I made an online appointment to fix a door issue with my wifes 2015 Chevy Traverse. She had rain leaking in her drivers door during a storm. When I arrived for the appointment, I was ignored coming in the door for the first 5 minutes. They had another customer, but a Ill be with you as soon as I can would be nice. Then after some confusion about whether I even had an appointment, I was asked what the issue was. As soon as I said the words door leak my appointment was abruptly canceled. I was basically told this: We have a third-party that does that work, they only work on Mondays, it may be a few Mondays before we can get you in. Youll have to leave your car all day and we charge $130 just to look at it. My scheduler is down right now so I cant make you an appointment. Call back later to make ANOTHER appointment. Sorry. A total waste of my time, considering I MENTIONED THE DOOR LEAK WHEN I MADE THE ONLINE APPOINTMENT. I had a distinct feeling that I was not respected as a customer, and they could care less if I walked. Maybe I didnt look like their preferred customer but my money is green just like everybody else and I will be spending it elsewhere from now on.

Nice place, great service and staff. Kept appointment in my view with email alerts. Service people friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband called 3 days ahead to schedule a 1st time oil change for a new truck we bought there. When we got there the guy at Service desk looked at us weird. Come to find out the lady who took call prior never put us in for a service call. On top of that! She said we had to pay for the oil change, when we already were told when we bought truck in Dec 2020, 1st oil change is free. So we had to reschedule for following week. Hopefully it will be done.

Service was very good. Clerk did a search for the item needed, showd example and worked to find my item.

Do not use this place anymore, ever since they sold, they are ripping off customers, charged me almost $1,000.00 for a $300.00 wheel bearing replacement job. NEVER AGAIN !!!!! Many friends have also told me they have had problems with them also!!! Stay away from this place
