Worse place to go. If you are looking for honest professionals, don’t go to Scottie’s. This place use to be a great place to go for service. They use to be very good. I always recommended them to anyone that asked me but I will not recommend them again. When you call them on their unprofessional work and attitudes they get upset as if they are doing you a favor. Do yourself a favor and find an honest shop.

2 years ago I brought my 1987 El Camino in the the Dover shop and had the complete exhaust replaced. I dont drive it a lot but after 6,000 the muffler went bad, Chuck at Scotties replaced it no problem. Now 7,000 miles later the muffler went bad again this time Angel took it in the shop and replaced it again, no problem,good guys, stand by their products.

I stopped in to have them fix an exhaust mount. Literally a 5 minute job. In and out easy. They gave me a 2 week job time quote.Seriously? What kind of muffler shop is this?

I got an oil change, brakes and rotors, and 4 new tires all within a 2 week span. The mechanics are always very professional and answer every question I pose to them. I waited for each service and the first 2 services were done within an hour. The breaks were done in two hours. I highly recommend this business..

I had an 11am appointment for brakes, they didnt start until 11:20 am. I understand that unforseen things happen. I was concerned about getting home for my 1 pm webinar. They assured me it would happen and they came through. I even had time for the car wash on the way home. Prices are always fair and the work is always done right. They have put dual exhaust and welded tips on 3 of my trucks. All NICE work. That is why I chose them for brakes. I would definitely recommend. They will treat you right all the way around.

We took our vehicle to scotti for overall work before hitting the road. The work we had done totaled over 1000.00. We didnt mind the cost for an older vehicle. One of the services was to check brakes. Their report was that brake lines were flushed and checked. Unfortunately our brake light came on recently. We took it to a shop closer to home to be safe and found out our brake lines were rotted out and leaking fluid. Brake light came on after having it serviced previously by scotti service center in dover. They said brakes were checked along with fluid line flushed. I took it to community and they discovered my brake lines were rotted out. Hard to believe this was missed and could have led to a tragic accident had I not taken it to community repair.

They did a great job. Cost was very reasonable. Thank you guys.

Went there and had my 02 sensors replaced on my vehicle. 2 visits cost me Somewhere around a $1000 Parts and labor The technicians there do good work my only problem is there pricing.

This place is alittle pricey when it comes to exhaust repairs. But I set up an estimate during one day during the week. They said they might not be able to fix it but they could give me an estimate. When I went there they gave me my estimate and fixed it the same day. Charge me alittle over $400.00 dollars to fix flex pipe down to cat.

The final bill was exactly the same as the estimate. The car was done in the exact time they told us. Thank you.

Fat guy sits behind counter and ignores the issues you bring to them to look at, does bare minimum, tries to charge extra than originally quoted. I asked for my electrical issues to be looked at, and my spark plugs to be changed. What I got was an oil change and a headlight replaced $500 later.

Took a while longer than I thought since I had an appointment and they took my car right in but it sat up on the lift for over an hour while they worked on another vehicle. They did great work and were quick once they got started.

I took my car to hertrich Chevrolet for emissions, they told me they couldn’t do it and recommended Scotties Muffler. They told me they could repair for flat rate 150.00. Charged me 192.00 and car stopped running on way home. I took it to Hertrich Or had it towed, they charged me 419.00 for an ignition module. I felt these 2 businesses did something that car would stop running or too run up the dollars. No I am aware of cars and repairs but they just rip you off.

I have been going to Scotti Muffler auto repairs for over a year now and I am so glad that I found them! They are super nice and are great at their job. They are reasonably priced and will find a fix and not leave you stranded! They go above and beyond other business and I never feel like I have been cheated!!

I honestly think they rip off people. But my main gripe is they dont follow through on the times they book you on. Your appointment will be changed and youll have no clue.

This was my first time using this location and they were wonderful! I showed up at 9am on a Monday and told them I was having an issue with my exhaust pipe and by 9:30 i received a call explaining what needed to be done alone with a reasonable price and then an hour later they were finished and I could pick up my car! Would highly recommend them!!!!

Scotti allows you to make appointments rather than just showing up at the crack of dawn and duking it out with other customers to get ahead of them. And it sticks to those appointments. The work is done quickly and, as far as I can tell at this point, competently. Staff is pleasant to customers and to each other. One thing could be improved: there are coffee pots but I’ve never seen any coffee.Also, the work to be done was explained.

When all other shops told me they couldnt fix it scotti fixed it. Customer for life now

Took my car there to get a complete muffler job I bought muffler and catalytic converter‘s $1635 the bolts that attach the pipe to the manifold all four of them were loose will fix myself I don’t want my car being dropped off there and I’m taking your time when it should be a priority since our already paid all that money

Took good care of my A.C. needs at a fair price

Excellent service and reasonable prices. They kept me informed of the entire process and even took the car through inspection for me. If you are having emissions problems blocking your inspection this is the place to go. They have 3 certified emissions specialist that DMV requires if you eventually need to get a waiver.

I paid for a vehicle in cash in order to get from point A to B as a workhorse for a few years and needed a quick fix to repair a rust destroyed exhaust system. Scotti saved me over $700 in parts that I would have spent in order to do it myself. They are very busy with many customers utilizing their services so there could be a minor delay getting to your vehicle, but once they put metal to metal those gents work fast!

Went to Scotti Muffler to have a new dual exhaust system put on my 05 Mustang. Not only did they do an excellent job with the install but also shaved the rear bumper to fit the polished tips. Both sides look identical and the job was well done. Would recommend to everyone! Best friend also had his truck done there with great results!

I had my shocks put on my truck here. After they were put on I noticed that one of my CV axle boots were torn. Brought it back and no questions asked they fixed it for me. Great shop, they have earned my business for as long as I am in Delaware. Hard to find a honest shop that is willing to do the right thing now a days.

Very good service. Excellent prices. Got my car in and out quick for a manifold replacement. One of the mechanics (Justin) was particularly helpful and very informative.

Employee refused to wear a mask, was going on tangents about COVID-19 when we went to pick up our car. Made me really uncomfortable.

They werent trying to sell you something you didnt need. They got to the root of your problem and you decided whether you wanted to fix it or not. I appalled honesty.

Quoted me $65. Called and said they needed to put $463 in parts on. I say just do the flex pipe Ill come back for a new muffler. I cant afford it now. Get there they charge $165 not $65. Wont be returning.

Called 6 different places For prices on a exhaust for my Silverado They were more than twice the cost of any other shop I called I seriously dont even know how this place is still in business And/or could even have the audacity to give somebody a Price of 1145.00 for exhaust.

Seriously people I dont know how this place has any customers they are priced way to high .I had a oil sensor replaced that is under the intake they had to take intake off to replace it so they charged me for that and thats fine but then they charge me labor for pulling the intake again to replace gasket they all ready had it off they double dipped then they charge me way way to much for gasket 25 dollar gasket there price 80dollars I love to tell you this is a reputable shop since they are rare but I cant STAY AWAY FROM SCOTTYS OR YOU WILL PAY DEARLY

I know my car needs alot of work but the price was astronomically high. I need it to be safe not brand new. The mechanics are hit or miss. Some good some bad. One told me because I ran over a branch thst was considered a wreck! ...and why my bolt from my wheel broke off. Not from him tightening it up to hard. I was insulted thst hed think Id fall for that. They didnt even offer to fix ther bolt right then and there. There were acouple mechanics that were very condescending. I may be a female but by no means am I naive or easily fooled. Im disappointed in this experience because I thought they were a great place. I got a second opinion on the work they said I needed and I was told someone had been messing with one of my tie rods because it was adjusted. He said that doesnt happen unless someone does it! The last time I took it in hereti get work done I noticed after my tire was wearing out on the outside only. This never happened before until I got that work done. Also after the work ther car made a crazy rubbing sound when I drove it (why I had to bring it in this last time) now Im thinking it was from the tir rod being messed with. Im beside myself with this. Im not saying this is for sure their fault but the evidence does in face seen to state that conclusion. Better to be safe than sorry.
