I had never been in the store before but decided to stop in to look for table and four chairs (as I was going to the store next door) when I walked in the door I saw just what I wanted . while there I looked around at such nice furniture they have . Service was great and the gentleman that waited on me was very pleasant . I will go there again .

I was not happy about the call I had with an associate. I called about donations for a family in need. Instead of friendly service I received rudeness, attitude, the associate not listening, and the term you people used. Im still upset. Sales people should make sure they hang up the phone before talking about customers.I had heard positive things about this furniture store but I guess I called on the wrong day. I wont be shopping there.

Went in last night, maybe 45 mins til close. Wasnt expecting it to be so busy, but despite that the customer service I received from the two gentlemen was top-notch. Because they were so busy, it took longer than I anticipated to finish (no fault of theirs, of course), but even though I offered to come back another day so they could get home, they said it was okay and not a problem at all to stay until I got what I came for. This great customer service is appreciated, especially during these times. Definitely recommend them!

Found this gem of a furniture outlet in 2003 and was so happy to take a Roadtrip today and find it still in same spot still selling quality furniture at best price. Love their furniture and great service! UPDATE..My new furniture was delivered recently and I am very happy with it! Im also impressed with the gentlemen that set up my furniture and cleaned up before leaving. I wont hesitate to go back again to Furniture Outlet.

I ordered a dresser for my mother and they didnt order a whole new dresser. All they ordered was a top for my moms dresser. And that was not what I was told or paid for. Then the delivery guy was rude and disrespectful to my mother. And told her to make a complaint if she is upset. Not a professional place or company at all.

Great store to shop at! Randomly stopped in; I had just moved to town. I was looking for a new dining set and hutch. Vic helped me look at some of the pieces in store. He also managed to get me the display set, since I was in need of something right then. I would recommend this place to everyone else!

I’m only leaving this place a bad review because when I initially went the the store to purchase my furniture I was told the the color of the furniture (gray) I initially wanted won’t be in until the very end of September because it was a delay. So I settled and went for that same sectional but for a different color (tan) that I was told would get here what they said would be the end of August. August came and went so not trying to be a bothersome, I waited until the second week of September To call to see where my furniture Was. They told me that the color of the furniture that I settled for(tan) there was a “delay” and it won’t be in until October and that they had a gray one in stock already (the one I initially wanted that I was told wouldn’t be here until the end of September ) so I said that I will take the gray one and I was told I would get it the next week on 9/17/20 . That Thursday when they brought me my 3 piece sectional they forgot to load up my chase so they only delivered 2 pieces instead and said that I would have to wait until the next day between the hours of 3pm and 6pm to receive my chase. The hours of 3 and 6 came and went and no delivery of my other part of the sectional. I didn’t receive a phone call from the delivery drivers with an ETA. I called the warehouse at 5:30 and they were closed. I ended up calling Vic which is the salesman that sold us the furniture and he was very attentive to helping us figure out the whereabouts of the furniture and trying to do everything in his best interest to help. Long story short, the delivery driver finally called me at 7:15 claiming that he was running late and would be to me in 10minutes and eventually he came. I had plans that day and had to cancel them because I expected my furniture to be here between 3:00 and 6:00 and I didn’t get it until 7:30 pm! I couldn’t believe that I wasn’t called to be informed ahead of time that they were running late, instead it was all a waiting game and hoping that they came with my furniture. Smh

The Rehoboth Beach store. Our salesman Jim is very knowledgeable friendly and extremely patient with our heavy demands and always gets our orders straight. Even with COVID delays he is prompt with updates and answers. Also let’s us know when sales and discounts become available for future orders. Good salesman and now a friend. New to Delaware and we will only deal with him!

Frankie called me first thing the morning after my email inquiry! Had delivery setup in a day, and worked with me on price! I cant say enough about his customer service! Do yourself a favor and do business with him and these guys! The place next door wanted over 10% more for the same exact piece and Bonnie told me to prove it when I asked her if they matched, then actually suggested I go take a picture of the tag next door while making no effort to verify the price online I had given. Ive been in customer service my entire life and am still amazed she sent a customer out the door...

As soon as we walked in Vic welcomed us and and started if we needed any help just ask him, he did ask if there was a particular item we were looking for. Then we were looking around and Barry approached us as we seen the deal of $799.00, he showed us sl the deals and we bought the first deal item. There are many items to pick from and everyone was friendly and helpful. Will be back for two mattresses.Well getting the furniture pick up, I find I was getting furniture from there floor not from the back line I was told. I was told the furniture is safe and I was told I would receive a 10% discount on the mattress I was gonna buy.Then get the furniture home the love seat is hard as a rock and that is why the love seat was on the wall, nobody could sit on it. Very unhappy with my purchase and the way they do sales. Never will go back to Furniture and More Outlet. Now im stuck with this uncomfortable love seat

My experience was wonderful!! I talked to Dave told him I needed a recliner for my mom....he asked how old is she...he made suggestions...I told him what I needed...size of the chair was a huge problem. I needed a smaller recliner for my 88 year old mother. He found the perfect chair!!! She is so happy! The chair is better than I could have ever picked out myself. I am so glad I talked to Dave!!!! He saved me...my mom is happy which makes my life wonderful.....his insight in finding a chair was more than I could have asked for....Dave is great!!!

Our home is old and has smaller doorways, and upon arrival, the staff did not even attempt to bring the couch inside. They said we would have to pick a smaller piece of furniture with store credit and we were not eligible for a full refund, plus we would have to pay another delivery fee. Went to the store to pick something else out but were unable to find something we liked. Decided to pick up the couch and try to get it in the house ourselves. Within 15 minutes, my boyfriend and his friend had the couch in the living room with NO DAMAGE and NO PROBLEM. I called Furniture and More to ask for a refund on the delivery fee I had paid to have my couch installed. They said no. I’m out $80 for no reason. Bummer.

In store service was great but the delivery was horrible. We got a couh with a removable chaise and they brought it inside but wouldnt not take it upstairs to the room it was going in. We informed them that a larger couch had just me brought down the steps nights before but one of the delivery guys wouldnt even attempt to get the couch upstairs. At one point he walked out the house and when his partner went back to get him to try he came in and proceed to argue with me that it wouldnt fit. My brother and I ended taking the couch up ourselves and it fit without any issues.

I will NEVER ORDER furniture from there ever again! The customer service in my opinion is horrible. After the rep followed me around like I was a furniture thief, I finally seen something that I like. I signed to place the pieces of furniture on layaway. One was brand new and the other was off the floor from display. During the payment process of layaway, which took me about a month or so, they could not find where I made one of my payments. How could a store not keep track of a payment that was made is beyond me! Then the rep says my furniture is now a different price 2 times! After all the confusion was done. I then learned that they sold my furniture!!! After I completely payed it off!!! 😡 Now I have to wait almost 5 more weeks for a furniture set I already paid for while it was already in the store! Not one time did anyone call me to make me aware of this and not one person explained to me that this could happen. Not even on paper! It caused me a big inconvenience of inviting people over where no one can sit. Never again will I go through that.

Its a typical furniture store. Its not as clean and well maintained as others, but its not bad. The sales people are either really pushy or just not into it at all. I guess it depends what day you go. We went a few times looking for a new sofa or sectional. One time they were on us constantly annoying us, the next time we had to go in the back to find someone to ask a question. Nice furniture though.

Very Nice customer support and Loving my new Couch and table set

Everything went smoothly. They called the next day and set up delivery within 3 days I had my recliner loveseat. The delivery guys called they were able to come earlier which worked out great. Disappointed that the cup holders and storage were still dirty with food and sticky stuff still in there it would have been to nice to have it at least wiped out.

This was a relaxed atmosphere but Frankie was available whenever we needed him and very knowledgeable on what furniture would fit our lifestyle..

I visited here November 22, 2019. I saw a chest and nightstand set I liked for my daughter. Frankie was very nice and helpful. We negotiated a price and I told him I would be back because I needed to discuss things with my husband. My husband felt like the price was too high, but it really wasnt. I allowed my husband to look around and then when he didnt find anything as reasonable as this, I asked him was it okay to go get the set now. He finally agreed. I called Frankie back on November 27, 2019 around 3:30pm. He was technically off that day, but he had come in for another customer that he made a promise to. In the mean time he was kind enough and patient enough to wait for me to get there. I was an hour away. When I got there, he had all the paperwork ready to go, so all I had to do was sign and pay. He personally put my items in the van for me. He was quick and efficient. I was finished and out of the store within 30 minutes. Thank you Frankie for your help and support and for being kind and patient. I know you didnt have to do it, but Im greatful that you did. My daughter loves her chest and nightstand. Thanks again. Great place to go and prices are reasonable. Service is awesome and they are not down your back like some furniture stores.

We had a nice experience with this company the first couple of go rounds when we purchased several various items for our new home. After which we received a discount in the mail which we thought was a nice incentive for customer loyalty/award. We went back there and found a chair that we really liked but didnt realize we HAD to bring the coupon with us. The same blond lady (I think she maybe the manager) that someone else referenced absolutely refused to budge. She would not allow us to pay for the chair with the discount then and there, nor come back the next day with the coupon as it would have expired by then nor go home and retrieve the coupon as they were closing soon. The third time and final straw for us, was last night!!! YUP!!! June 10, 2016!!! They advertised on the radio 50% OFF!!!! EVERYTHING MUST GO!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE PEOPLE!!!! THERE IS NOT NARY ONE SINGLE SOLITARY ITEM THAT IS 50% OFF!!!! NOT A ONE!!! You can only get 15% off the original price or get the item for the listed sale price (floor model only) ergo...youre NOT getting a deal at all!!! Do not waste your time nor your gas!!! TYPICAL SHYSTER TACTICS!!! Well...maybe after this posting...they will finally sell that hideous purple recliner that looks like grandpas butt crack has been sitting in it for the last 45 years at 50% off!!! :) BUYERS BEWARE!!!

So, make sure Everything is on point before you sign your Paper Work..My Daughters picked out a Living room Set, that came with Lamps.. It was not a bad Price,so I did get that..I was told it had to be Ordered..I was told that I would not get it until around August..!However,when I called the Fiance Company Snap,they gave me a Totally Different 📅 Date!! Snap also told me that they called to the store and spoke to the Sales guy .He has told the Finance Company Snap Associate that he made a Mistake on telling me when I would receive my Furniture!!.He also told the Snap worker that he Said..All Sales are Final..Lie!..Another Lie!!!!..He never mentioned any words of such!!.Lie,Lie ..While I was waiting for him, I was looking around ..In the store they have a Sign up stating Sales are Final,and Exchange...!! So,If no one pays close attention or can not read.....They would not know it because the Sales Guy NEVER told me!!!!. Furthermore, there were a few other items that I wanted to Purchase that also had a Price Tag on the Items.When I wanted them, then the salesman whos name is Frankie said that he did notthink the tag was right, so he went to the back to the Female Manger to ask her about the price..I could hear them talking,clear as Day!!.I have a Witness as well that was with me!!!She told him that she was trying to check to see what the price was, and could not find it, so the sale guy said.. I will just go out here and just tell her the Higher Price of...etc..Yes..He did just that..He was like...Oo they run about almost 200 hundred Dollars .. 😧 Crazy to just make up a Price!!Yes!! I heard him say these words!! I also heard her say something about beingfraud..I think he told her that maybe I changed the tags... SMH>... When I did ask Frank about the Price.He replied that kids come in all the time and change the tags..I told him that it was one of his co worker that changed the Tag right in front of me, so it was not any kid:.. I also asked to speak to the Manger so I could let her know what just happen.. He then told me it was a bad time, and that the worker just made a Mistake!...These Workers, all should have bosses...? Who are they? Who will check into what happen..Who holds the Workers responseable.What happens to them??. I do hope that someone Higher up in the Company read my Feedback..In closing.. I have shopped several times at this Place... No Problems such as this... This is my Last time of Spending my hard on money there.. I hope my True Story will save others from future Hard Act/Problems.. Make sure to take pictures when you see the Prices there... Check behind workers, just in case they are making up Prices!! .. I will be reporting this to the Better Business ...p.s.. If I am not mistaking, they have another Store in Dover.. I was yesterday... I should have purchased my items from there... That store workers are Professional!
