I love Dr. Boyles, he’s so nice and very informative. That being said I had the worse experience this time with his staff. When arriving I was “greeted” by the less than pleasant Crystal. She was very bland and seemed like I was a bother to her for showing up. She was rude at Check out as well when I told her I had insurance and was told when making the appointment just to show my card. Then she said I’d have to call and get information for her and turns out they don’t even take my insurance! Well when I set up the appointment Kim told me all I needed was my insurance card. And Crystal then told me I could wait for an itemized receipt so I could then file it myself, and left me in a huff because I said I’d like wait for the doctor to write it up for me so I could do that.In times like these when every penny counts and people don’t have a lot of extra funds You would think they would take a moment and get their information right and be just a little Helpful to their clients. And when someone isn’t sure about something maybe take a breath and try to explain things.So love the doctor at this location but his staff needs an attitude adjustment.

Unfortunately, Walmart Vision Center messed our schedule up. We had an appointment for today the 28th. They called Tuesday morning claiming our appointment was that day. I told them we had set it for today. They apologized and said we could keep on the schedule we had. Then when we got there the optometrist said he could not fit us in.I’ve never had this issue with them before and maybe it because of Covid. They have taken care of me in the past, which is why I am giving them 3 stars. Had they squared us away today, I would’ve given them 5 stars, only because of past behavior.The unfortunate thing since they acted as they did. I will not schedule myself, my daughter, or my son there again. My daughter requires contacts, so it’s a yearly visit for her. Me and my son break glasses regularly and we always buy more. This time my son lost his glasses. Been without them for nearly a month. They tried to reschedule us today for September 24th.We called Carrollton Walmart and they are able to see us tomorrow on an emergency basis to help me son. Douglasville you have lost my business forever. We won’t be back.

Went to Walmart yesterday to look for glasses. Said good afternoon and nobody wanted to be cordial but they wanted my money. I mentioned that to the Walmart employee about not greeting customers and she said nothing

OMG, this is absolutely the worst experience that I had with purchasing glasses...Iv been wearing glasses ever since I was a child, im over 40 now and this is again the worst experience ever..The exam and purchasing of glasses went very well..i was satisfied, very satisfied...but, when it came down to actually receiving the glasses thats where it goes downhill...no notification, had to call..and now you have to wait even more and even make an appointment for this optician thats never there to get the glasses...ive never experienced such Worst service for Glasses ever...I NEED THOSE GLASSES, I would like to able to see...

I went in to make appt.walked up front,the lady said just1second,then she went behind a curtain,finally cameout,walked the other way started handing people paperwork.never came back,I called to her,maam,I m here to make appt.I just left.rude.

This is my 1st time ever getting glasses and its the Absoult worse experience. I originally ordered glasses on November, and when they came both lens were cracked. They sent them back and Ive had to call and check the status of them constantly. I wa told the finally came back and Ive made several trips up there to get them with no success. Each time the Licensed Optician is never there. Either she just left or is off. The only purpose of the vision center is to be able to get glasses or contacts. The Licensed Optrician should be there from open to close. Ive honestly made ober 7 trips and numerous calls and still dont have my glasses as of today. I just called and the Licensed Optician is gone home. Do NOT get any glassesbfrom this walmart... Horrible

My wife and I have been coming here once a year for eye checkups for the last five years (plus visits to pick up glasses). The service is always professional and friendly, and reasonably priced.
