First time coming here! My daughter needed glasses because she broke hers and I couldnt get her into her normal location. Called and got a same day appointment for contacts. Staff was very pleasant and informative.

Ophelia Scott was amazing, super patient and helpful, accommodated our budget, cut us a deal, and even explained how to retroactively apply for insurance. After a really annoying experience at a competitor, she heard our concerns, helped us quickly and got us out with exactly what we needed. We won’t ever use another company (or salesperson) for our vision needs again. Love her! Give her a raise!

The staff is super nice but my glasses are lopsided and really uncomfortable the way she molded them. I was just there to pick them up, didn’t think I’d be staying 30 minutes to get them to fit. She was trying to mold mine and tell about 3 other people what they should be doing. I know she was probably stressed but I paid a lot the first time for glasses in January for scratch resistant lenses that scratched at the drop of a hat and paid 200$ for these 8 months later and they fit horribly. The earpiece is the worst.

Everything was great. Tierra was awesome and very helpful. She explained everything to make sure I knew what I was getting and prices. So glad I came to eyelab. My son went last year and he said it was great and fast. Cant wait for my glasses. I picked something new and different. 😀😀

5 stars!!!!!I highly recommend the EyeLab at The Landing in Douglasville. My experience has been with five women who work there: Ophelia, Telisha, Sheena, Tiera and Angelica. They are all friendly, helpful, kind knowledgeable professionals.When I went for my initial eye exam I didn’t realize that I had a rare retinopathy in my left eye. The technician and the examiner were professional, patient and kind when I couldn’t pass but parts of the eye exams. I went out front to wait and look at frames. SO many great frames to choose from!After a few minutes Ophelia came to me and told me that they would have to refer me on for an examination with my eyes dilated. She was straightforward and kind with this news, was careful not to frighten me with any conjecture about what might be wrong. She said they didn’t want to charge me for the exam. (Note: I KNOW they’d had to take extra time with my exam.) So I made up my mind right then that I would go ahead and buy my frames there and come back to have new glasses made when I could get a prescription.Two months later, after I had been seen by two different specialists at Marietta Eye Clinic, I had my complicated diagnosis and a new prescription. I took my prescription and frames back to EyeLab to have my glasses made.I am SO glad I made this choice! These women have been wonderful! They have happily worked with me to to get my glasses perfect, helping me make the necessary adjustments.Thank you for everything Ophelia, Telisha, Sheena, Tiera and Angelica! Ophelia and Sheena were very helpful with my visit today. It was just different having the doctor do your exam virtually. I was asked because of the prescription that was given I must take my glasses off to read things close-up and I told them not at all. The only problem I have is seeing things far away. I hope my prescription is right

Three stars because the in store staff really is accommodating and super nice! Just impossible to get a hold of them. You have to go in store to do anything with them, because if you call you get forwarded to their out of country call center where they cannot get ahold of the store either so you have to keep calling.

This was my first time at my eye lab. My experience was almost a disappointment due to misinformation given to me by the corporate office that answers the phone. Ophelia was very helpful and knows her glasses. Tierra was very nice and worked with me and was very apologetic about the misinformation. Telisha worked everything out and turned the situation around, and I bought two pairs of glasses.I would recommend this store to anyone, because of the team effort to make a bad situation a great one. It makes no sense making an appointment. The wait time minimum is 2 hours. Bad business. We have had appointments on two different occasions and same wait time. The employees there have no hustle in them, very slow. Bad attitude. I will NEVER enter this place of hell again
