I was super impressed with customer care. Angel was extremely helpful, patient and thorough. She made sure things were done right the first time when porting in numbers. I can’t say enough about her abilities and care for me as well as the other customers coming in. She helped me and made them feel noticed and important without leaving me. This has been the best choice I have made. Super team, very knowledgeable. Prices are great and they searched for every discount I could possibly qualify for.

My husband and I switched from Verizon to AT&T. He’s with FirstNet due to being in law enforcement. We had great service in getting our phones switched over. Definitely will be back real soon to do an upgrade on our phones.😊

I went into the store to switch my account to the First Net plan. I was greeted by all 3 employees working at the time. Angel, Caleb, and Bree. They were busy with other customers but Caleb quickly got finished and turned his attention to my account. Since I was switching to First Net, Caleb asked Bree if she would like to assist in order to get more knowledgeable with the process. I commend him for ensuring that other employees have the training to efficiently help customers. Both associates were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. They were able to complete my transaction in a timely manner and answer all of my questions. If you are in the market for a new phone or need assistance with your AT&T service, go talk to Caleb!

Sonja was a great salesperson. She had patience with transferring my old phones 6 plus years worth of files to the new phone. All the ladies in the Dothan Alabama store were nice and friendly. All of our questions were answered. And as usual we left the store with more than we went for because of the sales. We will without a doubt be back.

Calab with AT&T is absolutely amazing. Not your typical sales person he is one of those people who actually goes out of his way to make sure you’re getting everything that you need and want before leaving his store. The employee I dealt with was extremely nice and told them that she was looking at my copies where they took double payments out of my account and they said it would be reimbursed but still hasnt for almost a month so DO NOT get automatic payments set up because AT&T will deduct it twice and then customer service at the 800 number says they dont know anything about it but you have it printed out from Credit Union showing it!! I guess I will be going back again with a whole month of print outs!!

Jaime Herring was awesome! Went into the store to add 3 lines of service on to my existing account for my parents and a grandparent who are first time smart phone users. They live 4 hours away, and she knew I would be the one setting everything up and teaching them how to use them. She organized everything, and made it so easy and simple. She got them phone numbers that were close, even a phone number for their particular area, got them different phone colors so they don’t mix them up. She did all of this while also getting me the best deal for my money. People like Jaime are the true definition of great customer service! Thanks Jaime!

I had broken my phone and couldnt figure out the insurance policy online. This is my go to store because theyve always been very helpful and will dumb it down for me if I need it explained further. Today I was assisted by Kim and not only did she help me with my insurance claim. She also let me know I was ready for an upgrade as well as talked me through my options. While Im unable to upgrade today I would love for Kim to be available when I come back to assist me with my upgrade

Went for an upgrade and the guy Laz was extremely helpful and made sure I knew everything about my phone and plan before I left. Definitely don’t see that a lot in customer service anymore and it was greatly appreciated.

Got a new iPhone 12 and was assisted in a good timely manner they help me get all my content over from my android to my new iPhone.

Came into the store this afternoon because we had and accident with our device. Employee name Laz help us do a insurance claim for me and my husband. He talk to us about Tv service do to us starting a new contract we’re not able to get the service. We will be coming back in the future to change all of our services over to Att. My wife and I have been coming to this ATT store since we got married back in 1994. Through the years there’s a particular employee here, we have dealt wit that stands out, Anitras Britt. All the employees here are nice, but Anitras takes the cake! I literally watched her, while I was getting my phone backed up and transferred, assist six other customers with their concerns. Six people in 20 minute span! At the same time, being mindful of me, and letting me know that my situation is also under control. Just thought the world should know how great a Anitras Britt is!!!

Went to the store to purchase a case for my I phone.Brandy meet me at the door and asked if she could help. I told her what I needed and she took me to the cases and helped me pick one out.
