My phone service was out twice in the same month. Went to pay the bill early, the next day my service was shut off and I got a message saying I didnt pay my bill. My total was $120, and I live in another city. Had to go back the next day. Now cricket has had an outage for 13 hrs and still counting. I still dont have service. My bill isnt due until 2 more weeks. All of this shouldnt be happening.
