Expect the highest standard of service you could find anywhere in Columbus. Jason Mudd in the high end service department is my to go person whenever I need advice. While price isn’t cheap here, you could expect truly reliable service here and can always have that peace of mind. Jason treats everyone with respect, regardless whether your car is worth 7 digits or 5. Everything is transparent, no hidden fee or whatever.
Best experiences I ever had,no pressure sales pitch. Brand new facilities like I’ve never seen before, I felt a little out of place initially. You should visit this facility whether you’re ready to buy or not.
We purchased a 2017 Ghibli early this year and ran into some issues. We met with Jason @ MAG Maserati and he began working very hard to help us get the issue resolved. The customer service was awesome and the ability to contact him at any hour was greatly appreciated. It may sound like a commercial but we only trust MAG Maserati with our baby. Thanks again.

My first time getting service at MAG for my Maserati was exceptional. They had difficulty updating my nav database and discounted my bill due to the long wait. Zach Higgins followed up with me the next morning. My nav was not working. He asked me to come back and he would give me a new Porsche to drive. They successfully updated my nav. Zach kept me fully updated on the progress. He is a great service writer. I will for sure come back to MAG for my next service.Ken Hunter
