Dont have an appointment set because they dont stick to them. Dropped a car off at 11am for recall and it was only suppose to take 2hrs. We told them that we needed it back as soon as possible due to having to work later this afternoon. At 2pm we still had not heard from them so we go check just in case they forgot to call us. Well the car had not been touched. They immediately jumped on it and said it would be ready by 2:30 pm. It was finally repaired and we left around 2:45 pm. Yep light was still on showing the work needs to be done for the recall. If you did the work why not reset the light indicator so we wouldnt question whether or not it was actually done. Not too happy. Was also listening to the cashier telling another worker that people who were not sitting inside waiting on the car was being pushed down the list. Now that is some bull. Another thing is.... dont try to tell me your service man is on a test drive with someone when they work in the service dept not the sales floor.

Great place to shop. Go see my man J Anthony. He is guaranteed to work with you to try to help you get what you need. I love my Nissan Pathfinder. Also great staff and they explain everything for you so you can get the best understanding.

This review is for service only. I have a BRZ with a Toyota boxer motor. Was told they couldn’t do anything beyond basic maintenance on anything not Toyota. It’s the exact same car as the 86. Exact same motor. Toyota written on the motor. I need spark plugs and an oil change. Can it get much more “basic”?

Great service from Nick and Adam!! I was traveling from N.C. to Fl. in my 2006 4 runner. I had an electrical issue which left me stranded. Adam put me in touch with Watson towing (great people) and then got my vehicle in late on a Saturday. Nick was great as well. He diagnosed and repaired my vehicle, then got me on the road in record time. Even got me some ice for my venison. I could not have asked for better service than what I received from Nick and Adam. This yr. Had a 2015 Toyota Camry. We bought it at Pitts. Have always used their service dept. This time was the worst service ever. I had a serviceman yell at me over the phone. They were rude, and very uncooperative. It seemed like all they wanted was money. Ended up paying them 1,000 dollars for nothing. Just to get my car back. I am very disappointed in the customer service I receivedI will never do business with them againAnd I do pay cash for my vehicles.

Good prices but not always honest. Family has purchased four vehicles from them via internet sales. They usually give the best or match the price of all the local dealers (note I have gotten lower prices driving up to Atlanta and the vehicles there had like 5 miles on them). My last purchase, however, was disappointing.Some items were missing from the vehicle (like the cell phone charge kit). After noticing these things missing, contacted them and the were supposed to mail them to me. Weeks passed and they never did. Contacted them and they kept saying they would ship them....never did. Someone I know finally went up there and got these things. That was super lazy on Pitts’ part. I guess once the sale was done, the customer did not matter as much or at all.Additionally (and this is what pushed me to post this review), I recently installed a cold air intake on my vehicle. It was then than I noticed the stock Panasonic battery was gone and a cheap piece of junk Toyota true-start battery was in its place.That, to me, is shady and dishonest. If the stock battery was bad/discharged/etc and had to be changed for whatever reason, I should have been told. I went through all the booklets and everything and saw nothing mentioning a battery change.I blame myself for not catching these things on the lot and in the future there will not be a vehicle purchase #5 from Pitts.

Car was about to break down, they told me to bring it in even though there weren’t any open spots for the day, had me in and out in a couple of hours with great customer service.

I had a great experience at Pitts Toyota Andrew (AJ) was my sales guy I told him my situation and really didn’t think he could do more than tha others that had been lying but I gave him a try Andrew called me within an hr telling me to come get my new car and I’m like are you serious. AJ was amazing! My mother wanted a new car and was under a certain price range. He contacted my mom as soon as after I contacted him and listened to what she wanted. We ended up going to a place closer at first and they did not meet our needs. Not only did he deliver but he was able to upgrade and keep the same price range. It was worth the drive from Warner Robins. I respected the professionalism and the enthusiasm the entire time during the process. AJ went above and beyond to assure my mother had the exact vehicle she wanted and within the price range. He was able to stay in contact over the phone during the entire process which made the buying day that much easier. AJ was very receptive to all calls and text messages. When we arrived, AJ had the car ready to text drive and all the paper work drawn up. AJ was very well-informed about financing and available options as well as presenting the vehicle and its features. I was truly amazed with this sale and will not hesitate to come back or recommend someone to come here.

Fast service for a Saturday!!

I purchased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 from AJ Grane at Pitts Toyota in March of this year. He made the process simple. I had know idea what I was looking for, I just knew I wanted something bigger than my Camry which I also purchased from AJ years before. AJ was very honest with me throughout the entire process. I was so pleased with my purchase, I sent my daughter to him. She purchased her first car from AJ as well. Due to Covid she viewed cars online. Once she found one she liked, AJ drove it to our house for her to test drive on a Sunday. Paperwork completed in our living room. I would highly recommend AJ. He always goes above and beyond.

We purchased a CPO vehicle and the salesperson, Mary Linda Flanders was superb! She made the whole process very easy and transparent which is very rare to find when purchasing a vehicle. She answered all of our questions immediately- gave us all of the paperwork, everything was ready for us when we arrived and all correct. We purchased out of state so ease and correct info and documents were key to a successful and very positive purchase. Also the person who explained the available warranties and what CPO gave us was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would definitely purchase from Pitts again.

Well I was just sold a truck the dealer didnt go over the truck with me I have had to figure out how everything works myself, and still dont know how everything works. Im not very happy at this point.

Been coming here for years. Im only able to come on Saturdays due to my schedule. I get oil changes every 5000 miles, so this Saturday when I came in, the lady asked did I have an appointment. Of course not, Ive always been told its first come first served. Now u need an appointment on a Saturday. How am I supposed to know if you dont notify your customers???

This review is long overdue. My father asked me to post this for him. He had an accident on I 16 just out side of Macon. He had damage to the front end of his Tundra and had the truck towed to Pitts for repair. Blake, Sam and all the folks at the dealership were great. They had him in a rental car in minutes of his arrival with the tow truck and on his way. They followed up daily on the repairs and had the Tundra ready when promised. Even though he lives in Atlanta, he plans to stop in for service the next time he is in the area. The fine people and service at Pitts in Dublin is second to none. In the past year Ive visited the Pitts service department thrice for recall work (new airbags) for my 2003 Toyota Corolla. During all three visits I have encountered nothing but smart, pretty ladies, easy-going guys, and prompt reliable service.Yesterday, on my third visit, I stopped one of the mechanics and received some good advice on maintaining my 2014 Prius C. I also had a nice visit with Mike, at the Pitts Body Shop, who quickly and graciously fixed my Corollas hood-prop stick.Thats the kind of customer-centric mindset that good management instills, and thus melds customer loyalty.I told this to Mike (thats the Christmas spirit, dude!) when I shook his hand afterwards, said Id post this review and urge management to put an extra dollar in your paycheck (we had a good laugh).

I live in Atlanta so I didnt expect to shop for a new Toyota in Dublin, Georgia. But some initial internet research led to 3 - 4 phone calls with dealers across the metro area plus Pitts Toyota. At Pitts, I spoke with Steve Winters. Hands down, he made a strikingly better impression than the Atlanta dealers. That strong first impression was born out through several subsequent conversations (and text messages) as I worked toward my purchase. The simplest description of that first phone call is that I had the sense I could trust him. He was up front about what he could and couldnt do. He was patient with my questions and went to others for information if he didnt have the answer. In the end, he dealt with me as if I were his neighbor. Put differently, he works with you in a way that suggests he wouldnt be afraid to run into you around town after the sale. Thats to his credit but it may be helped by the fact that the dealership is rooted in a smaller community. If youre looking for a new Toyota and youre based in Atlanta, its worth a phone call to Steve. And the distance is not a problem when it comes to buying because there are plenty of local options for service.

I dealt with Matt mostly through text and email. There was a slight problem with emailing early in the process, but was quickly resolved and Matt was very responsive in text and email. His enthusiasm seems genuine and he wants to get you the best possible price. Talk to him about any other offers you may have, for I think hes likely to at least match it.
