My husband went to their store and bought us a washer. Pricing was fair and the washer was like new. They delivered the same day even in all the snow and ice we had. Our basement steps from the outside aren’t the best but they had no problem unloading the washer down to my basement. Hookup was fast and the gentleman was very professional and kind. I used the washer immediately after he left and everything ran perfectly except for the drain and spin option. So I called them the next day and they was able to come 2 days later and only because of my schedule. If I didn’t have plans they would’ve been able to come the next day. So the day they was supposed to come they made sure to call me to ask me if they could come in a couple days because they had a family emergency. Which I had no problem with. They communicated WELL with me and when they did come to look at it he figured out the problem and was able to fix it. The gentleman again was extremely helpful and professional. I know this is a long review but I just needed to share my experience with them and let everyone know that I HIGHLY recommend them for any appliances that you need :)

Purchased a refrigerator. Broke the day they delivered it. Made two appointments to fix the supposed warranty. They never showed for either. Left a family of 4 kids without groceries for a week by screwing around. Had to hire someone else to repair it. Avoid this place.

Great people to work with. They helped me out in a dire situation and they didnt have to.♥️

Don’t expect a warranty to cover anything. Like to make stuff up about extra charges even under warranty. At first they were great til they get your money. Hadn’t even used the oven three times and it’s breaks. At the least the young guy is a decent human.

Randy and Cody are fantastic!I got a used washer and dryer here and they delivered it all for an easy price.They inspect and clean their units and if you pay for them to install then they will come to your house and fix whatever problem arises in the first 90 days.Our dryer had a problem come up and Randy was very quick to respond and fix the unit.I would highly reccomend this location for your next appliance purchase. We spent 1/4 the cost of a new units by buying used and Randy made sure we did not regret it.Thank you guys. I no longer have to cart my laundry to the laundromat.

If you pick up a appliance from the store and dont want it delivered you must bring it back to get it fixed or exchanged it or pay a service fee for them to come fix it. I think this sounds very reasonable.
