This place make you feel like you are family at this place soon as you walk in. They even gave me a free mattress protector. And then today I got this sweet card with some tea attached to it. I will never go anywhere else to get a mattress from, and I will send anybody I know that is looking for a mattress over there. I can’t say enough good things about them.

It wasn’t yo sale us the best mattress in the store, but the best mattress for our situation, physical and financial. Financing was easy. Delivery guys were super nice and efficient. Bit pricy, but the service is very good. We left the place knowing more about what we wanted than before we came in, and that wasnt a lot. They have a better selection of sheets than most places here in Dothan. Found my favorite bed here, but unfortunately the sale combo and price just couldnt beat Mr. Mattresss insanely good bargains. Thats the only reason I cant give 5 stars.

I can not express how amazing everyone with Mattress USA has been through the whole process.If you have ever been through the mattress buying process then you know how awkward it can be to walk from bed to bed in a store and lay down on each individual bed in hopes that you will find the right fit. I have been to mattress stores before that simply wanted to sell you the most expensive mattress in the store no matter if it was right for you.This is not the case with Mattress USA. They took the time to make sure they knew our names and addressed us by name every single time. They did not rush the process and were so informative about what each individual mattress offered for your specific needs. Each time we would lay down on a mattress the sales person would step away so it wasn’t so awkward and to give us time to fully decide if it was the mattress we needed.Once we finally made a decision they gave us the time to decide on purchase details. They were not just trying to get you to spend money. They were genuinely concerned that we purchased the best mattress for our sleep habits.Our mattress was delivered today. They were exactly on time with the delivery. The mattress had the slightest spot on it. Honestly, it looks like dust from the warehouse. It’s not anything that would concern us at all. We just mentioned it to ensure that it would not void any warranty. The delivery crew took a picture of it and noted it in their delivery report. I am not sure that the delivery crew made it back to the store before someone was calling me to make sure that they knew about the spot and that they would begin ordering a new mattress (free of charge) to exchange with the one we received. I told themThat it was just a little dust mark from transport and that we would not need to put them through the trouble of ordering a new mattress. They thanked us for understanding and stated that the next time that we were in Dothan that we could stop in and pick up a set of sheets free of charge for the inconvenience of the dust mark. Y’all. There was no inconvenience at all for us but they were bound and determined to make it right.You will not find the kind of customer service that we received from everyone at Mattress USA anywhere else in the wiregrass. So, long story short. If you are in the market for a mattress I would HIGHLY recommend Mattress USA! We will definitely be back.

Incredible customer service!!! My husband and I had intended to check out a few different mattress stores this morning before making a final decision on what to buy but we stopped at Mattress USA first and I’m so glad we did. We didn’t feel compelled to look anywhere else after the phenomenal service we received! Dan helped my husband and I and he was so sweet and I learned so much about how to pick a good quality mattress for future purposes. Dan was very knowledgable and was very informative in showing the different levels of price VS. comfort /construction in helping us choose a mattress for our needs. After we found out that a few weeks wait was required to deliver the mattress due to the pandemic slow down, Dan sent us across the street to his competitors mattress store. Now that says it all for customer satisfaction when you send them looking elsewhere! Long story short the other bed store did not have what we were interested in. They let us try the bed and different pillows to see which one was the best fit for us. They explained everything it included and all of the financing options. Mattress USA is my one stop mattress store. I have bought from many others before finding Dan and his staff. If you want a quality bed that wont let you down, this is the place. Also, Im still using a contoured pillow I purchased from him 3 years ago, quality is more important than price when it comes to my health. Big box store mattresses are designed to be replaced periodically, costing the poor consumer much much more in the long run. If you need quality shop here. If you want to buy a mattress every year or two, shop Sams and the other places where nobody is in charge or knows the product. tip: When buying a mattress tell them your sleeping issues/concerns...they know stuff, they know the products. :-)

I was looking for a firm mattress that didnt have a chemical spray fire retardent and Andrew brung us right to a bed that met that condition. We were very impressed with his knowlege and how friendly he was.

I found the customer service to be excellent. They have no exchange policy on their lift chairs and were under no obligation to exchange the chair. But when I explained how bad my back was and how I have surgery coming soon, they went out of their way to help me find the right chair. It seems to me that in an age where there is no customer service that they are a breath of fresh air.

My husband and I went to Mattress USA pricing medium to soft mattresses. Dan told us if our mattress was hard, all we needed was a soft topper. We were thankful for Dans honesty, instead of trying to sell us a mattress. The topper was exactly what we needed.

After purchasing our previous mattress from Mattress USA, we noticed some issues. We werent sleeping well and were waking up with a sore back. After contacting Mona Lisa she immediately sent out someone to look at it. They saw our concerns and we were then contacted and told to come by and pick out a replacement. She instantly had in mind what would fit for me and showed me 3 mattresses.After trying a few mattresses she introduced me to Dan (the owner) who was also extremely friendly. He was very knowledgeable as well. They knew what my price range was and never once tried to over shoot it. Instead, they dropped the price of the mattress I was looking at by about $100, which was already 60% off, threw in a free mattress protector ($69.99 normally) and gave me 50% off a memory foam pillow.

Upon entering the store my husband and I were greeted by name. They proceeded to ask about our family as we have known them for years. Many months prior we were contemplating purchasing a mattress but decided to wait. During that time we determined the one we wanted and without checking a database they were able to recall exactly what we wanted. He had us lie down on the mattress as he tried to fit us with a pillow size that was most like the one we use so to get realistic feel of how the bed would feel in our usual relaxed state. We told them our budget and they worked within our limits. We never felt pressured into anything. To say that they went over and beyond to provide excellent customer service is an understatement. They asked us when we needed the mattress delivered to which our response was ASAP. Mr. Corely looked at his watched and said, How does this afternoon sound? He introduced us to the gentleman who would be delivering the mattress set to us and who then commented, We will give you a 5 minute head start to your house and we will be on our way. Given our circumstances of needing it so quickly, this was such an unbelievable blessing.Last night was our first nights rest on the mattress and we realized just what we had been missing. We could not be happier with our purchase and we dont have to regret of over spending. I would recommend shopping at Mattress USA to anyone in who is the market.

Everyone was very friendly when we walked in the door. Kind of knew what we wanted, and they took it from there. These people know their products. It was a real pleasure to deal with Christian people that make you feel right at home. Love their commercials.

Right when we walked in the door we were met with a smiling face. Her name was Rhonda and she has amazing knowledge of each product. Of course we had to try out all of the mattresses and our daughter had to try out the vibrating chair. (Lol) I could not have asked for a better experience while shopping for such a pricey item.

Bought our new mattress set from Mattress USA recently and its working out great! These days I usually shop several stores first before purchasing any item costing over a few hundred dollars or so. On this purchase I didnt bother to check other stores and prices. We just went down and trusted Dan Corley tohelp guide us to the correct mattress set to purchase. He used a calculated approach to help us decide which set to buy. Its nice dealing with people who really know there product line and and are totally honest too.We drove up as he was closing for the day and locking the door. He just opened back up and kept on with business as usual to accommodate us. Great folks and a well stocked store, with top of the line products, thanks for a smooth transaction. Delivery guys came exactly when they said they would too.

I would highly recommend Mattress USA to anyone looking for a high quality mattress at an affordable price. They have a great selection of name brand mattresses and frames. I have bought several mattresses, mattress covers, pillows and have always been very pleased. I have looked at all the other stores in Dothan, and no one else compares.

In today’s world with so much e-commerce it is tempting to search the internet for a “good deal”, but I am here to say that NOTHING can replace the PERSONALIZED customer service we received at Mattress USA! Just called them and I explained my situation.. I am a truck driver and the mattress that comes factory in the semi truck is not very comfortable. I also told the very nice lady that I didnt have a lot of money to spend and she took the time to suggest some other options that I hadnt even thought of.. very helpful even knowing that she probably wasnt going to make a sale.. when I get ready to buy a good mattress i will definitely be going here to get it..

The travel neck pillow is a life saver when traveling. Its soft, firm, and compacts well in a suitcase. I cannot imagine traveling without it! Their pillow and mattress selection is incredible!

We cannot say enough about how great our experience was at Mattress USA Gallery. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and the staff is knowledgeable. My husband and I tested the bed match system. We purchased the mattresses which tested out to each of our comfort ranges. It has actually surprised me how well rested I feel now when I wake up. Even on those super early mornings! As an added bonus, my husband is enjoying the Sleep Tite Ice Tech mattress protector. It helps keep his mattress extra cool and comfortable!
