In September I broke my cellphone. I was in a different town and purchased a cellphone at a different store. However the following day I ended up in the Dinuba Verizon store because the phone that I had purchased did not work. There I met Liz. She was extremely helpful. She spent many hours working on my cellphone. I ended up switching the cell phone for another cell phone. Liz was very kind and helpful. Liz is the person that I would ask for it going into the Dinuba Verizon store.
Do NOT go to the Walmart Verizon store. Employees are rude and often end up telling you to go to the Verizon down the road anyways. Most of the 5 star reviews that are here are actually about employees that work at the corner Verizon store next to Wingstop. The people at that store were actually helpful and set up my device for me.
The service at this Store is amazing, Monica was knowledgeable, patient and very kind, she resolved my problem that previous Verizon Stores had declined to solve, Monica went beyond her duties of an employee and got my phone fixed, Steven was there too and he stepped in to help take care of my business that day. I received more than I went for... Great customer relations...Except the girl working there, dressed for a night club like heavy make up high heels all black clothes and had her purse over her shoulder, extremely long nails... Worst part is, she never addressed me or even looked my way when she was enlisted by the other representative to assist. I thought she was a customer.Get professional girl, its not a night club.Customers first.
Nathan Garza was at first nice but was extremely misleading for the HUM service he signed me up for. The sales people there literally care only about the money not you. He did not tell me I would be paying an activation fee or a monthly fee. And now that I want to cancel it I have to pay 100 dollars. So shady I cant believe it. They take advantage of people.

Activating my phone with them was a joyful experince,but when i went back a gentleman working there refused to help me put on a acreen prectector just because i personally did not buy the phone from him.,I never felt so unappreciated as a customer.Being a business owner I would figure they would want to help their customers,Why would he care?he just an employee right?I will not be going back to that store.
Today I had the best expierence at Verizon in Dinuba. Stephanie Grajeda was the young Lady I went in ready to cancel my service I was upset but Stephanie was kind very professional. She cared and took her time my dad is spanish speaking and she translated everything to him. We will be coming back just for her excellent service! If i could give this Store more stars i Would because my family and i left happy and satisfied. Thank you stephanie!

All they care about is sales and after the sale you the phone they expect you to not come back with any questions or bill payments. Figures since they’re all in commission no hourly.
Called, but, was put on hold...then they hung up on me. Called up again this time I was furious and they were going to put me on hold again before going off on them. And mind you, this was the manager.
