Moe is so nice. He always makes you feel like family. He always makes sure they fix my car. My whole family goes to this shop. This shop is always my first recommendation.

I took my car to have the hub changed because it’s making a loud whistling noise from the rear another mechanic told me this was the issue but didn’t have the equipment to repair it so I picked up the part last summer and ended up just parking it until now I finally got around to taking it in they did not change the hub told me it was 3 other things wrong with it that added up to $1400 I okayed the job thinking they know best and after it was done I go to drive it home only to hear that same whistling noise I took it back same day wasn’t upset just wanted to get to the bottom of it and it’s been sitting at this shop for 3weeks without anyone looking at it period I feel like I’ve been robbed out of $1400 and a car I still can’t drive after the 3 1/2 weeks I just went to pick up my car only to see the gas tank is lower than it was before I brought it there thanks for nothing shameful please find another repair ship don’t go here

Moe is definitely a great mechanic! He went the extra mile and helped me with getting new parts and was very patient with me, he cleaned out my fuel systems and didn’t make me pay extra when the fuel pump I bought was bad

Updated review. Im a little concerned about Perfect Auto. Its my usual go to place, but for the last year Im getting suspicious. I always pay in advance for any service I receive from them, but Im starting to wonder if Im being taken advantage of. I got my rack and pinion fixed a few month later I started leaking power steering fluid and of course I didnt know why. I took my car in and was told it was due to the work I previously had, I reminded the mechanic that I had just got it done by them and to check their system. The system showed I indeed had it done however I was told there was no warranty on the work after 90 days 😳 I paid $1,200. Its a pandemic I work in healthcare, I havent been anywhere but work my speedometer can show the Miles I have driven since the work was done. Ok so no extra charge the owner agreed. I got my rotors and brakes changed but not before 1 of them misplaced my wheel lock and wouldnt own up to it, so needless to say my locks had to be broken off. After all this my TPMS symbol comes on in my car. I take the car in, the owner son put air in the tire the symbol goes off. Only for it to come on again. I replaced the tires and the symbol is still on.

I had a severely flat tire and needed help with putting on a spare. They went the extra mile and patched my tire! I was out driving in 15 minutes! Great and friendly service!

Never ever ever come here! Purchase as use tire, had a air leak. Came back to get it fixed, now my brakes are out. WTF dont bring your car here if you need service. Please go anywhere else. This is a public service announcement.

Yeah Moe knows what he’s doing, came in with a problem left with it fixed real quick. Great service, great staff, felt at home.

I went in to get a new radiator and they replace it just to tell me my head gasket is blown I asked them why didnt they call me ahead of time and they said it wasnt their problem and on top of that I asked for a full service oil change and they claimed they did it on a broken engine but the oil was black and crusty. They close at 6 pm and when they called to tell me my car was ready it was 5:45 and I asked if I could get it the next day they said no then finally after 30 minutes of going back and forth he told me if I wasnt there by noon he would chop up my car and sell the parts to get paid. Bottom line do not ever go here the customer service is terrible and the work is horrible.

I took my 2008 Suburban to 3 shops and they couldn’t find out why it isn’t working. Then I went to perfect auto and Moe the mechanic was a professional he knew the problem just by starting the car.

Moe is a great person, who knows how to treat another person with respect and honesty went the extra mile to do good service not just talk it !

Couldnt say worse things about this place. Very unprofessional. Very slow to make any accommodations. And very shoty workmanship.

Workers will try tho scram you but, as long a you know whats wrong with your vehicle, the work is okay.

A year ago I applied for credit card, to help pay for a part. I never used it because I ended up taking my car elsewhere that was cheaper to get it fixed. Owner Submitted fraudulent claim for $500 services never performed on my car. Its on my credit report as being used.
