Absolutely a wonderful store with some of the best employees Ive seen. They were all very knowledgeable, and super helpful! Awesome furniture at an amazing price. I refuse to buy furniture anywhere else.

I have been a repeat customer of Village Furniture for over nine years. Starting with the owner and sales personnel to the delivery employees I have only praise for their helpfulness and professionalism. Their furniture is top of the line. I just keep going back for more.

Showed up thirty minutes till closing. Understood we didnt have long. We were greeted at the door as usual. When we said we were just looking, she turned her back, held her watch up to her face and said well let me know if I can help you.They close at 6pm which doesnt give much time to look after work.

Nice furniture for sure. I prefer to shop independently w/o a salesperson up my backside. She probably meant well.

Live in panama city and still recovering from hurricane Michael my wife suggested we try village furniture galleries in Dothan. The whole experience way exceeded our expectations. Yvonne went way above and beyond in ensuring we got just what we wanted. Not to mention this occurred during the pandemic which made delivery across state lines a no-go. However the minute the restriction was lifted our furniture was delivered. Darn it was nice to sit on some nice beautiful La z boy furniture. I was talked to with the utmost respect, and she was very knowledgeable about anything that I asked about. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars because, I’ll definitely be coming back.

If you want something up your rear end for a good amount of time.... This is the perfect place to go!!! If you want to be followed around more than a car dealership, this is the place! If you want no personal space... once again this is it! Never been so annoyed and aggravated walking through a furniture store. The sales rep literally wouldnt leave us alone and insisted we call her specifically...unteal

Great selection and good service. It has been years since I needed a good chair to relax in. They were very helpful and I selected a good lazy boy chair for me and my dog. It had a problem, I brought it back and they fixed it with no worries. No pushy sales people but always helpful. Dont go here unless you want to get the right furniture for you.

My husband and I have been there twice.The first time we looked for at least 30 minutes and no one offered to help us.Several months later he had hip replacement surgery and we need something for him to sit on thats more comfortable than our old furniture.So on 2/27/2016 we decided to try them again..Shortly after walking in a lady came over and said Someone will be with you in just a minute.As we looked another couple and a woman and her daughter came in and they were IMMEDIATELY helped! Nobody ever helped us.We will never go there again and would not recommend it to anyone.I guess if you look a certain way or know the people there you get help,otherwise they cant be bothered!!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable, friendly, and led us right to the recliner we wanted, and the delivery men were professional, and courteous, but we bought two recliners, and three weeks later were still waiting for delivery of the second. Both were supposed to be in stock but... oh, well. Also, the one chair was delivered a day later than promised. As for the recliner itself, its a La-Z-Boy and is as comfy as can be!

If you are looking for Lazy Boy furniture, this place the place to go! This store has a variety of furniture for living rooms, dining rooms and bedroom. Highest quality furniture, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had everything I needed for my living room. I was very happy with my experience at Village Furniture.

Just called the store and the sales lady didn’t even try to help me with the simple request I had which was just to look up for the style of sofa I had bought from them a couple years ago. She said only the manager could do that and was very short and unwilling to help!!!! Look for new staff!!!!

My husband and I was in the store on July 27 . We had a awesome experience. Our sales lady Brigitte was fantasticShe know her furniture and how to match out colors and styles. She took a couple of hours to show all the items we was looking for and answered all our questions. I have never been happier on a shopping spree than I was yesterday. I was very unimpressed with this store. My wife thought there might be a couple of items I had been looking for. When we got into the store it was so crowded it was impossible for me to get my wheelchair throughout the place to look at anything. My wife was having to rearrange the furniture so I could move throughout the store and theres a limit to what she could do. Upon leaving I looked for someone to ask a question and no one was around. Not only would I not spend my money here by the barriers throughout the store theyre not interested in my money or anyone with access needs.

Village furniture has some of the most beautiful pieces of furniture in the Wiregrass!! Mary Michael is one of the best sales associates. She is very professional and has great taste!!! She is wonderful!

You can tell this place is run off of commission by the way employees are unwilling to help anybody that they didnt sell to over the phone. When you call their first question is well who sold it to you and after that they dont really want to deal with you or answer your question. is it that hard to look up somebodys order to see if its on the truck coming in? I guess Ill be traveling to Enterprise when I want to get the matching couch for the loveseat I just ordered.

Service was great. Got exactly what we were looking for.

Do not buy from this place if it is a special order. They tell you in the store that it will 4-6 weeks. Then when the 6 weeks mark gets here, they will tell you that 6-8 weeks and how they have no control over delivery of special orders. You start getting responses like it should be in next Friday. Horrible mistake on my part ever purchasing a special order from LazyBoy.
