This visit on August 2, 2021, to Germain Honda Of Dublin, was by far, the most pleasant experience I have had when making a crucial financial transaction. I was referred to Mr. Winslow Johnson, by a family member.Originally, I made the appointment to check out prices/finances and take information home to review my options. I had but a hope and a prayer that I could afford a decent and safe automobile.I was comfortable and at ease with Winslow Johnson from the moment we met. He was friendly and welcoming. I was undecided about what I wanted and he provided me with a wealth of information about the Honda, CR-V. I was impressed with his genuine knowledge.It was obvious to me that Winslow Johnson is an expert in his field. He answered my questions and assured me that WE could make it happen.I selected the 2021, White Platinum CR-V model and chose to do a lease on it. Mr. Johnson listened to my needs and wants. I hate leaving negative reviews; especially because I guess Im partially at fault for my own stupidity because I didnt catch my mistake until my 4 hour drive home. The truck was priced right, the trade-in value of my truck was acceptable, so I was ready to sign and get out of there after a VERY long day. While I was signing the docs, the nice gentleman in the finance dept. told me even though you wanted to finance for 48-60 months, I found you a better deal on 75 months and that Ive gone ahead and added some service packages that you will need. Not doing the math, I thought he was just being really nice and I signed everything with a smile. On the way home it hit me....$34k for the truck, $18k trade-in and $2k down......and he said monthly payments are $313.27 for.......75 Months! So my $14k loan somehow turned into over $23k. No possible way interest would be that much. What happened?! Those added services that I would need totaled up to about $6k. Never again. Hopefully I help someone ask details and prices about these services that you need before you sign.

David Myers is my “go to” guy when I need new cars. My first experience with him was when my son turned in his lease and got a new car. He was very attentive and took care of everything including making sure he could keep his personalized license plates. When it came time to turn in my lease just last week, he was the first person I called. He went above and beyond to help me get the best deal and he cares about the finer details, including transferring my alien decal from my old car to my new one as pictured below. If you need a car, call David Myers and tell him “the alien lady sent you!”
Great staff and technicians. Very professional and polite. They serviced my car right away and my wait was short. Prices are reasonable with nice accommodations in the waiting room.
Poor workmanship. Poor inspection. Had to order other parts repeatedly to complete repair. Paint & body work was great except for damage cause in door jams during repair. Had to return vehicle for them to tighten bolts that were left loose on suspension components. Very dissatisfied with management & service technician. Joey (csr) was a decent guy just following managements orders. So I understand he was in a hard spot. Will not return. I highly recommend taking pictures of everything before allowing them to do repairs so you can prove any new damage.

I had to take my 2014 Honda Accord in for some recall work on Friday August 16th. I was able to schedule a drop off appointment for the next morning with no hassle. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with Ryan Kennedy. The drop off of my car was seamless and quick. I was only in the service department for about 10 minutes. Ryan provided an overview of what the two recalls were and how long he expected my car to be in for service. He also explained that the technician would do a multi-point inspection and Ryan would call me with an update. Within 90 minutes of having dropped my car off Ryan had called to go over the inspection and let me know that the car would be done before 5pm that same day. (I even stressed that I was in no rush and would not need my car until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.) My car was ready at 2:50pm (more than 2 hours ahead of schedule). Pickup was just as smooth and effortless as drop off. I own two Honda vehicles and have used Germains service department for multiple services on them. Based on the level of service I have received at Germain I plan on continuing to use Germain service, and will likely make future vehicle purchases through Germain as well.
Winslow Johnson was so honest and knowledgeable the decision to purchase was easy. He also made us feel like family. This isnt easy with an 8 year old and 4 year old going to a dealship spontaneously. I am in love with my Honda pilot and was so generously brought back into the 21st century.
We are downsizing and no longer have a need for our pickup truck. We scheduled an appointment with Jessica Denney at Germain Honda of Dublin for an appraisal. All I can say is excellent customer service from start to finish! Jessica and her manager, Morgan Salisbury, went the extra mile to get us the best price for our vehicle. Ryan Kennedy was super easy, and understanding, to work with. When I had arrived I had been on hold with another company for 45 minutes and didn’t want to hang up. He was super patient and understanding. The shuttle service was fantastic also! Very very impressed with their speedy service!! Germain service is the best. First they are truly professional and don’t try and push the customer into services that are not needed. They honor coupons and text you about updates on you car. For a large scale dealership they are organized and put the customer first.
After reviewing a car online, I was paired with Matt Shindler as my salesperson when I scheduled a test drive. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and Matt was very friendly and was just a great help with answering all my questions. I didnt feel any pressure to buy but his great attitude through the whole process definitely helped my decision. I will definitely make them my first stop on my next car buying experience.

Jenn Hess was extremely helpful and kind while my Pilot was serviced. She answered all my questions and made sure me experience was great. She even retrieved my wallet for me when I left it in my vehicle. I will absolutely keep going there because of Jenn and the stellar service I received. The mechanic also fixed my ignition on the spot so I didn’t have to return. Please give Jenn a raise and promote her.

My experience with Jennifer Felix could not have been any better. She knows how to take care of her customers! When I arrived to pick up my new Pilot, she had everything ready to go. This was our first experience at Germain Honda service department. They were very organized. We had an oil change and they also checked the safety of the tires. Ian, our service representative, gave us an excellent quote on replacement tires. He also showed us items that would need attention in later months. We got the new tires and I am very pleased on how all of this came together.

I bought my car yesterday. Matt Shindler was my sales person. It was probably the best car buying experience I have had in the 30 years of car buying. He was so patient when I changed my mind on what car I wanted and he had do redo the deal. I never felt pressured or rushed even though he stayed late to get the deal done so I would not have to come back. I will be sending my daughter to him in a few months to buy her car. I had been shopping for an Odyssey, and honestly a Traverse. I had been shopping around online. I went to one Honda Dealership, and they were trying to jack up the price due to covid, an was not a good experience and we left. The next day I found our 2022 Odyssey at Germain Honda, and our salesman Daniel Head was great. He got us all hooked up that day. I left the Van to get some roof rails installed, and Daniel kept me informed every step of the way. Great experience.

How a car buying experience should be. I saw a great price online (cars.com) and contacted Germain Honda. Was immediately contacted by Kathleen who was helpful, answered questions, and connected me to the salesman, Woody. Went in and to my surprise - the low price was valid. No markups, no surprise fees - just tax, title, doc fees which is standard. Woody was laid back, didn’t pressure, let me test drive alone, and was super knowledgeable. Finance manger offered me services, as he should. When I declined, there was no pressure. Oh, and they even beat an already low rate I had from a credit union … AND offered a very fair deal on my trade. In and out in 2 hours flat with nothing but a positive experience. 5/5

Keith Withers did a fabulous job as my service advisor. He let me what potential service milestones I was approaching and after the car was checked let me know exactly what was done and explained what to do to extend the life of my vehicle...the right guy for the right car!
Buyer beware. This dealership cares nothing about its customers and only cares about making as much money as they can from you. My salesman Woody seemed nice but was a wolf in sheeps clothing. The car was used and needed new mufflers which they replaced but were not correct for that vehicle. Five hundred dollars later and out of my pocket they are fixed. The car had never been detailed and I agreed to do it myself and the took a little of the price of the vehicle. Their ad said they had serviced and safety inspect the vehicle which never happened. The oil wasnt changed and all the wipers on the vehicle were rotted when I went to pick it up. Obviously they dont care about your safety or if the vehicle is safe to drive. On top of all that they passed off a second set of keys and key fob that neither one worked. I Text Woody about it but never got a response back, he knew they were bad. That will be another several hundred out of my pocket.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE they are dishonest and dont care about you. My bad for letting them scam me, dont let them scam you.
Took our CRV in for 10,000 Mile service and Germain had us in and out in a timely and efficient manner. Props to the service tech Kevin Withers who made some recommendations to hold off on unnecessary steps to save us a bit of time and money. Knowing the condition of our car I was actually already considering requesting the holding off on the same checks.As a former Honda employee myself It was nice to see the good quality in service and integrity at our local dealer, and will definitely go back.
I had an amazing experience. Will, was incredibly friendly and helpful and even checked in when my car was being worked on. Previously, I had my car at a local shop for about a week and they couldnt find a problem, therefore not fixing it. Germain Honda, took my car, found the solution and fixed it within 12 hours!!! I highly recommend coming here and I will continue to go here too.

Scheduling was very easy, and quick. My service rep Ian Mac Graygor was very helpful and kept me up to speed on my repair work. Some small annoyances with regulating the air pressure of my tires, they should make sure the air pressure matches in all tires, and the valets dont mess with the seat settings, or at least put them back where they found them.
I was in the market to buy a new car and was out shopping around at different dealers when I ended up at Germain Honda on Sawmill Rd., Dublin, OH. Good vehicle. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Had to leave the car to be detailed. Then they didnt do the outside so I had to bring the car back and drop it off. Communication not great. Finance was the worst. They tried to bully me into gap coverage. When I said no, they brought in the big guns. Didnt stop until I threatened to just walk out. The memorandum title had the wrong purchase price on it. They werent clear at all and had to ask over and over for something written with purchase price on it. Wouldnt buy another car here just for those reasons.

The service was good. Expensive, but no issues.Edit: They never ever ever answer the phone anymore. Every time Ive need a service in the last couple of years, I call, let it ring for 5 minutes, hang up, and then call someone else. Good communication is important to me, so I dont think Im going to be calling anymore.
My car was stuck in the service department for 10 days. It needed a new AC compressor and was covered under the extended warranty. The part kept not showing up. Day after day, I was told, part didnt make it, it will be here tomorrow. I was very patient, but on day 5 I finally asked for a rental car because I had not planned on being without my car for that long. I was told that they would have to see if they could give me one or not. I was also told on day 5 that they finally checked the tracking number on my part and it was lost so they had to order a new one for next day delivery, a Saturday but that it also may not show up until the following Tuesday. So I waited for a call about a rental car on Friday afternoon. After not hearing back, I called and left a voicemail about a rental car. On Saturday I got a voicemail telling me that there was a car for me and that there was finally one available just for me. I went to the dealership and no one seemed to know what I was talking about when I asked for a rental car. 40 minutes later, I for to pick from several cars (so there wasnt really a shortage) and I left with a rental car. On Tuesday, the service tech called me and asked why I hadnt picked up the rental car. I informed him that I had on Saturday and that no one knew anything about it. I asked him if the part came in and he said, Dont know. I asked him to please check and let me know, to which I was greeted with a grumble and told, yeah, Ill check.Finally on Wednesday, 10 days after I dropped off the car, I got my car back. Through the whole process, it was very clear that I was a bother and that finishing the work on my car was not a priority. The lack of customer service and the overall attitude were not great. I never once yelled, complained, or raised my voice to them and was very polite. I understand shipping problems, but there was no apology or empathy. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will never come back here again. Its very conveniently located, but Ill be driving across town to another dealership in the future.

I was in a situation where I had to desperately get my car serviced -- DEAD battery! It was not something I could put off because the battery was on its last legs and the zombie couldnt hold a charge anymore. It was fine when the car was running but shut it off and the charge died with the battery and it had to be jumped again!I didnt have an appointment with my dealership but they put me in anyway and serviced my car within 2 hrs and I had a new battery.Very pleased that they did this.The biggest pain to me has always been when batteries die and have to be replaced. This was the worst because the hardware was NOT holding the charge and I usually had more time before I had to get a battery changed in the past. It worked out anyway!

David Myers at Germain Honda Dublin was great to work with. He was interested in helping us get what we wanted and didn’t push other things. He was professional but personal and we will happily work with him again.

I went for the service appointment of my CRV. Overall experience was really nice. My experience with Mr. Taylor was smooth. He also offered good discount at the end. I was completely satisfied with the service.

If you need a new or used car, Germain Honda of Dublin is one of the best places you could go. It is my first time in the world of buying a car through a dealership and I received incredible service from everyone. But the stand out for me was Candice Ortega. From the moment I stepped in she was friendly, informative, and so kind. She made my experience there MORE than five stars, but Google doesnt allow me to put 10/5 stars, so just take my word for it. If you need a car, GO HERE.

I took my 2020 Honda CR-V to Germain Honda for servicing. I had previous experience with Germain Honda. They serviced my 2013 Honda Accord. On this trip, I was greeted by Kevin Withers. He was friendly and professional. He said the service would take about 90 minutes. It was finished less than that. I purchased the 2020 Honda CR-V at Germain. The sales department is just as professional and friendly as the service department. Germain Honda of Dublin is my dealership.
Super easy to set up an appointment (called day-of and they picked up my car info just from my cell), get in, take the shuttle home, timely service and apply a coupon. Fantastic top to bottom.

He stays in contact, by way of notes, texts and e-mails, to let me know I have a true friend, not just a salesman.
I’m was very impressed with this dealership and especially our sales rep, Jim Beatty. I worked with him from home which is 3hrs away. He was always prompt to answer and honest. Helped tremendously with a small repair issue that needed addresses. Highly recommend dealer and Jim as well.
