Easy, convenient, not pushy.Had to take my car in for a SMOG check, and I got an appointment the next day at a convenient time. The service was very quick. I was able to use a coupon that I found online to save money, too. Before I left, the associate offered that they also provide regular car maintenance service usually for a fraction of the price you can find elsewhere. I did mention that I usually take my car to the dealership (for consistency) and he did state that their service is the same for less money, but he did not push the issue. The environment is clean and the lobby where you can wait for your car is pleasant with magazines to read. Compared to other places Ive been to for smog service, this was far more comfortable. I would not hesitate to bring my car back and I would recommend this to others.

My car needed smog test and researched for best reviews with reasonable prices. I saw this place and they had great reviews . This is my first time at this place. Ryan was awesome in helping out the clarify gray area on coupons . He was still able to accommodate our car’s needs. Because of his awesome customer service and knowledge, we had the smog test AND ADDED the oil change.They did not disappoint - we even waited for our service. They give you estimates on how long it will take and they were on point!Very honest and clean, professional job! This is the place to go.

Rude Customer Service.As I walked in to car Tek Brian was on the phone so I patiently waited. As another employee walked in there was no greeting or seeing if I needed help which is fine. When Brian got off the phone I explained I called earlier asking if he could replace my O² sensorHe was very short with me telling me he thought that I had one myself and I cant expect him to have o2 sensors for every car so he cant get it done in an hour which I didnt need I would have left my car here but just they way he said it and acted like i should know this. Im not a mechanic nor would I ever want to be Id rather pay someone else to fix my car. So Ill take my business elsewhere.Maybe he was having a bad day but thats no excuse.

Awful. DO NOT bring your car here. I brought my Lexus for air conditioning service but the air was only cold for 1 day. They dont back up their work and try to get as much money from you as possible.
