Domingo and Sam were absolutely amazing, professional and helpful! I came into the mattress warehouse desperate to buy a bed that day. They were very knowledgeable and gave me quick help! They were very thorough! I am 100% satisfied with the service!

Buying a mattress is never an easy process. Working with Domingo when we walked in allowed us to be at ease. He approached us open minded and ready to help us find the perfect bed for us. He reviewed the in-house technology allowing us to get an idea of what our bodies told the algorithm rather than what we thought we wanted. After testing some of the beds that printed out on the form we fell in love with the Tempurpedic AdaptPro Hybrid bed. The process of purchasing the bed and making sure we got what we needed was amazing. The delivery of the bedframe and mattress was the white glove treatment with the gentlemen who delivered it and set it up for us was amazing as well. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Domingo to help with your needs as well!

I stopped in to find a new Mattress for my move. I was super unsure of what kind of comfort I needed and wasn’t looking forward to laying on a bunch of different beds. Luckily Domingo was a great help and showed me this bed comfort machine they have that can tell you exactly what kind of bed is the best for you. It narrowed our search down and I was able to only had to try 3 to find my perfect mattress. We had bought our mattress at the Camden store and on the day of delivery it didnt show when I contacted the Camden store they didnt seem eager to help and were incredibly rude, when I asked to speak to the manger they refused to give me his info. We never got the mattress that day. So I called the Dover store and spoke with Domingo and what a polor opposite from Camden. He was so nice and so helpful. I was not going to bring repeat business to the Mattress Warehouse but after talking to Domingo well take our business to that store for future purchases.

I went to Mattress Warehouse on 4/16 and was waited on by Derek. From the first, he was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted and what I didnt want; and after having me get on the mattress body-placement evaluator (I dont know the real name of the thing), he showed me the three mattresses that were determined to be the best match. I made my choice, and we completed the sale in short order. Derek was very pleasant through the whole thing and even made me a copy of the mattress information to take with me. He didnt think there were any openings for a Thursday delivery, but I was fortunate that there was an opening for delivery on 4/18, and the guys delivered the mattress and box spring bright and early in the morning. Kudos to Derek for making this the most pleasant mattress-buying experience Ive ever had. I havent had a chance to try the mattress out yet, but I didnt want to wait to post this review since Derek was such a great guy.A few words about the mattress delivery. I got a call the evening of 4/17, telling me the mattress would be delivered some time between 9:30 and 12:30 on 4/18. Cool--that worked out well. At 8:20 a.m. on 4/18, I got a call letting me know the mattress would be delivered in 20 minutes! Whoa--Id better get in gear! The guys got here, got the old mattress and box spring out, and got the new ones in and set up in about 10 minutes! Ive never been so impressed with any delivery of any item of furniture in my life. Kudos to Mattress Warehouses delivery system!

So, I came to mattress warehouse at 7:45 pm today Wednesday, October 30, 2019, and they were closed. The doors were locked and no one answered the phone. I stayed around until 8:15 pm to see if anyone came back, no one. No sign saying be back later or closed early due to emergency. Nothing. The hours need to be changed if they are not going to stay open til 9pm which is the hours on their website and on the door. Ill have to try again tomorrow and maybe Ill change my review. I am very frustrated.
