I’ve taken several of my cars here to have them serviced over the years. The service is usually good. I picked my car up today and the battery was totally drained. I called to explain the situation and I was told nobody knows anything. My car has never had any issues with starting until I let them work on it. I’ll never take my car to them again! They could’ve at least pretended to care. Terrible customer service!

I have never had an experience at a service shop like this. When I went to the service desk I met with the service manager and he was extremely helpful when I asked for a quote about replacing my exhaust. I was then allowed to see the exhaust when my car was up on the lift. The service technician then explained what he recommended and answered my follow up questions with a great amount of professionalism. The part needed was in stock and the service took about 30 minutes. I will come here again if I ever need a service like this again. They also support our troops by giving us a 10 percent discount.

Terrible customer service. Man at the counter was more interested in telling me to back away from the counter/with a n95 mask on than to see what i wanted. Then saif he was to busey and didnt know when he you could get to my truck. Going to Scottie. I had two trucks that needed new exhausts

These guys are the best. What repair shop has the Owner in the shop all of the time? Two guys take turns at the counter and in the shop so that they can keep in touch with car issues. Always have taken care of me with a little humor now and then for over twenty years.

They do great work here. They are dependable courteous honest & they care about what they do. The only set back is its a no appointment, first come first serve place. Their reputation proceeds their work, so you mayhave to wait. Best option is to drop off your vehicle & come back later. Well worth the wait though.

Staff was able to get me in and diagnosed quickly, due to the extent of the repair and the time I dropped it off they were going to have to keep it over night. Got the call to pick it up at 9 a.m. the next day and when I picked it up to my surprise Moses the service manager informed me they were able to replace the part from a different angle that didnt require extensive labor. They took $200 off my agreed upon quoted price which in todays day and age is rare. They could have easily stuck to the agreed upon quote and I never would have been aware. That act of honesty and professionalism will bring me back in the future and I highly recommend anyone in the area to utilize this repair shop as well.

They didn’t check all that could have been wrong, so I spent 700$ and my air still does not work.

The owner and his technicians are the best and Moses who runs the front of the shop is is terrific manager, Ben the manager mechanic is its just a great guy they care about everyone and most importantly their prices are awesome.

Always friendly and honest. They are always busy because of this. Integral mechanics are hard to find sometimes but these guys have that in the bag. As quick as they can service and theyll also let you know if something is unnecessary or something that cannot do. Great recommendations for other places that do work that they dont do.

When a neighboring business left me with an oil leak and a broken radiator, Ben and his crew at Meineke were there to piece thisdamsel in a mess back together. When/if youre left with a mess, go to Meineke three blocks down for your EXCELLENT car care and customer service experience.

They did quality work but they failed to call when they discovered another job on my vehicle and instead let it sit till I called the next day. This delayed picking up the vehicle by another full day.

1st come 1st serve, no appointments. Had 2 different oil changes 2 dramatically different prices. Maybe just because one was a Mini.... Staff seems nice.

I like the owner a lot and believe if he could replicate himself this place would be the best. However it seems some of the employees think they are him and know everything. Finding out they dont can get expensive so dont just always take someones ( unless its Rob himself)word for it. You got google, use it. Other than that,this place is great. I send anyone that asks about a mechanic to them including family.

Ben and the other Dover Meineke workers were wonderful! We were stuck away from home on a Saturday morning with 2 broken cars -- one with a brake line leak and the other with a flat tire. We were ready to go by 2pm. The work done was excellent, fairly priced and with lots of extra TLC including suggestions of what to do nearby while waiting for the new tire to arrive. Both cars were 1990 Toyotas -- we often have to special order parts and tires back home so we were expecting we might have to extend our trip. Thanks Meineke!

Super customer service and extremely helpful. I hardly waited for my oil change. Even let me in the garage to look at the problem and tried to solve it for me without charging extra. I am returning monday to have an idler pulley changed out and anytime in the future for mechanical issues. Best shop around.

Me and my fiance paid 1,020 for them to fix our car. And they still didnt fix. We got it back 5 days after they had and when they said it was fixed for it to just mess up again 10 minutes later. Our car wasnt taking gas. And the battery light and brake light came on, and the car died needing a jump to start. Which everybody said was the alternator. They said it wasnt and did all this diagnostics test on it that cost $180. Did all this other stuff. When they took the car back Friday night and over half of Saturday another person. Worked on it and they to claimed they fixed it. They fixed the gas issues but on the way to work this morning the lights came back on and the car wouldnt start. 3 different people with experience with working on cars looked at it and did their own test to find out it was the alternator.How did licenced machanics not figure this out for the 6 days they had the car ? So more money out of our pockets that we couldnt afford.

Worst place to get your vehicle. This place is a ripoff. Bad customer service. They are a bunch of unethical mechanics, theyll rob you. They used this stupid technique where they take you and show you whats wrong with your car so they could take your money.

Got a complete muffler installed march 2017 and by sept 2019 it had rusted a giant hole because they use cheap substandard parts.
