We actually had a terrific time looking at Sleep Number beds at the Dover store. The salespeople were extremely knowledgeable in helping us choose a bed that matched our needs., They were also helpful with the financing. While we were filling out paperwork and finalizing the sale, they kept the mood light and kept us laughing.

The great reviews of Laura are accurate. The entire Sleep Number bed purchase experience with Laura W from greeting to goodbye could not have been any better. She did a great job guiding us through the process.

Laurie Lane was absolutely amazing. She was very kind, helpful and honest. She never pushed us into a more expensive bed she allowed us to ask a million questions, try out every bed on the show room floor and was all around a pleasure to work with. I will be going back to the Dover location and requesting Laurie for any further help with our bed. Also will make sure to recommend her to family and friends. She truly gave outstanding customer service! Plus her jokes are pretty great too!

Laura was fantastic. I was lucky to have come in with some research having been done in advance, but she was so helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure, no hype; answered questions and showed the features each bed offered. We decided upon one and it was a quick check-out and registration process. Laura walked me through the SleepIQ app for my phone, and I feel confident that, once the bed gets here, Ill be ready to go!

DO NOT PURCHASE A SLEEPNUMBER BED - I DID AND WAS TOLD THE TERMS WERE 5 YRS 0% INTEREST - My rep, Laura, said $88/month pmt. When I looked at the statement - IT SAID 12 MONTHS! I spoke to the Rep I dealt with over 20 times and she assured me that it wasnt 5 YRS as she had quoted - but 36 months. I told her we could not afford the bed if it was 12 months and wanted to return the bed within the 100 night period. Laura assured me that it was 36 months time & time again. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REPS! I can prove all these conversations as I have the texts.Like

It was a wonderful experience. The sales reps were informative and answered all of our questions. The evaluation was thorough and the best part was laying on the comfortable beds.

Dont buy a bed from here, they use VIVE financial/HC Processing. The bed is great, but vive never billed the right address, never contacted me, I called the bank from the store, they never heard of me via name, SSN, e-mail, now they trashed my credit score and let the bed total up to over $5,000 and VIVE refuses to let me dispute it because I bought the bed in December and its now July, when I only found out about VIVE in June, so Im either stuck with my horrible credit and forced to pay late fees that arent my fault or Ill take it to the higher ups and lose, thanks a lot!
