Im certain Ive never been to a better Luckys store. Feels like a Whole Foods but with better products, lower prices, and better service. Keep it up!

I love this Luckys California. Its very clean, nice and always has a ton of groceries. The staff is very nice and helpful. Its never really crowded and shopping here is easy. I always find what I am looking for here.

Clean, well stocked store. Has old fashion soda stock, like dads rootbeer, orange and bubble up sodas. Good butcher shop.

Awesome store cleanly maintained and good collections of groceries, pastries, meat n cakes. They have good collection of organic foods.Their fruits n vegetables are so fresh. Deli is on par with other super markets.

Very nice grocery store. People are friendly and helpful. Like being able to get a Peets Coffee inside the store. Their Caramel Macchiato is the best !!!!

I come here once a month for the free fish fry. Its a genius plan for them. While I wait for the fish fry to finish I generally browse the isles and make other purchases

I ordered from Grubhub... Do not order from here if you are expecting food of higher grade than Wendys or Culvers.Mashed potatoes and gravy arrived cold (clearly refrigerated). Ribs overcooked. I received the wrong bag of chips. Its not a big deal that the gravy arrived in a jelly-like state, and the potatoes stuck to the container because they were so cold... I just wish there was a warning on delivery apps that said FOOD ARRIVES UNPREPARED.The wings are passable, but for a BBQ wing it was too sweet and had a strong hint of black pepper which (I assume) was an attempt to add heat to the wings. I like black pepper, but was expecting something different from what I ordered. Im disappointed.

Safeway used to be our go too store but ever since Lucky California opened I managed to get my family do their main shopping here they just need to chick it out for themselves. We still go to Safeway once in a while, Whole Foods for harder to find fine items, certain produce, and Trader Joes for the same reason. The store is very well kept and now that shoppers are beginning to come with a bit of a higher frequency many products arent sitting on shelves for as long as they used to. The store is super clean, well stocked (it is rare not to find our items in stock. Except for the Christopher Ranch 16oz bag of peeled whole monviso garlic cloves that come in individual packages. They stay fresher much longer and are amazing in fresh salads raw.)Staff has been very friendly with the exception of some of the Deli departments employees. Its on and off in regards to customer service and a smile or watm welcome to Lucky gretting with some of them for sure. However, after a couple visits I went out of my way because sometimes the deli department can get some customers that lets be frank here, can be jerks and expect some sort of royal treatment and the world revolves around them. Who knows, we all have rough days and a customer can be rude when ordering their products just as much as a employee and vuce versa. Sox after getting to know some of them and chatting it up a bit with them I get along well with them and the entire staff at Lucky. Some go out of their way to greet us and if Im not there with my family they ask how they are doing. I used to work at Safeway and although I didnt work at the deli department I knew from first hand talking with my coworkers and management that the deli is a tough department, high stress, and demanding as heck!Stop and think before jumping to conclusion, show a little compassion and who knows, you can turn that persons day around, gift em with a laugh or two, and turn the frown upside down. You never know what someone is going through or went through on any given day.((Photos of the food are all cooked using Lucky California Grocery items))To conclude, Lucky is a good and accommodating store to shop at. Well stocked, clean (including the restrooms) they have excellent sushi. and hot food items from Mexican, to Asian, to Indian and more, a good salad bar and cold bar for ready made sandwiches and more. Theyve also added a station about two months ago with ready to cook meals that require no oils or fats to cook. Just take home and heat for 10 minutes. The choices range from mac and cheese to coconut green curry shrimp (sides and main dishes) There is also a juice and smoothie bar that also offers fresh squeezed Valencia orange juice in two sizes for one or two persons or also for the whole family. Also inside this Lucky is a PEETS coffee that has a happy hour 1/2 off from 2pm to 5pm and after your fifth purchase or ( fifth brew buck earned for each single coffee purchase whether its a regular coffee, espresso, latte, capp, frapp, iced coffee etc.) your next coffee drink is free. Best of all its all kept track of with your Lucky U rewards account. So youre saving the environment, enjoying your coffee, and reaping the rewards.So yes, this Lucky California rocks!

Big store with wide isles. Friendly staff and very clean. They have a cool robot that goes up each isles and checks inventory.

Truly a wonderful experience all around percect accept one issue.. it defeats the purpose of washing your hands then blow drying hands the you exit with new germs on your hands from door knob need hand sanizer after you exit restrooms or paper towels to use and open door. This will keep the transfer rate down especially when people touch a lot of fruit and more.

This was a very fancy Luckys. All I needed was syrup for this trip. Can definitely give a better review when more serious shopping needs to be done.

Not enough stock of items. They just have a little stock of each selection.

Very knowledgeable staff and extremely sweet checkout folks. They are generally well stocked and well priced. Oh and did I say they have Thumbsup and Limca and Pakola at cheaper than desi stores plus Parle G!!!!

This Lucky store is the only place I can find my favorite Kimchee.

Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs since I moved to San Ramon.Im gone.For over 2 mos I ve been asking for an electric car as Im in my 80s and need one.None available.Left and went to Safeway and two beautiful carts were there.Bye Luckys.

I went to go visit my sister-in-law I needed a few things so I stop by this Lucky store it was the cleanest Lucky supermarket I’ve ever been to!!! They all should be like this!!!!

This is one of the best Luckys Ive ever shopped in. They have items Ive never seen in any supermarket. Theyre well stocked, lots of good deals, produce section is amazing!! Great Customer Service too!!

Nicest Lucky store I have been in. It is well laid out. Prices are reasonable. Staff are polite and available. Fresh produce, meats, seafood and dairy. Location is good, other shopping near by and eateries close by. Staff will carry you purchases to your car. Should you need help.

Can the staff please wear face covers? A simple cloth face cover, looped over the ears...keeps the staff and shoppers safe. Only the cashiers and shoppers are covered...how about the produce stocking group? I very much appreciate their positive attitude despite having to do a tough job at tough times!

Little confused finding items since I dont normally shop here. Self checkout was easy and I was assisted by employee when I had an issue.

Great selection of produce, dairy, ice cream and meat selections. I also like the fresh juice bar, and flowers. Sometimes the number of check out counters they keep open are less even when the line keeps increasing. Self checkout lines help, but they are closed in the evening at a certain time. Overall a great place to shop groceries. Ample parking with Target, Dicks sporting goods, and many other stores and eateries in the complex (Fallon Gateway) it makes a great single stop for shopping and food both weekdays and weekends.

Everyone seems miserable here...i ask someone a question and they act SO UNHAPPY.. this place is depressing because of the employees. The store is nice and always stocked, but they really need to hire kind people that are courteous. I always leave feeling drained from their depressing energy (not to be mean)

Clean amd they have lots of keto options

Its a nice building with a decent selection of brand name products. Unfortunately the employees are unprofessional and dont know the basics of customer service. The biggest problem seems to be in the deli. The ladies are as lazy as they are unfriendly. They make it clear that they are inconvenienced by any customer that approaches because they will have to stop talking to each other at some point to deal with the customer. Nobody smiles here. Its disappointing because the store is in a convenient location. There is no management presence and near-tangible apathy toward the customer experience. It is very clean and pretty well stocked. Whats nice is that you usually have the place to yourself. Its very rare to see a line form, which is good because they only ever have one cashier at the front on weekdays. Youll want to check the expiration dates on meats and dairy like yogurt, because everything seems to sit for so long on the shelves. The breads seem very fresh though.

This is my go to place, when Im looking for something special, en route to home. I like the prices, cooked food bar with nice selections. The staff is friendly, courteous and always very helpful.

Beautiful store. Prices are the same, so far as I can tell, as at regular Lucky stores. The bakery and deli are emphasized and theres an improved salad and hot food bar that features standard fare as well as some good ethnic options.5 stars once they figure out that they need more cashiers. Only two on duty all of the previous three times there. Waiting 5 extra minutes to check out dampens the experience.

They compete on prices with Safeway very well. Their meat & seafood seems about on par. They have a very small produce section with limited selections. I get better produce & prices from ranch 99 and sprouts. The store is very clean for now. I hope it stays that way

Great customer service with awesome prices! The store is nicely kept and there are always friendly store associates to help me when I need assistance. I love that they have a Peet’s Coffee bar in the store. There is a smoothie where you can create whatever kind of smoothie you like. They also have freshly squeezed juice! My favorite is the apple juice. Lastly you can get freshly fried fish in the meet department! I love to get fried shrimp or salmon to snack on.

Beautiful store great place to have lunch. Huge variety of salads soups hot prepared foods. There is an area to sit. Peets coffee is in there too.

Please dont buy produce from this new store. I have bought a pack of green salad on 6/24/18 and find out today it was expired on 6/23, inside package was full of spoiled leafs and wet. I did throw it away, how can a brand new store selling the expired stuffs? Especially salad is supposed fresh so people can eat it raw. Beware of expiration date. I wont go back to this store.

Store is nice. Price points can be off. The deli cooks with too much salt in EVERYTHING.

Not as cheap as they claim.. Whole food price feels cheaper. However, food varieties as much better than whole food
