New manager doing better job then old one. Was friendly and got my device fixed fast!!! Old manager let it sit for two months without fixing it and new one didn’t let it sit for even two hours! Very happy, will be coming back.

Thank goodness theyre under new management! New manager is clean and most importantly kind and tends to individual device needs. I expect great things and will be coming back thanks to the promising new management.

It has almost been two months since I’ve dropped my Apple Watch off for the screen to be replaced. I was told it would be 2 weeks at most for repair. Every time I call it sends me straight to voicemail, I’ve left multiple messages with no response, and when I do go to the store they are always closed. I most definitely do not recommend. I just want me Apple Watch and the money I paid for it as well.

Good kid, he helped me set up my new phone. Will be back when I eventually break this thing.

I brought my sons tablet in to repair a broken screen, that was on January 17th of this year. I have called several times and left messages, with no reply. At first they said 3-5 days, then 2 more, then another week etc...etc....the one time my husband called and actually talked to someone it was a rather rude female that told him to not call again. An employee of Walmart stated she hasn’t seen anyone at the store for over a week. I wish someone could be honest and tell me what is going on. My son uses his tablet for communication. I really would like my tablet and the $200 I have paid back. I don’t know who to talk to. Customer service is not returning calls. SO frustrated!

I had them order me a screen to repair my phone, well they got the screen in, but then they closed due to covid, and i totally understand, but i was not aware of the situation so i took my phone else where, a week later they finally opened, but i already had my screen repaired, so i politely asked for a refund, and was told i should recieve my refund in 5 to 10 business, its been 2 months now, no refund and no one will answer the phone, ive left voice messages and a number where they can reach me, but its been total silence on there end. I dont understand. Thats why im giving them 1 star, when issue is fixed ill gladly change my rating but 1star for now.

I paid $300 to get my note 9 screen replaced. Its been almost a month when I was told it would be 2-3 days. I have yet to get my phone fixed and its almost impossible to get someone on the phone. This has been the worst experience when trying to fix any phone. Not to mention I was told the reason its taking so long is because the wrong screen was shipped to them the past 3 times they sent the replacement screen!!!

IFix and Repair is the best mobile phone repair service I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have had at least 5 different phones repaired here. They have fixed my busted screens and replaced old batteries for my phones that stopped holding a charge. The service is always super fast and easy to work your day around. They always quote times that they will be done and have never missed the mark. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Whenever my phone breaks I know that this place will be able to get it working again!

My battery could not make more than 4-5 hours without needing to be recharged I brought it in & Duncan helped me out from start to finish. The repair took less than 30 minutes and I have had almost no problem with the battery ever since (its an iPhone 7 so I didnt expect it to be as good as new!). I recently traveled in Europe with the phone and it made it through most days without recharging. After going to these guys, I definitely wont ever upgrade a phone because of battery issues. Quality of repairs is varying. Some are great and others are rushed through and poorly done. Service also varies too. Id go for a battery or front screen replacement and not much else unless you just absolutely need it done.

They cannot change samsung watch battery or sell me one and there attitude was rude to tell me they cant and dont have license to do so will never be back

He was super busy, with other customers in the small store, and simultaneously gave us all extremely courteous and excellent service. Been waiting a month now and no response from no one.

I was out of town and my phone crashed on me. I went in to get it fixed and they said it would be a week and they would ship it to me. After 35 days and tons of phone calls to the owner my phone could not be located and all of them were caught in multiple lies. If that wasn’t bad enough they stopped answering my calls so I was left without a phone. After a month and a half I finally got my phone back and there were even more problems than when I gave it to them. NEVER TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. The owner Tyler lied to my face and wouldn’t even give me my phone back when I asked for it 6 hours after I left it. I have never dealt with so many dishonest people at one store. Worst experience of my life. The experience was horrible, and to make it worse I got took for $200 and they refused to refund after not fixing the problems and causing more.Response 2: I guess the “board repair time frame” covers all the lies told. Also once again another lie. Ifixit denied the charges being refunded and the credit card company had to eat them.

I cracked and destroyed my Apple Watch and called over to this business asking for pricing. I spoke with a guy name Duncan(maybe not his name, not sure) and he gave me a price and told me it would take 5 DAYS for it to be fixed and returned back to me. I dropped my watch off on April 16th almost at closing time. It is April 30th and I still have not received my watch. I’ve called multiple times to check the status and every time they tell me it will be back in a couple of days. I called Monday and I was told he received tracking and that it’ll be here in a couple of days. I sent a friend to the place of business to get a status update and my friend was told that it shipped today ( April 30th) and will be here in a few days. So I called back up there and talked to the same guy and he told me that they received tracking information Monday but it didn’t ship until today (BS). I also made him aware that my last day in the area would be Sunday and I will need my watch before I leave, he says if it’s not here by Sunday we can ship it to you ( which I’m sure will be another week). At this point I asked to speak to the manager, he said he wasn’t in but he would call him to see if they could expedite my watch ( how do you expedite a shipment that has already been shipped) and he would get back in touch with. Oh he also mentioned that the reason why it’s taking so long is because the person they sent the watches to is backed up with orders and his shop has been closed and I said why wasn’t I told this from the beginning, I was told 5 days and he said he didn’t know that information until after my watch shipped. So yea, no watch still and it still isn’t promised to be here before I leave town. Worse experience EVER. OH NOT TO MENTION THIS IS COSTING ME $258.

Took my mother to get a new phone today as she busted her old one (motherboard and all) not really fixable; however, after getting a new phone (through a phone company) and being told the phone she picked has no screen protectors available, I quickly messaged ifixandrepair Walmart location, in hopes they would have something. Within two minutes I received a response with the product I requested and the price. Met with Tyler as I came into the store explaining we were on the search for screen protectors for which he showed us all available options and what they would look like once installed. Needless to say not only did my mom get one but so did I and we are both very pleased. I recommend anyone with phone repairs or just on the look for new accessories or gadgets visit Tyler and his team for prompt and quality service!

Sending back and fourth across the world for it just to come back not even fixed and when it’s time to get your refund they’ll give you partial payment of what you paid & tell you to expect the rest on your card in 4 to 5 business days then block your number and never give you what they owe you! I wouldn’t recommend this place for any repair. Took my husbands phone to have a battery replaced and it took a week to get the parts in supposedly. Come to find out after 4 trips to the store an employee was sent across the road to pick up a battery and the parts never came in. In the process of our repair they broke the screen and now insists on sending it off to have it fixed but expect us to pay the full cost. I ask for a full refund and was told that I would have to call someone else. I did that and still haven’t heard from anyone. The only reason they get one star is cause I can’t post a zero star review. Don’t waste your time and money people.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Was getting an iPhone 6 repaired that had a little bit of frame damage. The screen would not sit properly so I asked the person working to open the screen again to see if there was anything in the way from keeping it from going down anymore. The guy literally spent 30 minutes just trying to remove a screw from the bottom of the phone which he was never successful which resulted in him breaking a little bracket that holds the screen in place. The guy was rude and kept saying youll have to talk to the manager. Let alone the man did not smell very friendly. I would not recommend anyone go here.
