DelMar Appliance used to have such a good reputation for service. That is why we purchased our washer and dryer there. We recently called them for service and their customer service has been less than friendly or helpful. We understand they are busy, but the two people we have talked to on the phone in the office could be so much more helpful and a lot nicer. We are hoping when the repair finally happens we will be more satisfied with the repair service than we have been with the customer service.

Great customer service and had product available

I wish I could give them 10 stars. From purchase to installation the service has been outstanding. They sell the Speed Queen brand that I absolutely love. That was a plus for them but after talking with the sales person I knew this was the place for me. The technicians / delivery guys were awesome. Had a minor issue with the dryer not of their doing . Stuff happens. This issue was quickly resolved by these two guys and by the store. If you want fast, friendly and professional service check this place out. Im glad I did and so is my wife . After all, if moma isnt happy no one is. 😂

I bought a dishwasher about 6 months ago and its broke. I been waiting waiting 3 weeks now for the repair. I was told theyre waiting on the parts to come in. They said there is no tracking information I never heard of ordering something without being given tracking information.

Forget the big box stores if you need an appliance in a hurry. My washer was no longer repairable, and I needed a new one fast. After checking out the usual big box stores, nothing would due. It was almost closing time by the time I called Del-Mar and asked them if they had anything in the size I needed. The receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) said they would be able to help, so I said I would be in in the morning. By the time I got there, Dave had done research, had prices and delivery times. I had my new appliance within two days, and couldnt be happier. Great people!

They had the washer agitator repair kit I needed at the same price as on the internet, but was able start and finish a project within a couple hours, thanks to them. They also sell the Speed Queen, which is a rare find.

Our washer,a Maytag, wasnt working with cold water, and was also bringing an oily dirty substance up from the bottom onto our wash. Took washer into Del Mar and they said it could be the transmission, but after they looked at it said they could fix it. Brought it home and problem not fixed.Took it back in and they said they cleaned out the sludge. Brought washer back in and hooked it up,seemed to be working but a towel and my brand new pjs were ruined by the oily dirt still coming up . 150.00 down the drain. Bought a new machine.

Dave and the delivery crew were very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience. Delmar Appliances will be my go to in the future!

Great little place that actually encouraged me to get parts tested before I attempted to replace them. Saved money when I found out that I didnt have a problem with the parts, it was something else. Good business ethic.

The woman there was very nice and friendly

Had Delmar come look at my stove, part took 2 weeks to come in then it was repaired, then 2 weeks later it started beeping when it reached a certain temp. Then my spouse called about our front burner the receptionist said oh you need a switch, then that took another 2 weeks, then when they came to fix it, they realized it was tge wrong part. Then the correct part took another 2 weeks. Then the part was replaced then it still wasnt working, so then the technician stated oh you need a plate/board, by this time over $500 spent and the only thing that is working is the smooth surface. Made a call to DE Super Tech came out told us what we needed and fixed it after a non working burner and oven for 4 months.

Not only fixed our fridge, but found and repaired the cause of the problem. Prompt and professional service especially since factory technician quoted double the price and told us our 3 year old fridge wasnt worth fixing.

This company does not deserve any star. the service manger is rude, crude and should learn how to talk to customer.will never deal with this company again. worst company ever.
