They did a great job with my dead phone! I was in fear of losing everything on it so a new phone wouldnt really help me out unless I wanted to start over again, but they fixed it! They are awesome! And the price was pretty reasonable. Highly suggest them!

These guys can do it all. If you have a problem with any generation of iPod or iPhone there is no better place to get it diagnosed and/or repaired. I’ve been going there for years, and have had nothing but great service.

I am an older person with my first cell phone and very little technical skills. I have gone in here twice and even though I am not a Mobile customer I was treated with the utmost courtesy and wasnt rushed in any way. I was taught the differences in phones, plans, and how to set up my phone to optimize my data, etc. I love this place and the helpfulness they extended. I found it amazing that this amount of time and knowledge was given to a non-customer and in such a professional manner.

Ive had 3 of my phones fixed here. The last one he fixed the earpiece in less than a minute. I dont have a popular phone but they got the correct parts every time and then fixed them within hours of receiving them.

Called about a tablet screen replacement and couldnt nail down a price, just quoted $50.000 per hour labor and whatever the screen is. The damn screen is like 12 bucks and the labor is like 1 hour max. A good business practice is to have a set price of say $80.00 or $100.00 and leave the damn mystery out of it!!!!

My volume button was stuck on my s9+ so my phone was stuck in safe mode. Came down and in under 15 mins button was fixed and I can finally use my apps again. Thank you!

They not only broke my sound when they fixed it but the screen also broke within a week and shattered to where I couldnt even use it. When I went in to see if they could fix it the lady, very rudely, told me she wouldnt do anything because I didnt get the insurance policy they didnt offer, because their technicians cant do their jobs

Good guy does good quick work.

I got my iPhone 5 screen fixed there. The first screen/front cover they put on was defective. I went back and they changed the screen/front cover. The front of my phone was black, but when I went in to pick up the phone, they told me they didnt have any black front pieces and went ahead and put a white front on. This was okay with me because Im easy-going, but I shortly discovered that the home button was wobbly and very loose. And to top it off, Siri just doesnt work anymore, that part of the phone is completely unresponsive. This place is not worth going to. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Its not worth it to me to continue to go back and get it fixed when they cant get it right the first time.

I would not trust this company.They claim to perform a full diagnostic and then repair your device. I brought my IPod for repair, they visually examined to make sure that it was no cosmetic damage or water damage, and it was none, charge me a $20 bench fee and told me that someone will get back to me on the same day or tomorrow. Two months went by since I brought my IPod for repair, no calls. I finally went back and ask them, why is no one call me yet. They claimed I give them the wrong number, it was a lie, they have a right number in the system. Anyway, after they performed the diagnostic I was told that one of the chips is bad and needs to be replaced. Total for repairs a $150. After two weeks I went back, because no one call me again, like they promise, and found out that my screen was broken doing the diagnostic. I was told not to worry, it will be replaced at no cost to me. But no work has been done yet. Again they told me that I need a new chip and the cost will be $175 now, I agreed and they told me they will call when the work is done, One months later I finally went back and ask them, what is the status on my iPod, they told me again, that it need a new chip, but the cost will be almost $200 now, plus they added to my order on computer, that the screen was already cracked, and it be will not replaced for free. ( My IPod was mint when I brought in, it was never out of the protective case and they are carefully inspected before they took it in for repair.) They offered to sell my one of theirs refurbished IPod for a $200 instead. They were rude, unprofessional and they dont know how to repair anything. Worst service ever!!!This company is not to be trusted!!
