Sales experience was horrible. Ordered a sofabed in March with a promised delivery date of 8-10 weeks. There was no follow up from the staff regarding the status of my order and each time I called to get an update on when the order would be in I kept getting the run around by staff and they would never return my calls. They promised after the 10 week mark to deliver another sofabed by July 11th at no additional cost which that promise fell through too because when asked if it would be delivered by the date promised they stated it would be by the end of July. At that point I decided just to cancel the order and have my money refunded. Went to Bobs and got a sofabed that will be delivered by July 20th.

Kevin Mast is an asset to the company...does his very best to make things right for the customer, and succeeds. The delivery men, Nick and Joe, are awesome. Truly great delivery experience for me...on time, quick, efficient, thoughtful and delightfully funny. Will buy here again, and others should too. Its worth the ride to save the money with their pricing.

I recently had a sofa delivered and it didnt fit through my door. Unfortunately I didnt measure before I purchased.. I was concerned because I really liked the sofa and Patrick (my salesperson) explained to me if I would return the sofa there would be a 25% restocking fee which I understood, considering the era was on my part. Patrick recommended a gentleman thats would disassemble the sofa and put it back together inside the home. For a reasonable fee the job was done and I got the sofa I wanted. Thank you Patrick for seeing my purchase all the way through.. super happy

We bought a bedroom set from Kevin. They have the best prices around. They also delivered it the next day. They are very patient and if they dont have it they will order it. I am going to definitely buy all my furniture here. We did alot of shopping. They are very are very personable. We will definitely buy here again. We are lifetime customers. You must go here before you buy anywhere else.

I ended up picking a different mattress than the one I had come to see. Being able to try them all was very informative!It seems like the prices here are better than most, while still offering quality mattresses.Glad I went.

Well this place is close my to my house and they were obviously cheap :) I bought my new futon from them and love it! They didnt try to sell me anything and were very honest people. DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP CHEAP DOVER! I would give zero stars if it were an option. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought four mattresses, a boxspring, and the premium zip-up mattress protectors for a rental property from these people. Not only did the ignorant woman order the incorrect amount of boxsprings, but called me the day of my delivery, when I have guests arriving, to say that I have to wait another day because the order (which I placed WEEKS in advance) was not ready and the mattress protectors would arrive the day after.Naturally, I said I needed the delivery that day, and was only informed the NEXT day, that I would have to drive an hour to pick up the stupid protectors. I had to deal with a personal death, and was unable to pick up the protectors for some days, and when I finally arrived to pick up the protectors, I DOUBLE-CHECKED to make sure they were the correct, zip-up protectors. I was assured me they were. I took them home, only to discover later, that this inept woman has give me the basic, non-zip mattress protectors.Dealing with them is a hassle. The prices may be decent, but STAY AWAY! There are other stores with good prices, go there.

So i was looking at local mattress stores in my area because i want to purchase a new king size mattress and the power base plus two nice Beds for my boys. Looking at the reviews from each business in my area.A customer files a negative review and the store owners response is to say its a false review. Dude you instantly lost business based on very terrible business ethics right there. Flat out you do not speak negatively against your consumer base or make anything public putting down your consumers down. Avoid this business.
