My technician at the Apple Ave store was Larry DeRousse. Experienced, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I will be recommending that store and Larry to my friends.

I will say this was the most pleasant experience I had ever had at a Verizon store anywhere. Wendy Jay was awesome, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all my questions, and broke things down when I ask so I knew the exact changes happening to my account. The other staff was very helpful, and tried to help people waiting while other clients were at a stand still with their respected needs. I write this review after talking with Verizon over the phone multiple times, and visiting multiple location, with no luck and bad customer service.Highly recommend this location and this staff for any Verizon needs!

TCC Dothan was very helpful in finding my new phone. We went in for questions, and were provided more information that was beneficial to us than we knew what to do with. I normally don’t give salesmen the chance to try to sell, but Larry was a great guy and was helpful in providing us our new device. When we do business in the future with our cellular provider, we will be bringing our business to Larry.

My husband recently added me to as account and upgraded his own phone as well. This resulted in several trips to the store recently. The 1st time Ms. Wendy Jay assisted us and picking out the perfect phones. She was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. She took her time explaining to us the difference between an A, a J, and a S. Yes, we were clueless. She discussed our needs, wants, and expectations to help us make an informed decision. We did purchase an S10 +, but was never pressured to make the more expensive purchase. Unfortunately they were out of stock. She explain to us the ordering process, give us an estimated date of arrival, and informed us that she would call us the moment they arrived. Like clockwork Wendy called us and invited us to come back and retrieve our phones. We returned as asked to retrieve our phones. Wendy again assisted us in transferring the information from our old phones onto our new phones. She was patient and understanding. She assisted us with porting my number also. This was very important to me. Unfortunately due to circumstances that none of us can control, my number did not port correctly. She called me daily to check on me, and the progress of my phone. After a few days of the port not correcting itself, I return to the store for assistance. Although busy Wendy made sure to assist me as soon as she was available. She called for Verizon corporate times until she could find someone who could properly help us. This was not an easy task. She stayed persistent and calm. With her help I was able to get my phone number ported. Im very appreciative of Wendy. Despite it not going exactly as planned, Wendy made our experience the best possible. We highly recommend the store. It was very clean. Employees were very kind courteous and knowledgeable.

I have never received such amazing customer service at ANY Verizon store. I was told this branch was awesome but actually got to experience it in person last week when I upgraded my phone and got an Apple Watch. If you go, see Mark! You will not be disappointed. He really knows what he’s doing and cares about the customer. He’s not pushy and tries to get you the best deal possible. I sent my parents today and my mom got an Apple Watch also. They were very impressed with Mark and his service. Will be using him from now on!!!

The salesman at this place told me I was getting a Black Friday special on a trade-in for a new phone. I ended up only getting credited $87 for a previous years flagship device, and didnt realize until it was too late to do anything about it. I wouldnt trust this place at all.

My experience there was definitely an experience. A customer was very rude to me and the manager of the store handled the situation quickly and professionally. The young lady that assisted me was very sweet and I enjoyed meeting her. She was very helpful and appreciated it very much.

We walked into the store around 2pm wanting to move my service from t-mobile to my boyfriends account on Verizon plus upgrade both of our phones. Enjoy most things about Verizon except the price, but guess its the price of having coverage here.My issue with this store is I came by a while ago looking to switch to Verizon. I was on T-Mobile which I could use in Iraq but it turns out here it is T-Maybe at best. When I took my S9+ phones into the store to confirm that they were compatible, Mark F told me they would not work on the Verizon network. Instead, he quoted me the great deals I could get on a pair of new S10s. I said thanks and would think about it as I wasnt quite ready to drop $999 on new phones. Thankfully, I went by the cell service kiosk on Ft. Rucker where the lady there put my phones on the Verizon network without issue. I know people need business, but integrity outweighs everything else as far as Im concerned.

They had a new iPhone FALSELY for sale on the Verizon website. I went through the entire process easily of purchasing the phone, and when I called to see when I could pick it up, they said that they had already sold it to someone else. I bought the phone!!!! Currently trying to cancel this order now because this store told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Also cannot buy another phone until this charge is dropped. Already called customer service 2 days ago and the charge is still not dropped. Will never do business here. Very unhelpful!!!!

Went in to replace my smart watch. They had exactly what I wanted. Had an issue with my notifications went back and Mark Ferguson patiently helped me. After giving him two wrong numbers I finally got my act together and he not one time complained or acted putoff by my antics. It was a pleasure working with him and the young lady. Got lied to the second we walked in. Guy that greeted us took our name, said there were a couple people in front of us. First lie.....We were switching carriers to them and purchasing three lines and three phones, we were given a price that was higher than what we were paying with T-Mobile but since the coverage was better we went with it. Well, we got our first bill and it was $100 more, per month, than what the big guy told us. I was expecting the first bill shock, but NOT $100 more every month. $150 more than the same three lines we had on T-Mobile. ONLY reason we switched was because where we are there was zero coverage. We got swayed into Verizon by false promises by a shady salesman. We called Customer Service and ran into a brick wall. Next time I will have to video everything they say so I will have it on record.

Why of course I recommend this Verizon location; I am a sales rep here!!! There is little to no wait time, we are friendly and we all work hard to resolve all customer issues. We still help transferring phone content to new devices!! We are out 84 west pass Flowers Hospital near Publix!!! Come see me when you want a new device!!!!

I had a setting issue with my phone and I made several unsuccessful attempts to fix myself. I stopped in at the Verizon store on Ross Clark Circle and they were rude and were no help. I went online to Samsung and chatted with someone and he said he had never seen my issue before and basically said good luck. So my final attempt was to try another local rep that could help. I stopped in the 84 West location. I was greeted with a smile and got the help that I needed. Mark Ferguson was the reps name. He said that he had not seen my issue either but he would figure something out. Well he did just that. He stayed with the issue until it was resolved. He even text me later that day to follow up and make sure that everything was working okay since he hadnt seen the issue before. Thanks so much. I highly recommend Mark and the staff at this location.
