeing them whereas I dread Avery. Kudos to Dublin Granville & Marysville - you guys are the best!
This Kroger is OK.. The nighttime/overnight self checkout clerk could be more friendly. He makes you feel as if you dont belong there, or oh crap why are these ppl coming in my store hes always got this mean blank stare on his face. The daytime staff is super though. Thats what gets them 4 stars. But, I usually shop at night, the night crew really needs a make over.
Well of course the location is Great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Anthony did a great job at checkout👍
Well staffed. One of the newer Krogers, so has everything one would expect. Good wine and beer selection, bakery, and deli. Peak hours will be fairly busy, but the lines are typically well staffed.
This is a Kroger Market place. Lots of different things than a normal Kroger. You can still get all your normal items, but you can pick up a few exotic ones as well.
This is one of my favorite Kroger! Always well stocked.
Great sales, nice people. Always enjoy Jacobs smile!
I work there!
Great buffet. Food is truly authentic. Server could pay more attention.
Good market place to buy. Would love to get A2 milk from here if the store make that milk available that would be Great !!
I had a shipping visit with the dietician from the little clinic and gleaned helpful information for specializing my diet for my health needs!
It would have been great if the store was actually open 24/7.
Nice, quick in and out visit. Pleasant staff, large selection of goods and services.
Refused to refund my money and couldn’t give me a reason why even with the receipt?? Corporate did nothing either.
They don’t enforce the mask mandate at this store.
Tried the order online and pick up at the store service for the first time. Great experience. Would do again
Excellent selection but they need more cashiers. The self serve lines are not efficient
This location has a Close to Home urgent care that was available to prescribe me medication for a poison ivy rash. And then when I realized that the Walgreens pharmacy they sent the prescription to was closed for a holiday, the Kroger pharmacy rescued me! Even though it took the pharmacy clerk (named Sara) a nearly 40 minute long phone call with the folks at Walgreens to clear up the insurance issue on their end, she went well above and beyond to help me and was courteous, pleasant, and patient despite the frustrating issues that Walgreens kept putting up. Sara also personally walked over to the urgent care in order to get the doctor to adjust one of my prescriptions so that I would have a sufficient quantity until the poison ivy rash cleared up. She is the best! This location also has the best yogurt selection, a Starbucks coffee stand, a Dublin Jerome spirit wear selection, and a Kroger gas station here.
Great people always helpful almost always have what I want
Very clean, very friendly stuff ready to help. Well stocked.
Absolutely the worst grocery store I have ever been to, theres no room to walk, ALL THE CUSTOMERS are the rudest bunch of people I have ever been around in my life, extremely glad I dont come here for my shopping and this was a one time stop.
Typically clean and products are out and neat. Moves sections around every once in a while.
Very well managed.Focused on sevice and products. You wont wait long in line here like other groceries.
These people are con artists! They dont give you the fuel points they say they are going to give you. When you confront them about the issue, they tell you to get lost!!!
I have been going to this Kroger’s for almost 15 years. The pharmacy has gone downhill in service. I had to call three times today to check on a prescription and they hung up on me twice! All in all with the waits to be connected. 30 mins out of my day!Not exceptable when customer service is what also sets you apart from the competition!
Kroger is great, pharmacy has been going downhill since hasnt been open 24 hrs. Just tonight well before 9pm when they closed, I was looking for Benadryl, had no clue where it was, approached an already closing window on me, and asked where can it be found, lady pointed and said over there. As I turned around she closed the window. Now how it is I was able to find and take a pic and it wasnt 9pm yet. As we shop there less and less each day, it seems another reason to head on over to Aldi.....Oh yes Walgreens can get my scripts from now on!!!
Great place for all your grocery needs. The little clinic inside is a great place to see a doctor for minor ailments.
VERY NICE STORE & STAFF. THE BEST, IN MY OPINION
Awesome store. Everyone is always friendly. Store is very clean.
Great store but staffs can be more friendly and helpful !
Pretty standard kroger. Good quality food for good prices, and the staff are nice.
Love these Kroger it big F rist time there today will be back
The staff is always helpful, the selection of food items is extensive and checkout is generally speedy.
Very nice Kroger. Ample parking, big store, great selection, clean, friendly employees.
Wish they would have their karts you put the baby car seat in, inside recently they are outside in the freezing cold and inconvenient to the mommas who need them . But that’s the only complaint I have everyone there is super nice and helpful :)
Wide selection of items in every department, and most prices are competitive. Staff is friendly, especially in departments where more service is required such as the bakery and deli.
Good prices and well organized.
Great customer service. Employees never miss a grating. And help us always there
They are always out of most things on my list! It seems Kroger’s has great sales. Too bad every time I shop there, they are out of their sale items! I tried to shop at another Kroger’s. The second Kroger’s was out of sale items! The customer service representative said “we run out as soon as the truck unloads.” Well maybe order twice as much! How is it acceptable to be out of your sale items? The manager works Monday thru Friday 6am-2pm. Maybe if he was there on the weekends the store might not look like it did!
Ample parking, good size grocery store. Took 1 star off as pharmacy is not 24hrs anymore.
Late night trip to the pharmacy and the Pharmacist was awesome and very helpfulThank you!
Im mostly here late or during the day on my days off. During the day its hectic and busy. At night theres only a few people. Theyre always restocking every night so sometimes theyre out of what I need. Today they were out of one gallon red milk, only had half gallons. I figured out their clearance sections and I make sure to visit there sometimes they have good stuff from holidays, or about to expire foods. Sometimes the lines are long during the day, and sometimes i struggle finding what I need but the Kroger app tells me what aisle I need to go to. The worst part of the whole store is the bathrooms are SO BAD. Ceilings, toilets, sinks, out of stock, and you practically have to clean it yourself before using. The gas station nearby, starbucks inside, and free Friday are all perks.
Clean orderly and well staffed store. Decent prices also.
Horrible store, rude management and staff. This store is constantly out of stock of basic staple items and never has items that are listed as on sale in their ad no matter what day of the week you go into the store. I have tried speaking to the store managers, but they just dismiss you.
This was my 3rd time shopping through the Checklist from Avery Kroger. Everything was ok until i picked my last order. The associate who did my produce shopping have no knowledge about bad produce. She gave me spoiled eggplants. My question to the Kroger management will be If i had to come to your store again and again to replace the spoiled items, then what is the use of opening so called checklist service? FYI: the employee name was Elvis.
Restrooms where completely discussing there was poop, blood, and toilet paper all over the ground . Didnt mind the store before seeing this but, if youre selling food i dont want to walk into a restroom that looks like that. It is extremely unsanitary and unhealthy. Its not that diffucult to check your restrooms though. Expecially when seeing most of your employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing
Im not sure if I just caught them on a bad day, but my visit here was not pleasant. I was greeted at the door by an assertive person with a vapid smile and a manager in tow. Every staff member I met after that seemed to hate their existence. Deli workers were cranky and stressed, stockers looked brow beaten, and the checkout crew acted like they wanted their shifts to be over as soon as possible. Ive never been to a Kroger with this vibe.
Very nice. Atmosphere is great and lines usually quick.
Clean. Good selection and really good deals and prices
I only had to go to this Kroger to get my prescription filled. But it was a really nice store.
Decent, but I honestly enjoy Giant Eagle more
This location always seems to have everything I need. Employees are friendly and helpful
Great selection of produce and pretty good at keeping stock up quickly if they run out of something
The pharmacy is 24/7, it has a great organics section, and always have good deals going on
Excellent store. Friendly service and great selection
Friendly staff, good service, overall good place!!!
Good sales nice employees awesome meats
Very clean store.. lots of selection...fast service... in and out
Such a large selection. Found everything that was needed with ease.
The night shift employees are super RUDE. When I asked to exchange quarters because I needed to pump my tires ( got a tire flat) and one of the cashiers said Im locked out which was basically saying she signed off and didnt want to sign on again, even though I explained my situation to her. Then going to the staff member attending the self check out station and ask him to exchange quarters, which then he only promptly allowed me to exchange 1 dollar worth of quarters which only allowed to fill my tire partially. Quite frankly Iam really dissapointed in the Kroger night staff for being so unwilling to help a person out.
Great variety of organic produce. Very large store. Takes time to find things, might be confusing to some.
