This is my 2nd time visiting this location and the staff is always really helpful and so patient and they do a great job making my ice cream. It is a great place to take your significant other or even a great friend just to do something different. Please tip these people here they are awesome.

I might as well give myself a monthly allowance for ICENY because I come here all of the time - the ice cream is addictive!! I’ve ordered the mango sticky rice, coconut sticky rice, banana pudding and biscoff cheesecake. I haven’t been disappointed yet and am sure I won’t. Go ahead and visit so that you can be addicted too

As the heat seeps back, I have recently been drawn to ICE NY. They have a rich and diversified menu with a specially curated seasonal menu so youll never be bored of options, although youll probably gain an addiction to the mango sticky sticky rice roll that ICE NY is famous for. Speaking of, it is a nice combination of the warm chewy rice that contrasts with the cold freshly made ice cream infused with mango chunks. All of this topped with coconut milk. It makes for a sweet, creamy and slightly savory treat that I highly recommend.The store itself is cozy with couches and high tables. You can watch the workers dice, roll and cup your food before your eyes and it is quite the show. The service is friendly and prompt although, you should be sure to check the store hours before you leave.Overall, I highly recommend ICE NY for their wide variety of rolled ice cream and great core products to all.

I love this rolled ice cream place. I am so happy that they have a non dairy base, as I am lactose intolerant. They have great menu of suggestioned flavours, but you can also do your own mix. I usually get the mango mix in, with fruits and mochi on the top! The mochi topping is so so good. I also love their mango sticky rice. Their seasonal flavours are usually very delicious as well. Highly recommended!!

As seen on food network the ice cream was good. Great service from the two guys that worked there. Just seeing the amount of work that goes into making this is incredible. The price is definitely more than fair. They aren’t just scooping it into a cup(not that there’s anything wrong with that) but they have to be crafty with those spatulas. It’s a good place overall.

The guy was in there by himself and the store was packeeeeedd all I know is he did a great job my ice cream rolls were delicious I didn’t feel rushed or like I was annoying him and on top of that even tho he was busy he took his time when I was asking suggestions. Definitely worth the drive and worth my lactose intolerance being played with: I loved that they also had dairy free options . I just chose to mess w my own stomach lol will say this was definitely delicious and super cute I really enjoyed the experience

Great Ice Cream concept, so many choices! I had the Banana pudding, it was amazing! First tried them out at the Ice Cream festival at Piedmont Park last year and was dazzled. So happy I happened to stumble into their store on Buford Hwy coming out of dinner!! Nice owners! Try this place out!

The ice cream is good but they are slow as hell. The staff wasnt about getting people in and out. We waiting way too long to get our item. I have been here before but today they had bad service

My goodness! I have never had anything quite like this! The whole experience was really fun!! They make the ice cream right in front of you with exactness! First you pick your flavor and the have many to choose from and the they put it onto a cold countertop thing and they mix it and make it really flat and then roll it! They had cool seasonal flavors. I got the mango sticky rice.... it was so delicious and mouth watering! It came with mango ice cream, mangos and of course sticky rice! Kind of sounds like a weird combo but it was delightful! Fresh! Tasty! Different! Definitely give it a try if you haven’t already!

This is the best ice cream place I have ever been to. With many different options to choose from anyone can find the perfect ice cream for them. My favorite is the mango sticky rice ice cream as it combines different textures, flavors and even different temperatures perfectly. I always ask for an extra hand made waffle cone piece on the side as the “cherry” on top.

The staff here is very friendly, the ice cream is absolutely delicious, the place is modern and its enjoyable to eat there. Lots of different combinations and their rewards system just easily puts this place at the top of my list. I love it everytime I come here.

I get youre busy but if Im waiting to get my order takin for 15+ minutes say well be with you in a second or something. At least some sort of acknowledgment that Im not standing here for nothing. Note: I was standing at the front counter where the credit card machine was. Dont get me wrong having to wait is completely fine but just say something.

By far the best ice cream place! No other ice cream place compares to the flavory creamy well textured ice creams served at ice-ny. theres an ice cream just for you with many varieties, different combination you cant go wrong. lovely smiles welcome you as you enter and extremely helpful. this is definitely one of my happy places, They are AMAZING! tip: If its your first time I suggest choosing from the recommended based on your taste buds.

A bit pricier than other places (by ~$1), but they are a bit more extravagant by comparison. The ice cream itself didnt taste any special, but it is by no means bad.

It’s an ok place, but they should place two dollars sign due to the prices! The cost on average per person is $6! They should have less time waiting! This place is one time visit!

When I first went in. First off, it was an amazing set up. Then of course the owner was there and he was the most sweeties and most kindest person I ever met. There where so many different ice creams but my favorite was the mango sticky rice. I have had plenty of different ice cream in my life but I have never had anything like this before. And the story behind the business and the mango sticky rice ice cream is amazing. I will be coming back. If you ever see the owner ask him about his story. You wont regret it.

Friendly owner/staff and lots of yummy options! I CE NY is a take on Thai-styled rolled ice cream.I visited for the first time with friends from NYC who thoroughly enjoyed it just as much as the one back home.We ordered the Matcha Mania and mango sticky rice (as pictured) as well as the bubble tea.The Matcha Mania is matcha green tea ice cream with Oreo cookie crumbles in it. Topped with mochi and sweet red azuki beans. A wonderful treat for any green tea lover!

Strawberry cheesecake ice cream was amazing!

Went and got the mango sticky rice and the flavor was great, 11/10 recommend. Went back later and tried the oolong special flavor and was very disappointed. Could barely taste the oolong flavor, and they gave a peppermint chocolate waffle straw which did nothing to compliment the flavor. Overall a much less composed recommendation than the mango sticky rice. Service yesterday was also bad- server made no eye contact or attempt at communication, just stood there looking down until I spoke to order. Debating about coming back because of the inconsistency in flavors and service.

This was pleasant first experienceWe saw the owner on the Holey Moley TV show and realized the shop was in our metro area. We went the next day and just wow! We loved the ice cream. We all had different choices and loved the uniqueness and delicious flavors. Highly recommended! Wow will be regulars.

I expected this place to be good, but both my wife and I were blown away. This was delicious and fun!

Stopped by a couple times and tried their Mango Sticky Rice which made me visit in the first place, their Rose Lychee and most recently my FAVVVV Supreme Berry! Ive been to ice cream places all over Atlanta like Jennys but nothing has topped this one right here, its made w/ real berries that you can legit see in their rolled ice cream as you eat (if you were too busy to watch them chop it up right in front of you as they make it which is honestly really cool) and its topped off with raspberries, blueberries and a bunch of of strawberry slices which I have yet to see in any atlanta ice cream shop that Ive visited so far. Theres a lot to choose from the menu but if you stop by please order this at least once!! New go-to spot and the cost is well worth it, if not underpriced as it is lol like fr Ive never seen anyone use real raspberries as an ice cream topping. Real clean too, thought itd be sticky everywhere but nope so overall 5/5, great for dates :) me and mine had a great time here

Came to this establishment for the first time on 7-29-20 around 230pm . Great service, Great music, ice cream and bowl taste and look amazing . So amazing had to return. Came to this place the next day ( 7-30-20) This employee (different from the day before) was absolutely rude, no greeting, stood at the counter and waited for him to let us know when we can order while rolling his eyes . Music was super loud . Playing a song with “Bitches already know, panties dropping” . Because of this experience I will not give this establishment a 5 even though it deserves it . Due to this employee interaction with customers not just me but others that were inside waiting to be greeted .

I am not going anywhere else after this. Best in the biz! The store was inviting, staff are friendly, and my oh my, great ice cream. The texture is as creamy as Gelato, but slightly firmer and has more body to it. It at the same time feels light, and not as heavy as other scoop ice cream. Just perfect.We got there on Saturday evening after dinner and while the store is packed, their assembly line seems to run pretty smoothly and the best of all the staff. They take their time explaining how the menu works and help us pick our ice cream. In the photo, we got Strawberry Cheesecake, which is their best seller and To-Taro, which they claimed Yelps FavoriateBoth are fabulous and we will be back to try more ice cream flavor and possibly create our own.

Any place with a new type of ice cream dessert makes me happy. Kids loved it! Also, the staff were super friendly.

DO NOT VISIT!!! Very poor customer service! Guy working in there did not greet us, was very short when we had questions as this was our first time there and when we thanked him for the ice cream he said NOTHING in return. So rude and unwelcoming that I will never visit again. In fact, I got a refund and didn’t even try the ice cream because I couldn’t see spending my money where I was treated so poorly!

Went there with some friends as we were confused between mango mango next door and ICENY Ice cream, as this one was closing soon we thought to give it a shot. It was really good we tried different order from the menu rather then making one by ourselves, yes they provide you with the option to make your own ice creams. Its typically a marble slab ice-cream shop where you get to eat ice-cream rolls, which are prepared fresh on your order. The ambience is quite delightful as well as the service was quick. Great experience overall.

Mango sticky rice is the best

Love this place!!

Rolled ice cream in unique flavors such as biscoff cookie, coconut, and taro. You can create your own ice cream too. Its fun to watch your ice cream get made. Paid $7+ after opting for whipped cream with one of the signature flavors. A bit pricey, but so, so delicious! The interior is super cute and the workers are friendly. They even put a candle on one of the customers ice cream for her birthday.

ICENY is my favorite Thai rolled ice cream place (Ive only tried two, but still). The ice cream is great, the options are plentiful, the interior is bright and clean, and theres plenty of parking in the strip mall.I first visited ICENY during a trolley tour hosted by We Love BuHi. We got to meet and hear from the owner and try custom ice cream combos. The ice cream is creamy, not too sweet, and I love adding on all my favorites (and new-to-me things). I really appreciate that they have a dairy-free option, because my mom is lactose-intolerant.Ive enjoyed everyone of my visits, and Ive brought my mom, friends, and date here. The ambience suits two people having a casual date and groups of friends alike. The decor is cute and inviting, and the staff has always been friendly. Waiting for your ice cream order may take a while, but the fresh-made customized dessert is worth the wait.There is a private bathroom inside for guests, at the back of the shop.

Best rolled up ice cream out there

This is such a cute, great new innovative ice cream place! Every time I come, which is at least once a week, Ive always have a good experience. Their ice cream has rich flavor. The store is very clean and organized. Most of all I appreciate their friendly customer service! Theyre both attentive and patient. Ive tried both 8 Degrees and Roll It Up (other Thai rolled ice cream places near the area), but I-CE-NY is by far the best. If you want to try authentic Thai rolled ice cream this is the place to go, and I say this because the owner and his family are originally from Thailand!

I grew up eating stir-fried ice cream with my grandparents. I was very pleased when #socialmedia helped popularize this culinary d-lite and catalyze its spread across the capitalist world. Bravo Ice NY Atlanta. Bravo America! Bravo free market!

This is by far one of the best Ice cream spots in Atlanta. They have a creamy and flavorful base. Unlike some of the other places they know the exact timing to roll to where it will not freeze and get an icy texture. The toppings are my absolute favorite part as you get to customize. They really upped the game when they added the waffle wedges which are fresh and make the store smell amazing!!!

One of the better boutique ice cream shops I’ve visited. The rolled ice cream helps distribute the toppings well, and the quality of the ice cream itself is high. Definitely a good place to pop in for dessert if you’re in the area.

I remember the first time I saw Thai rolled Ice Cream at a street cart in Thailand and was wondering what the hell I was looking at. Turns out it was the most unique and tastiest ice cream I have ever had. I was excited to find out a few Thai Ice Cream places opened on Buford Hwy and gave them all a try. Out of the others in the area, I prefer this one since it tastes creamier and it reminds me the most of what I had in Thailand. Id recommend being adventurous to find your favorite flavor/toppings!
