The staff at this location in Southeast Alabama are AMAZING! I have been in 3 times. 1st getting fitted for my bed. 2nd buying the bed. 3rd getting the pillows. Every time I have been in person and on the phone. The customer service rep was kind, easy to work with, patient, and answered all of my questions. The store is organized perfectly and very very clean. They truly do a great job at this store from the bottom up! Would HIGHLY recommend giving this store a visit If your looking for a mattress or looking for accessories or just want to see what Sleep Number is all about!You WONT be dissatisfied!!

Kat was simply amazing in helping me out. I have issues sleeping hot, even with cold mattresses and stuff. She recommended the dual zone system and after last night, my first night with it, I can say its worth every penny.The best part is she helped work out 0% financing so I could not only get the dual zone, but not break the bank doing it.10/10 would recommend this place!!!

Its an air mattress with a few bells & whistles. I tried it, didnt like it, and I paid over a grand for the experience.The salespeople were nice. The product was disappointing.

I have owned a sleep number bed for about 6 months now. I still cringe a little at how much we spent but if he sleeps soft and you sleep hard then this bed is the best for your marriage. I am asleep number 100 and my husband is asleep number 40. What a difference and this is the only bed that would allow us to do that. But that price though.

The staff at the Dothan, AL store was excellent. All very knowledgeable about the products and the way the product will affect your sleep cycles. Brady Siemens assisted me with my purchase and I couldnt be more happy with the service I received. He was extremely professional, kind, and patient with all of the questions I had to ask. I was so pleased with the presentation at the Dothan store. This was my first purchase and I didnt know they are interested in really knowing what they can do to help you get a good nights sleep. Buying a comfortable mattress can be difficult. Everyone I tried (she helped me select 3) felt wonderful.

Our visit to the Sleep Number Store in Dothan, Ala. Was Awesome! We learned all about the smart 360 bed and how to use it. The staff was amazing, very informative, friendly, made us feel very special from the first moment we step through the door. Benji was GREAT!! We can hardly wait for our bed to be delivered. We went in the store to check the bed out really not intending on buying that day, but after the demonstration and we tried the bed we were sold and bought one before we look left the store.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable of all the sleep number products and was able to answer all of our questions. We were very comfortable with him.

My husband and I just bought our sleep number bed and pillows with salesman Benjis help. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and brilliant. He was super friendly and helpful, never pushed anything on us, made sure all our needs were meet; he didnt just sell us a bed, he helped give us back our restful nights. After having been injured in a bad car wreck last year, my husband had already bought me a new adjustable bed with every pillow you can imagine for help with my neck pain since the surgery to correct the injury. Nothing helped. With Benjis guidance, I now feel like one day Ill wake up and not even realize i slept through the night, something I now believe I took for granted in my youth. I would recommend these beds to anyone, and suggest Benji get a raise and a promotion for his excellent service.

Good people to deal with very helpful

I have had nothing but problems. The foot warmers have been replaced three times. Once you get your bed, the local store is no help.
