This use to be my favorite store until Saturday. My husband and myself went into this store to upgrade our 4 lines and we picked out the phones we wanted and the lady couldnt go get our phones because she was smiling and flirting so hard at my husband. He showed her the phones that we wanted and she kept asking him if he was sure, but what got me is that I was the one asking her questions at first and she would never respond to me nor acknowledge that I was standing there. So again my husband told her what phones we wanted and she said ok BUT REMIND YOU SHE NEVER MOVED TO GO AND GET THEM. She just kept standing there and smiling and asking him if he sure thats what he wanted. So my husband and myself got aggy and told her that was ok we were gonna come back, but instead we went to Metro to shop for phones over there so Monday we will be switching our service to Metro after our bill runs out Sunday night. Just disrespectful I have never been so disrespected like that in my life. That is an fast way to lose a lot of business.Poor Customer Service

Yes my wife and I went in there yesterday. My wife needed a phone. I needed a mobile hotspot and we heard some good things about cricket. But when we heard the good things we lived in Florida. Now my wife phone is doing fine. Heres the glitche there were 2 sales people in there that told me 30gb of data would last me a month, even running 2 smart TVs and 2 phones. Well that was yesterday late afternoon. Its this morning and Ive used 75 percent of my data . Now who lied to who😞

For 2 years that i came to this store employees lied that my phone had no hot spot even tho i showed the button to them and was told i needed a different new phone, this is how your company operates lies and scams, real POS !

I love that Cricket is here!!! The people that work there are amazing! They help you with everything! Im from up north had Cricket when I lived up there. Moved here 2 yrs ago and I had to switch to something else. Last month I seen the Cricket sign came in and switch right there. the manager and the two girls that was working that morning helped me out alot! Thanks for moving to Dothan now!!
