I hesitate on writing this review since Ive been doing business here since 2010...whether its buying, trading in a vehicle or service work, Ive always been a satisfied customer. My last service was for AC work that has turned into a nightmate. Ive already returned for a second time to address the issue and will not be returning for a 3rd time.
Part still not in. Called, long wait on phone. No updates until called 2 days past expected arrival of part to find out delayed another 2 weeks. Would think they would call to update customer.
David in Service was great 👍 answered questions I had and good advice.
If I could give less than one star I would. Dropped my car off on a Monday night, for a wheel bearing, allignment and tires. Came in Wednesday to check on it and they told me they were backed up 2 weeks, havent even looked at it. Friday that week found out they lost my paperwork twice and didnt have the tires. Today is now Tuesday the following week and its still NOT done. I told them I need my car. Im a mobile groomer and have lost over a week of my paycheck. They didnt care. Didnt even ask to accommodate me with anything, a rental, or even a discount. WORST place Ive ever taken my car to. DONT WASTE your time. However the sales people are very nice. Will be contacting the GM.

I tried to find pricing for several services I need. Gabriella demanded I give her my full vin number (who keeps that on the at all times.) she refused to talk with me or have a service advisor contact me, then hung up on me. Stay away! This was a horrible experience!
I have not been in to the dealership except for service. The service area is super clean and everyone i spoke with for my van was so nice and explained everything so I could understand easily. My van had several expensive fixes and they were all very patient with my many calls trying to figure out what was needed vs what could wait. I even got a loaner car to use. They are honest and I highly recommend the service department!
Needed to have repair on car and Dave Root was tech. Mr. Root was honest and respectful very helpful. Need repairs go to Honda and ask for Dave Root.
Lost my lug nut key, car not ready on time. Car argued with me about lost key. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none available. When I asked her to call the manager, she said she didnt have his cell phone number. I asked her if anyone in the dealership had his cell phone number. She said no.My salesperson Curtis was fantastic and very responsive. I cant say that for service or parts.
Great Service! Everyone was really helpful and friendly. I took my car for an oil change in the middle of the day and expected to be waiting all day, but they got me in and out in an hour.
We purchased our used SUV in January from Price and their service is exemplary. We are very happy with our decision to work with their sales department and their service department. I recommend them 100% if looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Brought my UTV in for laser front end alignment and they even had me take test drive with the technician once completed to be sure I was happy with the results. Excellent service and same day turn around. So much easier to drive.
I went in for service because of a Keyless Start System Problem with my 2016 Honda Pilot. After diagnosis, it was discovered my Start/Stop Engine button was faulty. They ordered one and installed it within a week. So far, so good. Big thanks to Natalie M.! You were really nice.

I visited there on 01/07/2021 with express service coupon. Service advisor was very helpful. After service was done, I got the invoice there I found some false statement which I never said during conversation with service advisor. The problem was air pressure leakage from front passenger side tyre. They did checked and found passenger side front valve stem was leaking. I was told that this problem supposed to be taken care by person who replace the old tyres. So they cant do anything. Surprisigly what I found in report, that I declined to repair this problem. It was really disappointing.Thankfully they listen and fixed other problems like viper blades which I provided to them. Be cautious, make sure what you said they got that or not. Otherwise they gonna put you like bad and careless customer on record.
I have two Honda Pilots that I bought from Price Honda many years ago and both cars are still running great due to the outstanding maintenance service at Price Honda. Shawn Betts always keeps in contact to let us know of deals and best times to get our cars in for routine service. Our family doesnt go anywhere else. My 80 year old parents just bought a CRV from Price and Dwayne took care of them and was as patient as a saint.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Competitive price considering its a dealer! Full synthetic oil change price is half the price of other service shops. I will return!
I purchased a used Avalon at Price Honda In Dover on or around Jan. 10 this year. They didn’t have the title and when I called them two weeks later a manager said the original owners of the car were keeping the title in house because they needed it to get tags for a new car. A salesman at another dealership said that it sounded like bull. I am still waiting for the title and have begun to wonder what the real reason behind the delay is. I had to replace the rack and pinion on the car when I took it for Md inspection. So I paid an extra thousand dollars for the car. A dealership is not going to sell a car they are not making money off. So buyer beware. It is apparent that at Price Honda in Dover the salespeople and the managers are not going to make a full disclosure of problems with a vehicle. T

I was taken in right away. The service advisor was very professional. Greeted me very friendly, did a walk around, listened to my vehicle needs, explained what they were going to due and then tried to up sell me a tire rotation which would be normal for the mileage. After the service was completed, which was in a very timely fashion, l was given an active vehicle delivery and the price was as quoted.
Went to ask about a problem with my 2008 Honda civic an staff mechanic took the time yo answer my questions. Very helpful 👌.
Good customer service get what you come for
Service department is understaffed and appears to be under equipped. I waited in line to drop off my car for 10 minutes before anyone said anything. It took 3 times longer to check out than it did from my previous dealer. Also they tried to sell me a 70 dollar brake inspection that was not included in the price I got when I booked the job. I am sure the actual service was done well.

Worst Honda dealer ever. Go into MD. Sold us cars that had major repairs to be done within the 1st year. Repair shop is hot mess. Save yourself the troubles.

I had an appointment & dropped off the car at 1:30 for rear brakes. I called and called, but no one answers the phone in the service department. I used the text service and sent a text asking for an update. I got a ride, went back & at 5:30 no one had even looked at the car yet. They offered me a rental. Next morning I get a text at 7:45 am saying cars ready and its $375! Originally told $230. I go in, pay and Im told someone will bring the car out front. 10 min later the guy comes back out and says the brakes are still squeaking so were going to pull the rear brakes back off and check them out. I went to Anderson Honda in Hunt Valley for 4 years before moving here. Not once did I have issues with the service department like this. You lost my business.
With the exception of Kristi, there is a lack of customer service at this establishment. Kristi was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure I would be able to get what I came in there for. When I was referred to “Parts” to get an estimate, I stood there for about 45 minutes; and that’s being generous. waiting on someone to assist me. I rang the bell that was on the counter for assistance, the cashier from a different section called them to let them know I was there and she received no answer. When I went back to Services and asked to speak to a manager in Parts, I was told there was only one person in part assisting customers on the phone and the manager had left. Throughout the entire time of me being there nobody besides Kristi and the young lady working the cashier inside bothered to assist. The entire time I waited and rang the bell at Parts other employees passed by, would look at me and did not offer assistance.
Always best effort and lent us a ride when we were in a bind
I was given a car loaner for free while car was in repairs. work done was excellent no complaints.

Rude salesman, sold me a car with a bad intermitten radio without telling me and promised to replace the hubcaps but never followed through.
I showed up for a last minute tire repair. They got me in and out in an hour despite being very busy that day. Cost less than $40.
