I wont say much. We went in to look at vehicles, ready to purchase. We were unimpressed after speaking with them, the salesman made it very clear that they didnt want or need our business due to the fact that they can get more money by holding onto the vehicles and selling them to other dealers who call looking for inventory. The salesman also gave us some financing numbers that were way...way off, and was either blatant lying or plain bad math. Either way, this threw up more red flags.We still put a vehicle on hold before leaving, due to the fact that we did like the truck. After a couple days though...We asked them if they could do better on the price, since we were still shopping and had found some good prices. The price of the truck was not an issue, I did ask if they could lower the price a little, but like I said, they werent interested in doing business. We decided to get a refund on our deposit and buy a truck from a dealership in Mass. We got a great price from Danvers Ford, and a better truck. Best of all though...they wanted our business, and treated us with respect. If you decide to go to Bill Dubes, prepare yourself for the worse sales pitch youve ever heard in your life. I recommend you go find a dealer who will tell you they want your business.

I know some people like these guy, but I have just constantly had odd experiences here. I went to buy a car for my college daughter and told them we wanted to stay around 12k and the rep continuously did not listen and triend to get her into a 25-30k car. She is a 19 year old teacher.Then I have called parts and usually got decent help until I got some grumpy guy that continued to complain and when they did not have a part in stock (For $81 when elsewhere the same exact one is $15 aftermarket- $40 same part and mfg) he gruntedWe pay for the catalog, so we wont give part numbers over the phoneYea, thats the way to give 5 star customer service. Cant give a part number you can easily get on line.Quite your job grumpy or move to a dept you dont have to talk to people.

I have purchased quite a few vehicles from dealerships and this purchase was smooth as can be... I had searched all of the US for a specific Tahoe and found it at Bill Dube in NH. It was under the mileage and price I was looking for and got a good deal. We flew out from Peoria, IL to pick up my new ride and drove it back nearly 1,300 miles. . Daniel Reed and Jonathan Bowman were excellent. I had my financing set up prior to my arrival, Daniel had his driver Paul to pick us up from the Airport who was absolutely the best :) Jonathan sealed the deal making paperwork super easy. They even gave us 2 boxes of girl scout cookies which i thought was funny... So my new trucks name is Scout which is fitting because she is also green. I love my new ride and I feel like with my 1 month search of a specific vehicle, got a great deal. Thank you.
Went to ford for sole purpose of purchasing the Bronco, the window sticker said the price was 30,500. This was in our budget, so we decided to take the car for a test drive, while waiting on a dealer plate, we were informed by an associate that the dealership was charging 4,000more than the sticker price. We asked why and our associate had no idea why. I feel as though they were basically trying to rob me. I think there actions are incredibly dishonest. If there sticker wouldve had the amended price. We would have been able to make an informed decision before any potential test drive.BAD BUISUSINES!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHAT THEIVES YOU ARE!!
Finally a young man approached us with no greeting. Asked what we were interested in and what we wanted to spend. We said about $20,000 and then asked for a price on a particular car and he said he would go inside and get it for us. He slowly walked across the parking lot kicking stones and then stood behind a car. We waited and watched him and concluded he wasn’t at all interested, and so we drove out. Not another soul shopping for a car there. What treatment!
Cant say enough about my experience with Bill Dube Ford. They were excellent from test drive to trade. Heck they even helped me move my gear from the old truck to new. Now a happy owner of a new F-150 and cant recall what I drove before. See Garron if youre in the hunt for a new Ford.

I wont be going back. Took my vehicle in a few weeks ago for one of their package oil change deals. Ended up at the Quick Lane side of the house. The reception folks are vey nice and my vehicle went in as soon as I arrived. Things finished up in what I would say is a reasonable amount of time.As I was driving away I checked the oil life monitor only to find it had not been reset. OK, I can do that. Then I checked the tire pressure and found they had not recalibrated the tpms (tires were rotated). Fortunately I bought a calibration tool after the last time they failed to do recalibrate. Then I decided I better check the oil. The oil level was fine, but the oil was black and dirty. I would have expected the oil to be relatively clean given that the vehicle had just over 5000 miles at the time of the service and a fresh oil change. But Im not an expert and maybe thats normal. But after the first two fails...The clincher was when I received the typical survey request about a week after service. You know the one that the service rep begs you to complete and give a good review because it makes a difference on their internal reviews. I wasnt nasty but I mentioned all three items and gave them a 3 out 5 rating. Its been over two weeks since I submitted the review and Ive not heard anything. So I guess they are as diligent about the reviews as they apparently are about their service. Some may say why not go back right away and inquire about all this. Im not confrontational and this would be my word vs. their word. Besides, if they wouldnt take the time to look into the review what would make me think they would do anything about my concerns. Its a new truck and I depend on it for 5th wheel towing. Although Im not a motorhead I do try to take care of my vehicles. So I am on my way to another Ford dealership to have the oil changed and have the truck checked over the way I expected it would have been done. But as for Dube, I wont be going back.
Very good experience, start to finish. My car was hit and totaled so I needed a new vehicle. I did some research online, scheduled a test drive at Bill Dube, and got the vehicle I wanted with no hassle, no pushy salesman, and no run around - exactly how I like it. The salesman, David Azzo, was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I ended up in the car I wanted. Im very satisfied with my purchase and my experience at Bill Dube Ford.
An incredible experience with Bill Dube! A week before stopping in, I was finally done fixing my ‘03 Sonata. Too much money wasted on an old broken car. But I realized I was 18 and got a cosigner. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the same salesman who had sold my Mother and stepfather multiple cars, one just after I got mine. Brian, our salesman, is an incredible employee, as is Donna, one of the managers. Both helped me the whole time once I stopped in to see the ‘09 Focus I had found online and I absolutely fell in love with the cute car. Despite being on hold with USAA for 2-3 hours (which Bill Dube had nothing to do with, USAA just has terrible customer service), I had a great time there, I was offered water, hot coco and food. Every other auto dealership should take note from Bill Dube. They treat their customers with upmost respect, as the customer should be. They offer complimentary beverages to keep you happy. They will be by your side the whole time until you find the car that is right for you. But most importantly, these are genuine people, who genuinely love their jobs and care about you. I highly recommend Bill Dube for anyone looking to buy a new/used Ford or Toyota, or for a new teenage driver to pickup their brand new whip!

Buyer beware!! could not more appropriately describe my experience with Bill Dube Ford. I was sold an extended service plan/warranty (ESP) with my F150 back on 4/5/20. Long story short, the Finance Manager, (I’ll allow to remain nameless) sold me a ESP. He told me the truck would be covered for an additional 84 months or 100,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the expiration of the certified pre-owned warranty (48 months or 48,000) This was at the very least, a HUGE MISREPRESENTATION. The warranty actually starts when the vehicle was originally purchased. That was three years ago by another party. He sold me a warranty that covered the truck when I didn’t even own the vehicle! I won’t get into the contract that he re-wrote without my permission (appears to be done with whiteout, I have copies). I finally received a refund for $1658, that was my cost BTW, today. It almost wasn’t worth the aggravation, which is what I think they bank on. I’ve filed a complaint with Ford Motor Co. and the NH Attorney’s General Office. BUYER BEWARE!!
Worked with Maria and Kendra over the phone as I was over an hour away. They gave me a 1 day deal, but by the end of our negotiations the banks had closed. We agreed I would come up in two days for the same deal. They were nice to work with.I show up for the deal. I immediately notice the truck has 3k extra miles on it. I specifically talked about the milage on the phone before coming. Im told it is part of the certification process to put miles on the car (I later find out this is BS). We take it to a 3rd party mechanic. They find an oil leak between transmission and engine, they specify in front of salesperson Tyler that it is NOT from oil service. This is a certified pre-owned btw. I get back and another sales person Jerry say they will look into oil leak but are very dismissive and try to discredit the mechanic. After an hour of back and forth over tires that are 4/32, they come out with the cost and it isnt the negotiated price. Again, need to argue my side and what I was told. It was very disorganized and frankly didnt like being lied to over certain things. At this point Im with a 3rd salesperson who is nice and I honestly felt bad for.The next day they came back and told me the oil leak was from a sloppy oil service, that they did when they certified it? Anyway I killed the deal with a lower counter offer. Wouldnt trust this dealer.

I called maintenance department and the rep that answered kept interrupting me to call me back without asking for my phone number and without answering a simple question or without listening to my situation and guess what.... never called me back
Great experience! Everyone was so nice and worked really hard to get the price and payment I wanted. When a huge rain storm came in during my transaction Chris pulled my trade and my new car into the garage so I could transfer my belongings without getting wet. Absolutely fantastic service, fantastic atmosphere and amazing people.

Just picked up my 2016 Ford F-150 today March 13th from Bill Dube after they replaced my dash. I wanted to say thank you David for the excellent customer service at the desk and for assisting/updating me through the whole process. Additionally I wanted to thank the technician who did the work on the truck as he went above and beyond on the install. The dash was not only installed properly and according to specifications, however the gap between my glovebox and one of my panels was also corrected (which I never even mentioned about being fixed). Worked directly with Rich and found he was willing to work to get the exact truck I wanted, and I was very particular about what I wanted (which had frustrated other dealers). My only criticism is that there were some long wait periods because of how busy they were and snow cleanup going on, probably could use some additional staff to handle the overload. All the numbers matched what was discussed and the process was smooth. What I liked the most was how personable the sales staff was- more fun than other dealers Ive worked with.

David Azzo was my salesman and I could not be more pleased with my experience. I was between a F150 or a Tacoma and David was more than willing to bring out all variations of each truck and helped me putting my two car seats in each truck. He was personable, friendly, and when I decided on the Tacoma he helped me locate the exact one I wanted and coordinated the pick up of the truck because they didn’t have the exact one I wanted. I was very impressed with this because other dealerships had tried to push me into one in their lot, but Dave made sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back.
Dont have much experience with buying cars so I cant say whether it was good compared to other places, but I needed a car and they got me into one right away, very good service. Their garage is great too, not much more expensive than any other garage and they offer loaner cars as well. Again, this might be fairly standard service for car dealerships, I wouldnt know, but I think its great.

They look to understand what it is you want & need and where you are currently on your buying journey, very politely tease out from you why you havent yet bought from another dealer and straightforwardly ASK if there is something they can do differently that might make a purchase more likely with them.To sum it up; they not only take special effort to do the right thing, they go out of their way to do it right.

Will not nickel and dime you to death on trade ins and have tons of financing options and will strive to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Not impressed the parts department at all they should terminate all their parts department employees and start over from scratch all of them are rude not customer-focused. However the Personnel in the service department are extremely nice. One thing that people might not be aware of is that bill to be typically overcharges for all their parts typically 10 to 20% more than the other Ford dealerships around so like they say let the buyer beware

Had my second maintenance service on my 2014 Prius at the Quick Lane facility... they were courteous and efficient... both appreciated. They told me that they could also inspect the car for 2016 even though my birth month was about 6 weeks away...so that was much more convenient than having to return for a state inspection. Will return in a few months for next maintenance. Good to know quality and efficiency can be found right here in Dover!

I happened to be driving by and saw they had a Jeep Wrangler so I stopped in. No sales people swarmed me while I was looking and let me take my time. I ended up speaking to Brian who was very easy to deal with, and super low pressure. In fact, everyone I dealt with during the entire process was like that. Just had my Ford Explorer service at Bill Dubes Quick Lane Service Center. The service manager Steve made it an effortless experience. They provided a courtesy ride to downtown Dover and picked me up after the service was complete. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to work on your car.
Extremely unhappy with their service. Kept me waiting for two hours in the showroom after a deal had already been agreed to over the phone. Once the car arrived for me to pick up, the trade in offer was $2500 dollars under the previously agreed upon price. They said that the employee who had negotiated the deal was no longer with the company and would not honor the deal.

I have brought my 2002 Toyota Camry XLE to Dube Ford / Toyota regularly since 2002. Theyve never made a mistake or done anything less than an outstanding job. The staff are to be noted for their listening ability when I bring the car in and explain what I think might be wrong or need checking. They are courteous and friendly, and by now they all know me by name - sort of like visiting family. Costs are always reasonable.
I would highly recommend choosing this dealership for your new or used car purchases. The salesman, Brian, and Joel in the finance department bent over backwards to make an excellent deal happen for me that no other dealership could match. The whole time I was treated with dignity and respect and because of that, drove away with my new car that night. While I swore to my husband if I bought a car there I wouldnt have it serviced there because its in an area I dont normally frequent, by the end of the sale I felt as if Id been adopted into their family and wouldnt go anywhere else to have my car serviced. This is a family owned business and that sense of belonging just resonates the whole car buying experience when youre doing business with them.

I got the run around from most dealers, none seemed inclined to assist. When I contacted Dube they indicated they could order the vehicle for me with a credit card deposit. Dube Ford also honored my USAA vehicle pricing quote. I was required to go to the showroom to sign off on the order. Approximately 2 ½ months later the sales person called and indicated the vehicle had arrived. I drove to Dube, provided them the balance owed on the car and left with my vehicle. The entire sales crew was fantastic, no pressure, honest and fair. Will buy my next Ford at Dube.

My fiance and I had a terrible experience at another dealership prior to coming to Bill Dube but the experience here was much better. We loved the non-pushy salespeople that showed us their inventory but gave us no pressure to buy that day. We ended up finding a really nice car that we love.

I have had nothing but good experiences with these guys. I have a 2003 Tacoma and I do all basic work myself, ( oil changes and whatnot) but I knew it was time to get all the big things checked out as the mileage is getting near 150,000.I had them do a comprehensive evaluation of what needs to be done to keep it running for the next 150, 000. I felt that they caught some major problems before they got worse and offered sound advice of things to consider without being pushy. Got my truck back and could not be happier.Most people think I am crazy going to a dealer, but for me I feel good knowing that it is done right even if it cost a little more.

This dealer is very crooked. I have taken my Ford there twice once for recall work and once for oil change and tire rotation and both times I got my car back it had something else wrong with it that wasnt wrong with it when I dropped it off and then they tell me the exorbitant amount they will charge me to fix it!!!!
This is my second new vehicle purchase at this business and I was treated wonderfully and professionally in both instances. I am surprised at the other yelp reviews that seem to totally contradict my experiences. I just purchased a new 2016 Ford Fusion which they gave me a fantastic deal on (I am in sales folks and know a deal) plus they gave me all the money and then some for my trade in. I think that Bill Dube Ford Toyota Scion is the place for purchasing your new vehicle. I have also had great service in their Quick Service facility next door.Thank you Eric for accommodating my busy schedule and delivering test drive cars to me in Portsmouth and for getting my truck reviewed so that I didnt have to wait around. Jerry the final negotiator was great at getting me to the bottom line and making it work for me. I will be back down the road, maybe to buy one of those hot new mustangs (if my wife lets me that is).:)
Sleazy, slimy snakes!!!. I wont go into the details as it is a long cumbersome story, But Donny in service tries to blame everything on the customer. Continuously made excuses for why the car was broken and why it was my fault. Even though it was running perfect fine until the cable that was recalled snapped. I will NEVER use their services again. I honestly had the worst customer service Ive ever had and this is the first review Ive ever taken the time to write but want to save others from dealing with similar situations. Save yourself the aggravation and find any other Ford dealership in the area. WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Recently I purchased Toyota Corolla.... Its a wonderful experience with Bill Dube. Their salesperson like John OConnor are very professional and experienced person. They understand your budget, need and time.Ill recommend to by friends, if they are looking for car atleast once visit to Bill Dube and meet person like John OConnor, I can guarantee they will definitely make a purchase.
I was asking for a pretty low price on a new vehicle and the sales manager was very rude about it. Saying that asking for that price was unreasonable and insulting. I wasnt demanding it or anything like that. I told them that I would buy the car here right now if they could do it, otherwise I was going to look at another dealership. I was asking for $500 cheaper than what I already got offered at another dealership for the same exact vehicle. I left and they called me the next day saying they could give me the price I asked for! I guess it wasnt so unreasonable of a price request after all.
Bill Dube has made the purchase and maintenance of my FRS painless along with effortless. I have no complaints, yet tons of positive feedback. From the buying process to the first check up Bill Dube has done everything I would expect and more that I would hope for a company to do. I will definitely be returning for another vehicle.
They sent me out the door with a signed contract then call me a month later an said inhad to come in an re sign a contract or they were gonna report the car stolen. Forced me into a contract with a much higher rate then i agreed to when buying the car totally screwed me over big time. Ill never ever buy a thing from this place.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I went in to buy a 2016 Tacoma truck. We negotiated an agreed price on paper for a specially ordered configuration. I go to the dealership with full cash payment in hand only to have the price switched on me. Their excuse was that the SALES MANAGER who finalized my deal, Donna - someone who said they had 30+ years experience with the dealership, made a mistake on pricing. Therefore, the customer had to eat the cost for their mistake. Ann, another sales manager, was less than courteous, and basically told us to take it or leave it. Keep in mind, I had waited a month for this trucks delivery, and they had this same amount of time to realize their mistake, contact me, and to work something out.BUYER BEWARE when going to Bill Dube Ford Toyota. They do NOT honor written contracts even when they are given out by management - it is basically what ever the finance department wants to charge that very moment to meet their numbers. I will be filing a formal complaint with Toyota Corporate offices. This really looks bad for the Toyota brand if they condone these type of practices when selling cars.Debbie Dube - if you can make this right, Ill reconsider this review and my discussion with Corporate because I believe in second chances and good business relationships.
Very disappointing buying experience. Thankfully I got up and left without money changing hands.The ordeal had the stench of a bait and switch. I was given a price on a vehicle. I go in and continue working with the salesman to then learn that the vehicle was sold (which is OK, because I dragged my feet a few days and knew the risks. This piece I am NOT upset about.). We began looking at alternatives and found a different vehicle that would fit what I was looking for. Then over comes a sales manager with the salesman I was working with. I then learn that the price I was given COULD NOT be honored because a mistake was made in counting one of the rebates twice. The Sales Manager even made a comment that she couldnt even sell that vehicle to her brother for that price. Apologies were made up and down, but nothing was done to try and make it right by the customer (me). To try and salvage something, I offered to buy a vehicle they had on their lot so as to not have to involve a dealer transfer. I knew this vehicle has been sitting there for quite some time. I upped my price above what initially drove me to Bill Dube and asking they try and meet me half way - to try to make up for their mistake. Nothing doing. $500 extra is all I got.I feel bad for the salesman - I was looking forward to doing business with him. Clearly this sale was lost due to mistakes/malfeasance in the back office deal room. Bill Dube Ford had an opportunity to win over a new customer (having never done business with them - or Ford for that matter). A failure to try and correct it and make it right by a customer with a checkbook in hand is disappointing.
Amazing experience! Bought my 1st and 2nd cars at Bill Dube as a teen and had great experiences. I just bought a 2019 Ford Raptor special order with Bill LaGrange as the Salesperson. Of the 20 or so vehicles Ive purchased in my life, the experience from start to finish was incredible. Bill Dube beat out other dealers in the area that were trying to get my business and Bill LaGrange made promises that he kept. Professional, personable and a great communicator. Josh in the finance department was excellent too. Made our early Christmas gift to ourselves a memory well cherish forever! The lack of communication, horrible customer service & attitude from the service staff leaves a lot to be desired. Reported them to Ford & Toyota corporations. I hope they replace their service staff management, I used to love this place.
