My wife and I were traveling recently on Interstate 16 near Dublin when we started having problems with our car. My wife found the nearest Nissan dealership on her phone and it was Dublin Nissan. We were about 250 miles from home and this was on a Saturday afternoon. We were fortunate enough to make it to the dealership. We were greeted by Eli Holmes. He and Don Carswell were extremely helpful with getting us a car to drive while ours was being repaired. Michael Surine in the service department kept us informed of the issues and repairs as they were being made. Everyone was professional and friendly. I cant thank them enough.

I bought my car from Warner Robins at the Mitsubishi car lot. Really got screwed there on the price. They raised it by 5,000 by what they had posted on their FB page. I didnt have great credit so I kept car anyways cause it was what I wanted.I should have came to Dublin Nissan....They are a Blessing....I had my car 2 weeks and transmission already gone out. I called them, they towed it in and put new transmission in and only took 2 days. The Service Department was so friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and they treated us so well. They kept us up to date on our car. Ms Rosanna in service made me feel important and not just another customer. I will definitely be doing more business with them and send anyone there that needs a vehicle. I cant say enough good about them. Thank you guys so very much...

We recently hit a deer in our Pathfinder and choose Dublin Nissan to take care of the extensive repairs. Well no one could have anticipated the amount of not only cosmetic issues but mechanical issues that this accident caused. We worked with Stephany in the service department and she was amazing. She handled everything with my insurance company and went well beyond to make sure that we were taken care of every step of the way. Its rare to find someone who actually loves their job and honestly cares for each and every customer. Thank you Dublin Nissan but a special thanks goes out to Stephany. Josh Strickland at Dublin Nissan is one of the best car salesman I have ever worked with! He made the purchasing process so easy and stress free. Stephany Johnson in the service department is amazing! I have had to take my vehicle here twice and she is definitely the reason I go back...(well also John the service tech.) He worked thoroughly to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. Stephany is so accommodating and truly cares about her customers. Its obvious that she stays very busy but does it with a smile while making sure everyone is taken care of. She treated me like she had known me forever. She stayed late one day to wait for the tow truck to get there with my vehicle. She even contacted me after my vehicle was fixed to make sure I wasnt having any problems. There were a few hiccups with another advisor and before I could even get in touch with her she was reaching out to me to make sure everything was okay and that I was taken care of. If you need anything in service definitely contact Stephany Johnson.

Dublin Nissan Service Department (and Samuel) helped us out when we needed it. We were driving down I-16 on our way to the Georgia coast when we hit a piece of tire in the road. It ended up knocking part of a mud flap loose and part of the plastic fender trim loose. It was so loose that we could hear it vibrating badly on the interstate. We drove about 30 minutes to Dublin Nissan, showed up unannounced with no appointment, and asked if they could help us out. We were expecting them to say that they couldnt help us because we didnt have an appointment or that we would have to wait an hour or two until they could get to us. Samuel, who must be a service manager, took a look and told me to wait just a minute. After he took 2 cars back for oil changes, he brought some fasteners out from the back and literally fixed the mud flap and fender trim pieces on my Murano right there in the Service Department check-in bay. When he was done, it was as good as new and he wouldnt even let me pay him! All told, we were only there for 15-20 minutes at most! If you live near Dublin Nissan, take your vehicles there for service. These are good folks and ask for Samuel!!

Our granddaughters transmission went out on her way home from Savannah, GA (we live 5 hours away from Dublin). Her car was towed to Dublin Nissan. Everyone we have talked to has been very helpful and gone our of their way to assist us in this situation, especially Sam Nesmith. The GM, Don, even came to the dealership to let us in the gate to get the car cleaned out late on a Saturday night. If we lived in the area, this would be our go-to dealership!

I am not happy with the body shop at all. I recently had a minor accident caused by another driver. I took it to the dealership to get fixed by professionals. After 8 days of being at the shop, thats including the weekend, they called me to come get my truck. I kinda glaced at the previously damaged area and everything looked great, so I left. The paint match was really well and the dent was take out well. Once I got home, I noticed running paint in 2 spots, one is very noticeable. I really dont understand how they missed that. You can run your hand of the run and it is just bulging out. There are a few rough spots, maybe like sand or dirt got caught in the paint and also the Z71 sticker on the back has air bubbles all in it. I am not happy at all. I called and they are supposedly gonna get back with me. I will update if anything changes....UPDATE: The dealership put me in a truck while my truck was being repainted. I got it back approximately a week later and it was good to go. Im glad they made it right. There maybe needs to be some checks and balances in their systems before the final product leaves their floor.

The only reason they get as much as 2 stars is because of thier service department. Thier sales team is horrific! I went in and was very upfront with what I needed. Brian led me to believe they could help with financing only to find out they couldnt. He then handed me off to Lonnie who I informed I just wanted to look at some vehicles and get some prices and Id handle financing at my bank. He went from a suburban with a check engine light on amd 150,000 miles to a brand new vehicle. Never asked what I was looking for never showed me a car never gave me a price. As I was leaving another guy stopped me in the parking lot to refer me to a different dealer because of his horrible experiece as well. Guess they sont need to sell cars in this economy.

On Dec. 13, 2019, I had an appointment for 12:30 pm to have the following services completed...Multi-point inspection, Tire balance, and rotation, oil change, replaced the air filter, replaced cabin microfilter, Ethanol Service completed, and performed battery service...total $234.72; however, my car was not vacuumed or washed. I can probably forgive the car wash due to rain but my car should have been vacuumed. It just seems like Dublin Nissan does not care about the customer or maybe its certain customers. I purchased my car from this dealership in 2016 and probably will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Im likely to go elsewhere for continued service.My last visit with Dublin Nissan several months ago was not very pleasant; however, on 12/3/2020, I brought my 2016 Nissan Maxima SR in for an oil change, tire rotation/balance, recall, and to have a radar sensor and wiper washer system checked. After a thorough review, Rosanna Roberts (service advisor) informed me that a rod was bent beneath the front bumper of my car (due to a previous frontal accident I had a month or so ago) and that the previous frontal damage must have affected my washer system (which was suppose to have been previously repaired by an auto shop). She explained that it would take a day or two to receive the part; she provided me with a loaner car until my car could be repaired. She went above and beyond to make sure my visit and service was a pleasant one. You should have many more like her...she was GREAT! My insurance reimbursed me for rod replacement, washer system repair, and labor. In this instance, I will say Dublin Nissan did an excellent job with my repairs, etc. and I would recommend them to others seeking professional and friendly assistance. Kudos to Rosanna Roberts and to the Dublin Nissan Service Department!

I had spoke with them for a couple days getting a vehicles payments worked out to what I wanted. They called my insurance, got insurance guy to call me and pay half a year worth of insurance. My insurance faxedThem a copy showing the vehicle and that insurance was paid. The next morning I get there, a lady was test driving the vehicle I was supposed to be signing papers and picking up that i had already paid a $1000 of insurance on. And when they got back, they started working up her paperwork, while Im there, having already had paid insurance, already had my paperwork done up... They even had called me that morning and I told them I was about to be there. Needless to say, the General manager sold it to her...WTH kind of business does that? And when we called back to ask for a corporate number or the general manager bosses number, the general manager refused to give me a number, tried to say their understanding was i was coming the night before...which was bullcrap! they had a copy of my insurance policy printed and in my folder of paperwork they had! I had spoke to Henrietta, the sales person, the and theEvening before and that morning before I got there. He refused to give me a number to speak to someone about that location and then he hung up on me!!! Needless to say we purchased another vehicle from another dealer and so did his mother, so they lost 2 sales today!! Never again will I go nor would I ever recommend that dealership!!

I have purchased over 10 vehicles from this dealership one this week and once again they showed there commitment to the customer! I shorted out something on my brand new truck installing an accessory at 6:30PM and had to be at work the next day by 5:30AM. I called the dealership told them what I had done, they told me to come get another vehicle to drive so I could get to work the next day and so that they could come to my HOUSE the next morning and look at it for me! They did that and seen that it could not be fixed there, had it towed for me to dealership, took care of the repair and did it all without hesitation and I didnt ask for any of it! This is not the first time these guys have went above and beyond... they have done it several times for me and my wife! One time I was out of town my wife had a flat tire the Dealership came to where she was at took her back to work, fixed her tire, and brought it to her before she got off that day! I express my gratitude and cant speak to the team enough about how they go above and beyond to take care of the customer! Thanks Don, Matt, Troy, Lock, AL, Greg, and the entire team at Dublin Nissan/Chevrolet! You guys are the reason why I buy from you and no one else! Dublin Nissan could’ve made my purchase easier. I arrived with pay off information for current car and pre approved with my bank (for more than enough for my purchase) I was clear that I didn’t need financing but staff decided to get me a better “deal” which took 5 different hard hits to my credit. I said multiple times I was sure I would be using my current lender and had I known the company was doing this I wouldn’t have giving them a sale.What could’ve been an easy sale is now going to be a bunch of work for me contacting the credit bureaus having the information removed. I like to do business with companies I can trust and I’m really disappointed that my local Nissan dealership handle a sale in this manner. I’m enjoying my new vehicle but would have liked to purchase without feeling like it cost me so much extra time and work to fix something that was definitely the fault of Dublin Nissan.

Initially, I wouldve rated this dealership at a -2 stars if that were an option. Upon initial contact with the staff, we were greeted by Josh, who has to be the most bland person alive. No personality, no enthusiasm, COMPLETELY un-welcoming, and absolutely no effort to establish any type of rapport with us whatsoever. It was clear that good ol Josh was simply there against his will to go through the motions and nothing more. We almost left and went elsewhere solely based on how we were greeted. But, our urgent need to acquire a new to us vehicle got the better of us and we proceeded. Next, the finance & trade-in guy was hardly any better, but luckily for them, the finance guy began to show a slight bit of personality after we returned from a test drive. Thank you finance guy. Anyway, back to good ol Joshy boy. On our test drive, this salesman and his disposition and demeanor was totally dismissive of any questions that I had, and completely IGNORED my final question, that I KNOW he heard clear as day, and began talking about random features of the vehicle I was driving that were completely unrelated to my question!! Are you kidding me? Next, based on my damaged credit from a recent messy divorce and my fiancees lack of credit, it took some extra steps for us to arrange what we needed to get into a car, and all Josh could do was to try and shoo us out of his hair. We left for a while to free him up (because were nice like that) and attempted to maintain contact with Josh via text message using the information he provided to us. We never received a response from Josh via text, and called twice to the dealership. We spoke to him both times and were told once that he would call us back, but of course, he never called us back. All in all, sorry Josh... But a career in customer service is simply NOT for you. Most assuredly, a career as a car salesman is 150% NOT something that you should pursue. Sales and customer service is a field in which one must be upbeat, welcoming, understanding, and personable, and I apologize for being so blunt, but Josh has none of these qualities; and for this reason, Nissan in Dublin, GA has likely lost a sale and 2 potential future customers...

I took my Nissan truck in today for an oil change. When they were through with this, I got in my truck and the first thing I noticed was my seat was laid way back almost in a horizontal position. When I tried to adjust it back to my driving position, the seat would not adjust the way I was use to it being, it is almost like it is bent on one side or possibly broke. When I pulled out of the dealership, items that was in my console started falling in the floor, when I stopped and retrieved these items I saw that everything had been moved, all my quarters (over $2.00) was gone, but in the little spot in front of where the quarters were I had other change, dimes, nickels and pennies, those were not taken. This is the first time I have missed anything since I have been taking it to the dealership, but the next time I will make sure nothing of any value is left for the thief to steal. And if this person needed the money that bad, he could have asked for it. Personally I am worried about my seat now since I cant seem to get it adjusted back where it is comfortable for me to drive. To say the least I am very upset about this. My husband would not let me go back today because I was very mad, but I will be calling them tomorrow. WATCH YOUR VALUABLES WHEN TAKING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE.

We were told we were approved. My fiance went and they showed him a SUV, a Buick enclave. When we got there the sales manager had left and told we were told by Henriette Williams, our salesperson, they would figure up payments and call the next day. They had a whole other vehicle worked up, not even the SUV. So finally they get the SUV payments worked up, volunteer to come pick us up to go sign the paperwork. She even called our insurance company, we paid $1000 for six months of insurance. Our insurance faxed over the paperwork showing we had it paid. They never did pick us up that evening but they knew we were coming the next morning to purchase our vehicle. When my fiance arrived, she was selling the vehicle to someone else!!! What the hell?!! We had been getting it worked up for days, she called our insurance and we paid 6 months of insurance and they knew this??? Worst place ever!! And Henrietta, I dont know how you sleep at night!! I would go anywhere but to Dublin Nissian!!! If I could I would take away stars before I have them any!!

We had bought a Nissan Altima 3 years ago with Brian Kimsey as our salesman. Our son-in-law had just traded his Dodge Charger for a Silverado truck. He had a good experience & got a good deal. When Latrese called to see if being a previous customer we might want to upgrade we decided to come in to see what was available. I was satisfied with the Altima as it drove smoothly with no problems. I have also been chauffeured in the passenger seat & the back seat, too, & all rides were very comfortable & smooth. I had driven a van for years so what I missed most was rear windshield wipers when it rained plus sitting a bit higher to avoid some puddles. I wanted a midsize SUV. My husband & I made an appointment. Latrese had it set up for us & Jason Smith was our salesman. Jason is professional, polite, knowledgeable. He is not pushy which is the best quality in salesmanship, He showed us the Rogues that I had seen on the website. We chose the Rogue Standard Value package as it had more safety features than the Rogue Standard package.for just a bit more but worth the extra cost. Brian Kimsey did our financing as he is now the finance manager.We are very please with the deal he got for us with rebates & interest. Renae took our picture. Jimmy also went over some of the paperwork. Don, another salesman was very friendly & talked with us about places & folks we all know. We enjoyed our visit with everyone very much. A very friendly & helpful group of folks. We are very satisfied. My husband bought this 2020 Nissan Rogue, Midnight Metallic Pine for my Valentines gift. I am truly blessed.

I took my Nissan Rogue in for an oil and filter change. Samuel Nesmith went above and beyond. Sam Nesmith not only performed my routine service and multipoint inspection, but he also washed and vacuumed my vehicle before returning it to me. That extra time an attention that I did not ask for was greatly appreciated. I wish I had cash to tip Mr. Nesmith. I will definitely try to schedule with him for my next service and bring him a tip.

My husband and I purchased a 2014 Pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder from this dealer..I must say if it wasnt for Henrietta Williams And Cleve White we wouldnt have purchased the vehicle from there.The atmosphere wasnt very welcoming,However we knew what we want and what we wanted to pay. We did just that.When you purchase a vehicle from any dealership you have to know what you want And if thats not what you gonna get dont purchase a vehicle from there.And its always okay to ask for another sales person
