Hi came in to purchase 2 phones identical one for myself and 1 for my wife. They only had 1 phone of that model. The store manager tried to talk me into a lesser phone with lower memory and a lesser camera which was A higher monthly price.I came to find out before leaving that they had a surplus on the other phone which was an earlier model. The manager also handed me over to another sales rep to complete my transaction . The new sales rep was very nice and courteous. But I was unhappy with the treatment by the manager and how pushy she was.

I came in to purchase a new go phone. I waited 30 mins and the employee didnt know what to do so I had to wait for a Mr. Francisco. Francisco told me to go to Walmart and buy a phone there, come back and wait in line and then he will activate it for me. I left and went somewhere else. Apparently ATT isnt interested in selling phones.

It’s hard to find a store that has amazing employees that truly care about their customers. From the second I walked in I was welcomed by young gentleman (I believe his name was Jose) he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me with the problem I was having and got me in and out in no time. While being there the rest of the employees where just as friendly and just as helpful with all the customers that walked in. I would definitely be coming back here again.

The staff at this particular location have always gone above and beyond to help me with any technical issue, or to make a payment in their store, etc. The fact that they have Spanish speaking staff is a plus! I am always greeted with a smile and such courtesy. I strongly recommend this store for any cell or business need!

As always, I was completely satisfied with the excellent service that AT&T manager, Illiana Ramos provided for me....She answered all of my questions about my issues with my phone and gave me good solutions!!!! As always, my family and my friends, including our family members from out of state, will continue to go back to AT&T because of the professionalism and excellent service that Miss Ramos provides for all of her customers....As always, Miss Ramos continues to be a GREAT asset to the AT&T corporation!!!!

Dinuba AT&T is a great store with fantastic people. When you walk in the store the reps greet you with a welcoming smile and and the energy they have in the store will have you walking out of the store with a smile . This is literally the best AT&T store ive ever walked into! The staff is always nice and welcoming whenever i see them and they give me the fastest service, which i appreciate. Gerardo helped me with my insurance claim (i cracked the screen) and I received a new replacement very quickly! He was very nice and explained everything so well. I also like that the staff speaks spanish and are able to help my parents as well. Overall this is the best cell service around.

The young man was very helpful and took his time to help me set up my new phone. I initially went in to switch over to Verizon but he took the time to explain to me that AT&T had recently added new towers in Dinuba and their service was significantly better, Excellent customer service.

I am very grateful that this location takes the time and dedication to properly train there employees, to give us consumers a great customer service experience. I was at this location a couple of days ago and was greeted apon arriving by a girl named Andrea. She was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate us with a family plan that suits our needs, best of all she spoke Spanish and was able to explain and answer all of our questions. Thank you

First of all, my mom had her service cut off because of a past due bill, which she had sworn she had paid via phone conversation with ATT. With the Dinuba location being the closest, she had visited this store today, 12/03/18. She came seeking the help of customer service because she (74 years old) is not normally used to paying bills because her husband, my father, took care of all bills but had recently passed in October. The sales rep, which my mom did not get her name unfortunately, was NOT helpful nor compassionate.1. The lady refused to pull up the account because my mom’s name is not on the account, again, for obvious reasons, my deceased dad was the bill payer.2. But she didn’t hesitate one bit to take money from my mom for the past due (over $245.00+) and only asked for: debit card or cash only. The gal was basing the payment off the hard copy bill my mom had presented.3. When my mom offered a debit card...the lady then changed her mind and said “oh it actually has to be cash only” - thankfully, my mom had enough cash on hand to get her service up and running.4. My mom asked for a receipt and the girl said she can only offer her a “written receipt”. ATT is a corporate business and not providing a printed/logged in receipt towards the account is beyond unprofessional and could very well be against the BBB. She blantenly wrote my mom’s account number and the amount paid on a piece of paper and handed it to my mom. ALTHOUGH, she was able to turn on her service automatically after recieving payment...even though she stated earlier that she could not access the account.5. Then my mom proceeded to ask what is needed to remove my dad’s name and include my mom’s. The gal advised for a death certificate, which is understandable. My mom offered to retrieve it from her car but the lady said that she did NOT have time to do that today...REALLY?!?! I’m sorry that my dad’s death was going to inconvenience your day...This is my FIRST EVER REVIEW. Service can be bad at several locations whether it’s ATT or any other business, but to treat someone who was just trying to understand how/what is going on...is just plain heartless. “Customer Sevice” is just that simple: to provide a “customer(s) service”. As employees of an establishment that is based on that general understanding, it’s enbarassing. I’ve worked customer service and this just angered me. You can only train people so much about policies and guidelines but it’s sad to think you can’t train compassion. It’s very unfortunate that I had to write such review after having to hear my mom on the phone on the verge of tears because of how she was treated, like she didn’t matter nor was she appreciated as I have read in other one-star reviews. Even at the passing of her husband, she has to deal with a phone company, among the many countless bills she has been trying to settle, who could have easily avoided this entire situation if the proper steps were taken as a representative of ATT and as a true person in general. It’s sad, really. I hope other reviewers had not been treated as such and the proper person and/or actions are to be taken. Or not, like I said, you can’t train compassion.

There customer service is phony and bad. They dont make you feel appreciated. I would avoid this place. If I happened to be in Visalia I would rather go to there att.They are professional and not messing around and they focus on helping you instead of talking to each other about there personal lives.

The service was horrible! I am mexican, obviously, but I was racially profiled due to the fact that I was wearing work boots and a cap! Then the woman who discriminated my daughter and I passed us over several times and helped other people! Never ever will i visit that AT&T store plus I am telling all of my employees, family and friends go to Visalia!

I would put zero stars but theres no option. There is a kiosk machine to make payments there. I paid my cell bill and directv bill. I told the female employee that the machine didnt print my cell and directv bill. She basically argue with me its because I didnt press print. I told her of course I did. I use that machine all the time. She didnt even go to the machine and check she just stood there like if I was lying. She then told me it took 3 to 4 days until it post to your account. So I got on the phone called directv about the payment I made. The directv employee state it takes 3 to 4 HOURS until it post on my account. I dont understand why they hire these type of employees if they dont know how to give GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! REALLY! the machine is in the att building so basically its in your property!! Fix it! Or at least call for me. Not the customer calling to see whats wrong. Duh!! Dont hire these type of ppl BAD REP for AT&T!!!!
