My awesome experience started with the arrangement to book my new Defender. Simon ( sales person) was calm and attention to details ran me through the process of building the vehicle. I was fortunate that the the Defender were delivered earlier than expected. John (finance manager) explained to me the importance of warranty. Both were competent personnel. I am very happy with the new Defender. Keep up the good service.
BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! THEY ARE SHADY, GIVE OUT FALSE INFORMATION, JERK YOU AROUND AND COMPLETELY LACK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.Your company is absolutely ridiculous. My car has been there since Aug. 24th 2021.What you said was going to be an easy fix that would take 1-2 hours has turned into multiple issues(even though I drive this vehicle 2 hours a day with ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES) was all of a sudden unsafe to drive.You have told us it was one issue, you fix that and then you say it’s another issue that needs fixed. I have no faith that you actually know what you are doing or that you can even fix my vehicle at this point.You have been giving us the run around for months with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.We email and call to get updates and it takes DAYS to maybe get a call or email back.The part you needed (that we have waited 2-3 weeks for) was supposed to be in today where again we were told WE WOULD GET AN UPDATE TODAY AND WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING even after my husband has called twice and emailed you.I understand things taking longer to shop right now I work in customer service and we have the same issue BUT THE WAY YOU HAVE HANDLED THIS ENTIRE SITUATION IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!Your customer service is TERRIBLE you jerk people around, you are have NO help at all !I will be getting rid of my Range Rover the second I can so I never have to deal with your company again since you are the only ones around who can “work” on them!
I had the absolute best experience at MAG Land Rover! My list of must haves in a vehicle was pretty long and I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, so I spent weeks test driving and shopping online. I saw a car at MAG and had the good fortune of being connected with Eddie, who was more than happy to get the car ready in advance for me to test drive because it was the middle of the workday and I didn’t have much time. I was in love with the car before I even got off the lot. Miranda in financing explained all of my options and helped me find the loan with the best options for my budget. The entire process was seamless. Eddie has remained in contact with me, making sure I am pleased with my purchase. I really can’t recommend MAG enough.

Be aware of false information from the service sales man. He started that the Range Rover Evoque do not has oil drain plug that’s why it requires special tools to suck the oil from the engine block. The oil change quote was a $270 for 15 minutes oil change. Old day the quality people where you get the trusty information from the deal is gone. I’m really disappointed.

I’ve wanted a Range Rover since I was 10 years old. Now in the year of my soon coming 56th birthday, I bought one. My appointment was simply to test drive a Velar. The one that I saw was ok, but there was one that had just arrived. I asked to see that one and test drove it and bought it. Simon was an awesome salesperson and it was a quick visit. I was there less than 2 hours - test drive, chat, credit approval, paperwork. Muranda made it very easy. That was Monday and today I picked up my car after it went through CPO process and detailing. Not great on customer service, we found a car with a great price online so we stopped by to look at it. The sales man that came out did have time to show us the car. We left to look at different lots and there was a nice gentleman at the BMW lot that was showing us a car and I said I was real interested in the Land Rover. He walked over to the Land Rover dealer got keys so we could test drive and found out that the SUV I came to look at was sold the day before.We could have been told that hours earlier but they didn’t have the time!We ended up going to Crown Jeep buying a new SUV from Cole Miller where he and there staff was so helpful!

GIVING THIS DEALER JUST ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NOT A ZERO STAR.....Last July 2020 I took my Land Rover to this dealer, where I bought it, for two recalls and to fix a dent that somebody did in the right front side. They called me to pick up my car and when we went there July the 18th, 2020, the bra they putted to protect the front of the car was done totally wrong where the dent was. The angle of the bra is not following the same contour as the other side. They just had to walked a few steps and look at the other side so they could put in the right angle...…. NOT JUST THAT, NOW THE CAR HAS A BIGGER DENT THAN THE ONE THE CAR WAS HAVING WHEN I TOOK IT TO FIX ORIGINALLY AND THE JUNCTION BETWEEN THE FENDER AND THE BUMPER IS TOTALLY UNEVEN. The person that was in the service area that day, Abbie, told us that we needed to take the car because I was having a loaner and the next Monday she was going to call us and let us know what was going to happen because the place where they fixed the car was close that day, it was a Saturday. Ive been trying to communicate with the service department of this dealer and when nobody answers, it goes to voicemail. Ive been able to send a few texts and ask for the manager but he/ she is always busy, they say he/she is going to return my calls and today, August the 17th, Im still waiting for somebody to return my calls......Their ability to sell cars is awesome, but as good as they are in this is how poor the performance is in the service department. YOU WOULD THINK THAT FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR THESE CARS YOU WOULD RECEIVE A GOOD SERVICE....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYBODY.

Great selection of cars but they have very, very unprofessional sales staff. I completed an application for a vehicle online and sales guy processed it, after that no response. Didn’t respond to my emails or pick up the phone (I was trying to reach him for 4 days straight before giving up) & now it’s been 3 weeks since. Thankfully I bought a car somewhere else.

I took my car for an oil change. Felt welcome from the moment I arrived. I opted to wait in the lounge. Took couple hours but I kept busy. They came in couple times to update me on progress. They also discover a recall and worked in it as well. Great experience overall.
I was in the market for either a Jaguar E-Pace or a Volvo v60xc. After working with Geoffrey (the salesman) for about 5 minutes, we were sold (as was the Jaguar off the show room floor.). He and their finance manager made the transaction quick and simple with ZERO pressure, whereas both Volvo dealerships I had visited seemed like used car lots. Because of Geoffrey, we will be MAG Jaguar customers again.

I worked with Katie Shaneck on a used vehicle and she was fantastic. The whole team from sales to finance were great. The process was simple, all my questions were answered, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating! I’d do business with MAG in the future.
I like the car as it is new and has a good warranty. The service area is like a bad friend sometimes that will drive me to buy another brand. I dont want to go in details, but if you own a Range Rover you pay very good money for service. The service staff has good reviews but it is not consistent for the quality of this product.

Update. 07/22/2016 Zach (service Manager) personal brought my LR4 back to my residence and we went over the vehicle and it was repaired as new. The door that was damaged was repaired and I am now satisfied. This is a learning lesson for the business and customer. I scheduled an appointment for an Oil Change and a diagnostic reading on the check engine light that has been illuminated for 3 months now. I was told the service would take 1.5 - 2 hours...I asked for a loaner when I scheduled the appointment over the phone. The service rep stated that loaners are only used for extended periods of service. I said fine, I would wait.After 2:45 I finally got my car back. When I asked what the diagnostic read on the check engine light, I was told they didnt check it. So, 2:45 hours for an oil change essentially....if you value your time, look elsewhere.
Service technicians are very helpful and ensure you understand everything going on with your vehicle. They are on time with repairs and call when they say the will. Appreciate the professionalism and service!

Met with Geoffrey to look at a used car for my son. Even though this car was close to the cheapest car on the lot, Geoffrey treated us as if we were buying a brand new Range Rover. Would definitely recommend him as well as work with him again.
My issues are strictly associated with the Service Depts pricing - which is vague and candidly, ludicrous. Twice now Ive brought my LR Sport in for modest service work, and both times was quoted a $145 estimate just to diagnose the problem. The first time my charges blew well through that (which was fine, a part needed addressing), but the second time related to an external plastic trim piece. One of two solutions was the obvious answer (acknowledged and agreed by the Service intake gentleman): that the plastic piece either needed a replacement clip/pin to properly affix it to the body, or it just needed to be re-adhered with glue/epoxy. After a quick visual inspection, the correct solution was a thin line of glue. The glued piece was addressed, and a full suite diagnostics tests and visual inspections were performed - all within 45 minutes (probably more like 10-15 minutes all-in, given that it sat for a while after drop off and on the back end). Hands down best experience Ive had when going to lease any vehicle. I leased a discovery sport from robert, he was willing to do everything he could to get my numbers right where i wanted. I had been previously leasing an suv from another company and was ready for a change. The finance team did an amazing job as well! I have driven several Range Rovers as rentals. Decided as I was driving by MAG to see what they had. Met Bob Eisenbach who explained every detail of the vehicle comparison between the Rover and Rover Sport. I decided on a Sport and less than two hours later I was out the door in the finest vehicle I have ever driven. Two hours was a very short time since I didnt have a plan or appointment.My experience before, during and after the sale was stellar. I truly appreciate professionalism.

During the summer of 2019, I went to Land Rover of Easton to decide what car I wanted to purchase. Land Rover of Easton told me I would receive a great deal when I was ready to purchase. In January 2020, I went to that dealership and they provided me the worst deal possible. They wanted me to trade my car in at a different dealership, but still wanted over 10k as a down payment. I started thinking about MAG Land Rover. I swore I would never go there again after the horrible treatment I received back in 2009 in the service department. I decided to stop by even though I had great hesitation. I met Geoff at the door and he told me they will give me a good price. I was still reluctant because I had heard that before. After we learned each others styles, when it comes to buying cars, we got a plan in place. I knew I was underwater in my current car by thousands, so Geoff involved Ricky(Manager at Land Rover). A week later, I got out of my negative equity situation into 2020 Velar for a lot less than Easton Land Rover quoted me. Plus MAG gave me good money in my trade that I didnt have to try to sell it on my own like Easton wanted me to. Actually Easton could not even get close to the deal when they tried to follow-up with me. Service is absolutely horrible here. From the first time you enter the service area, the guys are not friendly and do not communicate with you. I can excuse the fact that they messed up fixing a recall part, but dont act like I am a bother when I have to turn around and come right back for you to fix. They had no explanation as to what happened. They never communicated anything during any of the service after waiting 4 hours.Also, I needed a part that controls the climate control. It is summer and I have no A/C. Service said it will be in, in about 3-4 business days. Since I didnt hear back from anyone in over week, I called and they said the order was cancelled. So now we wait again.Surveys are not responded to which shows poor customer care.
Great buying experience. Service experience not so much. Never a return phone call, and took 4 attempts over 3 days to speak with someone. Wife drove there for service to be told the loaner that was reserved was unavailable, and had to drive home. Once we did get in and went to pick up our car....they lost our keys which took another 2 hours to locate. While there watched customers stand and wait for someone to greet them (10 minutes)....when two employees were BSing in the office. With all the difficulty I had to go through to simply get service, you would think someone would apologize and offer some sort of restitution....nope. Questioning buying a high end vehicle again, especially when the service experience has been this bad. 2 stars because the sales team was great but service after the sale is most important...especially when you spend more money for better quality!

Very disappointed in the MAG Range Rover service. I made an appointment 3 weeks out for scheduled service so that I could have a loaner car. When I showed up on Nov 20th, they told me there was a scheduling error and didn’t have me on the schedule anymore and didn’t have a loaner to fit me in. The service advisor was less then apologetic for the situation. I was able to make a new appointment for Dec 11, the first availability for a loaner car. So now I am here are MAG Range Rover and they are telling me they they don’t have a loaner available. That people from last week’s appointments have not returned vehicles yet - today is a Tuesday. I asked for a new car to treat as a test drive and they couldn’t do that. So, I am stuck sitting here in their waiting room. This is ridiculous. MAG service is awful. I wish I could give them 0 stars for this rating. Our other car is a BMW. I know these types of things would never happen at Kelly BMW.
I drop my Range Rover at MAG for service a couple of times this year thinking that they will take good care of it. I had an idea of what was going on with the car from a scanning device that I have connected to the car. It give you the car location plus it works as a scanner as well. Thinking that the device was not as fancy as the equipment at the dealer I though the rough engine noise could be better diagnosed. It was pretty obvious tackling noise. I never heard this noise from the engine compartment before since I bring the car for oil change and service religiously. The device gave me a misfire code and a tune up recommendation. After dropping it at MAG they gave me multiple issues going on with the car but not the same engine diagnosis. I paid for one of the repairs it looked like it was necessary, but I was doubious about the other two, so I decided to stop by at my old dealer in Cincinnati. They did an air bag replacement due to a recall on the 2008 models in the past and always call me to see how things are going. They did the engine diagnosis, changed the gaskets seals and tune it up. The engine runs like a champ now and the other two items diagnosed by MAG were definitely not necessary! and they are rarely needed unless you get into a serious accident and you never change the refrigerant in your Range Rover EVER. I learned my lesson and will never go back to MAG. Unqualified techs and a rip off !!!!

This was my first and last experience with this dealership. All I needed was the 75k mile fluid change in the rear diff and a new set of front wiper blades. Pretty simple right. I was told that they were booking out about 2 weeks so they scheduled me for 11/8/18. Josh said they preferred that I drop it off which my wife did at 8:30 am on Thursday 11/8. On my lunch break at 12:30 pm I called to see if I should plan to pick it up after work. Josh said they should get it in around 3:30 pm and he would call with an update. I did not get a call, so I figured Id get a call the next morning. Since this was a scheduled appointment for a small job I did not make transportation arrangements for Friday nor were any offered by the dealership, so my wife missed work on Friday because we only have 2 vehicles. I called Friday 11/9/18 at 12:30 pm, once again on my lunch, and Joe told me they hadnt worked on my vehicle but he would have Josh call me right back with an update. At 3 pm I still had not received a single call from this dealership in regards to my vehicle since dropping it off the morning before for the scheduled appointment. I had important activities planned on Friday evening and Saturday that were interupted by this unprofessional treatment. I called at 3:30 pm and asked for a Manager. I spoke with Brian who said my vehicle was being road tested and he would call me once it returned to let me know if it was finished. Again no call, so I decided enough is enough and I drove with my wife from my home in downtown Columbus to get my vehicle back. We arrived at 5:45 pm knowing they closed at 6 pm. Josh said my vehicle was still up on the rack and Brian would be bringing it right over. I surmise that upon my arrival they realized they couldnt ignore me any longer so they hurried up and changed the fluid because we waited another 45 minutes before Brian arrived at the pick up area. Just when I didnt think things could get any worse they did. I should note that I also mentioned a whining sound coming from the rear end and I figured that changing the fluid in the rear diff would remedy this sound, however Brian informed me that the rear differential needed to be replaced which could cost an estimated $1200. I asked what he was basing this on and he said the whining sound. I asked if the fluid that they drained from the diff had any gear shavings in it and he said no. At this point I just wanted to pay my bill and leave. When Josh presented the bill it did not indicate that my wiper blades had been replaced. Josh said that they didnt get to that. I guess in the 2 full days they had my vehicle no one thought it was important enough to snap a set of blades on. I had to ask if I could get a set of blades installed like I originally requested and Brian put them on while I paid my bill. While driving the vehicle home I realized that changing the fluid in the rear differential got rid of the whining sound as I expected it would and as for replacing the rear diff, I think Ill wait until it actually goes bad before doing that. I work too hard for my money. If you must visit the Dublin Land Rover service department, be prepared for ineptness at the counter and get a 2nd opinion before spending your money on something that may not be necessary.

Proud owner of 2016 Evoque that was purchased at MAG. Sales experience was so great I also bought a 2018 Q5 from them. The sales and maintenance departments for both brands have been second to none. Face it these are machines and machines break and they always go the extra mile to take care of any problems that come up. My wife informed me she wants a 2020 Evoque and I won’t go anywhere but MAG for the new addition!

He had a thorough knowledge of all their vehicles and an obvious passion for SUV’s/Cars. The negotiation process was fair and straightforward and they came through with exactly the financial numbers we agreed upon. Carolyn in finance was very thorough and helpful. She made the process easy. Simon then provided us with a complete orientation to our new vehicle (well over an hour), linked our phones to the car and assisted us in downloading the iconnect and owner’s manual apps. Jodi was able to find the part locally instead of having it shipped in which saved one or two days in waiting. They got my car fixed in just a few hours. Really, really great service. Thanks guys!!
My wife wants to trade in her C300 for an Evoque.So Saturday morning we decide to pull the trigger on it. We arrive at the showroom, and wait for a sales person. And wait. And wait. I can see them up there through the glass in the bullpen, BS-ing with each other, but not interested in making a sale??We watch a couple of guys walk by and not even acknowledge us.So we help ourselves to check out the Evoque and sit in the one in the show room, 10 minutes go by. Then 15..... eventually we decide we should leave by because its 20+ minutes and not one single person has acknowledged us.As we are gathering up, some snarky associate did stop & asks us if we are waiting for someone in particular...first person to notice or talk to us in nearly 30 minutes of waiting in the showroom!We tell him no we were waiting for some assistance from anyone but had decided to leave because none had been offered. He offers a lame UN-apologetic excuse as to how busy they were this morning (apparently if they have more than 2 people out on test drives theyre slammed) and he was fine letting us leave. Ok then...I am NOT in the business of begging people to take my money.Im glad Dublin Land Rover is doing so well that they dont think they need new customers.After reading some of the reviews on here that warn people about their service department, my impression is that their sale department is no better.You only get one chance at a first impression and frankly, they blew it.

A bunch of incompetent people! The sales persons, Dave Perry, Tim Friz and John Streifel have no clue how to handle an out-of-state sale! No one pays attention to details, which are crucial. Amazing how a signed lease agreement is sent UPS overnight (May 1) and I hear nothing from Range Rover or any salespersons confirming the package was received, but then when my car transporter arrives May 3, they suddenly have an issue with the dates on the lease and cannot release the car. Dave Perry and Tim Friz knew the car transporter was coming and everything was fine as of 3:30 in the afternoon, as we had been in constant contact since 11:30am-I have phone and email proof. The car transporter even spoke to Dave Perry and was told the car would be ready. Then at 4:34, I get a call from John Streifel NOT releasing the car. Finally they send me new paper work, they said by Fed Ex, however, it was UPS, and I sign again. I scan the lease to have them review BEFORE sending it back to avoid another error. I did not get a return phone call or email. I also confirmed they were in the store and not off work. Literally a bunch of novice sales persons. Goto Cincinnati, Dayton or Cleveland if you want a professional team. Otherwise, welcome to the Mickey Mouse Club on your dollar. Lovely personalities, but need to find new careers.ON and ON and ON.... John respnds to my email about receiving the lease docs and asking when the car will be released. As any NOVICE sales person would do, he adds, Keep in mind though, if the dates had not been scratched out by the notary at UPS, this would have been an easy process. Really??? I had Dave and Tim release the car and tell me the lease was fine, but JOHN still insists it was the notarys fault. How about end on a positive note and move forward.Yes, there is even more. Dave Perry texts this morning to ask my daughters name, address, etc so the SOS and key unlock system will work for her. I ask why does it have to be her name when I am the owner and she is listed on my car insurance. He states, If I put your information on the account, she will not be able to use remote start, if you are on account and is in an accident, help will not be able to assist her. This seems odd that it will only assist owner of car, so I call Range Rover Customer Service and he is INCORRECT. It assists whoever is driving, including family/friends. Then he send me a link to enter my own info at 9:33am, then another link at 9:58am saying the previous link was bad. Well, again lack of attention to details. The first link was CORRECT and the second link he sent, saying it was a good link, was a bad link with some Taylor Swift ad. Dave Perry doesnt know the car facts and specifics of Range Rover and was clearly misleading me into thinking I was only protected in the Range Rover. Not so Dave, read the infofrom Range Rover.Then I get a call from John Streifel telling me it was wrong to blast him in the review and I crossed the line. Im feeling serious harassment. Wonder if he speaks to a man in that way?***Shane did respond to my email to him and I greatly appreciate his professionalism and attention to the situation.

Horrible experience do not buy a vehicle from this place. I purchased an Escalade ESV six weeks ago and the transmission went out. I did purchase this vehicle AS IS but there is no way that this problem surfaced in six weeks and I never wouldve purchased a vehicle with transmission issues. I was told that the suv passed inspection as well as servicing. If that is truly the case whoever inspected it lied. These people are frauds. I contacted the used car manager Megan Bruzzese by phone and email and she has yet to return my call or email. Its going to cost me 3300 dollars to get this truck fixed. I couldve kept my Lexus instead of trading it in. These people are totally unprofessionsl, dishonest and shady. It would be in your best interest to run as far away from them as you can. I dont expect them to fix the truck but as a sign of good faith they couldve offered at least a thousand dollars toward repairs since Ive only had the truck for six weeks. Never again will I do business with them and you shouldnt either!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldnt leave a zero rating. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. I only owed 2900 on my Lexus now I have a 15,000 dollar vehicle that needs 3300 dollars worth of work.
Used car department is extremely dishonest. Was coming from central Michigan to purchase a truck. We had asked the salesman to send us pictures of any damage to the vehicle. Sent us two pictures and said other than these small scratches the vehicle was in perfect condition. We drove SIX HOURS to get the truck. When we got there the vehicle was covered in scratches, dents, stains, and overspray from a crap underbody job. Ther interior had several large stains, and a driver side seat belt that did not function properly. The back-up sensors also werent functioning. After sitting around all day for the to figure out the paperwork on a deal they had already been made aware was going to happen (they were not at ALL prepared for the sale) we finally left home. Two months later, we still dont have our vehicles titles, and have continue to get excuses as to why we havent gotten it. AVOID THIS PLACE.UPDATE:Salesman contacted me regarding my review and request that I change it. To this date, not only has the dealer NOT given me the refund on my taxes, but they refuse to take my calls or return emails. This place is now holding my refund as ransom over a review.
Car was in better shape than i left it,delivered to my home, clean as a whistle, thanks a lot guys.

Placed an order for $135,000 car over 6 weeks ago. Robert Eisenbach stoped responding to my calls on work, cell number and texts over 2 weeks ago. Tried three times the sales manager over the last 2 weeks but never available? Wasted time... stay away from this dealership and any cost.
Run, dont walk. You can make an appointment, doesnt matter. They probably wont get to your car and will rip you off for services even if they do. This place is a total Trainwreck.
Absolutely horrible service. Service department wont even take the time out of their day to acknowledge a customer. I have attempted to reach Land Rover head management but to no avail. Stay away from this dealership!Doc

It takes a lot to make me disappointed but I am. They could not care less about your satisfaction as a customer.
