Overall was a nice experience with purchasing my new BMW. Dezirae was easy to work with and pretty responsive. They were reasonable with negotiations and were willing to work with clients.Only critique, was I noticed after purchasing my gently used car that the car veers slightly left. This would indicate that the alignment was off prior to purchasing. Overall, happy to be driving my BMW around!
Ive had my car serviced there regularly, and have worked with Bobby and Chelsea. I can almost always schedule appointments within 1-2 days, unlike other VW dealerships. Their associates are knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and take the necessary time to thoroughly explain what services are needed and why. Highly recommend.

My experience was good.My comment--Over the years I have driven different autos that passed the 20,000 mile inspection. I have never had, or been charged for a decarb. and throttle body cleaning. It seems to me this should be under warrantyor it maybe it is a new way to enhance revenue.
I scheduled my car for standard service Saturday morning. When I arrived, I was told it needed a recall taken care of and the repairs might take until the end of the day and that worse case scenario I could pick it up the next business day (Monday). No problem by me, but I was clear that I needed it done Monday. At the end of the day, I had heard nothing. No calls, no text. I assumed I would be getting it Monday morning at that point.No one calls or text me Monday. I get in touch twice with the supervisor working on my car. The first time, he tells me there are several hours left of work to do but it will be done by the end of the day. The second time, he tells me I cant get my car until Tuesday morning. No real explanation besides its a big job.On Tuesday morning, I wait until they have been open at least an hour before calling in the hopes that someone will reach out to me first. Nope. I call around 9, and the supervisor tells me the car will be ready by noon. Im seriously unhappy at this point, but what can I do when theyve disassembled my car? I tell him I will see him at noon.Well folks, its 12:50, and Im in the waiting room at the service center. I was told when I got here that it will be done in 30-60 minutes. We were supposed to be on a family road trip 4 hours ago, and this car was supposed to be done 28 hours ago at least.Ill update this if something magical happens when I finally get the keys, but as of now, definitely going to be finding anothe service center.
My experience was exceptional. Professional, friendly and on point with answers and information. I know what I was looking and everyone was very helpful confirming all my criteria. It was one of the easiest purchases I ever made. I wish I could buy more, but 750s are like wives - one at a time of enough.
Every experience I have ever had at the MAG dealership has been terrible. In 2016, I was ready to purchase a vehicle and arrived at the dealership excited and eager to make a purchase. I was left waiting for over an hour and provided no assistance. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Germain Volkswagen and was happily surprised with the positive customer service experience I had throughout the entire purchasing process. Following for three years, I had reached out to MAG for service appointments and was repeatedly told myvehicle was no longer under warranty for maintenance activities. Frustrated, I called Germain and Byers and was both accepted under warranty at both of those locations. I recently discovered that my vehicle was on recall and in need of a repair. I called MAG to schedule the repair as told in my letter from the manufacturer. The service representative at MAG was very short and rude, and told me that they didn’t have the parts to make a safe repair on the recall and that it could take them weeks to repair my car once they began work on it. They told me I would have to pay for a rental car the entire time my vehicle was with them for repair. Again, I reached out to Byers and had no problem at all scheduling the repair. They offered me a car to use at no cost if the repair took longer than expected. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. I will be buying a car in the upcoming months and will not be returning to MAG.
Had a great experience buying my first vehicle from here this past weekend! I walked in planning on purchasing an Atlas Cross Sport but after talking with Taylor we realized a Tiguan was a much more practical vehicle for what I was looking for. 5/5 would recommend.

I brought my Certified Jetta in for the 30,000 mile service. My service advisor was Chelsea, who was knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything to me and she answered all of my questions. The work was completed within the estimated time it would be done. The MAG VW Service Dept. appears to be a well-run operation.

Absolutely excellent experience with the service department! I called to make an appointment because my coolant was low, and Chelsea told me to come right in. They checked for leaks, topped off my coolant and washer fluid, gave my vehicle a bath, and sent me on my way! This experience was very much appreciated.

Went into the dealership to see about test driving the new id.4; was told I had to have an appointment and that they only allow their demo car out and not the model/trim I was interested in. The dealership told me I had to come back on Monday and that only 2 sales people were trained on that vehicle. I will no longer be doing any business with MAG and will be taking my business elsewhere
MAG did not disclose until after the deal was signed that our CPO VW only came with 1 key. When we expressed our disappointment and shock, the Finance Manager, who was extremely helpful, contacted the previous customer. That customer said she turned in both keys. The Sales team was unwilling to make us another key, even though one key had been lost, stating that the VW CPO program does not require them to provide 2 keys to customers. Advice to anyone dealing with MAG VW in the future, confirm before you sign anything that they will provide 2 keys.
Because I travel frequently, I get my VW serviced in several different states. Hands down, MAG VW has the best service department They make sure I fully understand the service I am getting and the cost involved . There is no double talk. Then they deliver the best service around!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My car has seemed to be over heating without my gauge going past 190 for over a month now. Chelsea from MAG had my car for a few hours, actually listened to what I was noticing wrong, and diagnosed the problem. My water pump was failing because my thermostat was stuck shut and my car WAS overheating. Before bringing it to mag I had taken it to 3 different recommended mechanics around town (one was even a AAA place recommended by AAA when they towed my car because I felt unsafe driving it). Every single place told me that nothing was wrong with my car and to continue driving and totally dismissed my concerns. Ill definitely continue to bring my car to MAG in the future.

As first time new car buyers, my wife and I were very pleased with MAG. The process of buying a car can be daunting, but MAG and our salesman, Mo were very informative and professional and made it a smooth experience. There are many places in Columbus where you can purchase a Volkswagen, but we wouldn’t recommend anywhere above MAG.

I went to MAG to view some SUVs, as I had sold my convertible. Each and every previous MAG experience has not been a pleasant experience. That was until Friday where I met Jonathan at MAG Porsche. Johnathans attentiveness was wonderful, and he made himself available to answer all of my questions. Im not prepared to recommend all of MAGs brands, but you wont regret visiting Porsche.

I brought my GTI in for service and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They were also very kind to me even though I was running late due to my battery needing restarted and having a newborn on top of that. Brian, my service rep, communicated with me via text keeping me updated of the service progress. I left my car for service for several days since there was a back ordered part but was updated appropriately throughout its stay. The car was returned to me in clean condition with plastic covering the steering wheel and seat. I would recommend service here.
Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Price is a bit higher than other shops as you would expect but the trust, explanation and piece of mind they give on the repairs they make, makes you feel better even if the payment hurts a little bit. Everybody you interact with at this location smiles and tries to help you, even if they need to go out of their ways. I interacted with Chelsea when my car was admitted. My 2010 Tiguan had an oil leak and due to the leak, check engine light turned on. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak changing the rear main seal removing the transmission from the vehicle and changed the failed PCV valve. Thats why it cost too much. My bad luck but the problem was fixed (hopefully once and for all). No leaks so far after 4 days. This VW service location in Dublin-Ohio is recommended. Very friendly staff. Clean facility.

Ryan, My experience working with you was exemplary! I very much appreciated your help in getting my vehicle prepared after the sales process and negotiating a very fair deal for the car I wanted.I do however have some critique on the vehicle alone that should be directed to VW design and marketing people.1. I know its almost the lowest level features package of the Jetta model line so naturally the features are basic. And That is exactly what I wanted! However, we are in the 21st Century and with no push button start and only a flip key, it is a huge inconvenience and a real pain in the rear to deal with. The powers at VW that make these decisions should just standardize all their vehicle lines with the same start feature!2. Second is the typical VW Owners manual, number one (an old guy like me) needs to be an engineer and an IT tech. to find and follow instructions for the features that do exists!! Someone at corporate should have the manuals edited for the normal non technician driving public, I bet they would sell many more vehicles!3. The car is a fantastic vehicle other than those two observations. It handles and rides really well!

Totally, different experience! No pressure, no hype.The salesman took time to patiently answer all my questions. He helped me compare two different cars with different prices without pushing either one. He carefully explained all the features and how to use them. I was told to take my time on my test drive. There wasnt any pressure to come inside even when I returned from the test drive! Just an inquiry about what I thought of it and if I had any questions.Even though the dealership was closed the next day, the salesman said to text or email him any questions and he would make sure they were answered anyway.All this for a USED car! Whether or not I decide this one is the right car for me, I have decided this is the right place.
Drake was very attentive and knowledgeable, he made our experience as seamless as possible. He also made sure I have all the safety and entertainment features set up to my linking prior to leaving the parking lot which saved me a lot of time in a long run. I highly recommend his services.

Went here this past summer after seeing a new symbol show up on my dash. Saw a local mechanic in Marion Ohio that told me I’d need to get it to a place that’s Volkswagen certified to get an update that should either be covered by my warranty or free due to a possible recall. I googled one near me, and there were only a couple on Google, both in Columbus. I called mag and set an appointment. I showed up and they ran a diagnostic test and determined an update was needed, and that it would be covered by my warranty. They did the update and I was on my way. After leaving I realized my USB port no longer worked, so I called them and they said they’d take care of it. They ordered the part and said they’d call me in a couple days to let me know it was in and then would set my appointment. I waited a few days and hadn’t received a call so I called to see what was going on. The guy I had talked to before was on his day off and apparently only he can call me, but the guy I talked to said the part was there and I could go ahead and come in. I get there, they install the part, then the manager comes to tell me that it’s ready and it would be something over $400. I said what? You guys broke it and I was told you guys were gonna take care of it, no one told me I would be paying for anything. He then told me the guy that ordered it and was supposed to call me back realized he had made the mistake while he was on one of his days off but figured he’d just call me once he got back to tell me before I came. Apparently notating the account and having someone else let me know before I drove down there wasn’t an option. So, I either pay them, or they remove the new part. He also told me that he was actually giving me a discount, and only charging cost (no labor) for the mistake. So I paid and left, and was just too mad to get on here to leave a review until now. Also, the first visit where they did the update, they also took the liberty to try to find other things to get money from me for. They came at me with a list of things totaling over $600. One of those things being an oil change which I had just gotten one less than a month before going there. These guys are crooks and don’t know wth they’re doing...do not go there!!! And I’m sure they will respond with some bs lie, but they know what they did and so do I...trust me, stay away from this place!!!
I worked with David S., and he was great. Communication was easy, and the overall process of buying the car was quick and fluid. I was a first time buyer, and the MAG team was able to point me in the right direction without pressuring me into upgrades and additional services. Everyone seemed to be knowledgeable, and very friendly.
My experience at the MAG Service Department was very courteous, and efficient. Even though I was just getting an oil change I was thoroughly pleased with how I was taken care of and informed of how son I needed to get my annual service done and the importance of why, even though I knew already, it was good to hear them cover it. I definitely will be going here again for my services in the future.
They fixed my VW in less than a day and it has remained fixed. My socioeconomic status (or lack thereof) made the cost rather more painful than Id like, but its perfectly reasonable if youre not locked into grinding poverty for life.They got a nice pond, too. It was frozen when I was there. Peaceful place to sit and listen to my Warhammer 40000 audiobooks.Like a boss.
