The best place for a tune up and oil change. Fast, and the guys are all really friendly and knowledgeable. And most importantly, they will never rip you off or charge you for services you dont need. Will definitely keep coming back and recommend to others.

Honest, good folk who dont overcharge and are helpful with information but not pushy. I trust Rob to work on my vehicle in the future and plan on coming back to him for an engine flush and my next oil change. Hes not only willing to explain information to someone automobile-ignorant like me, he was also physically willing to SHOW me what he was talking about.

I have been a customer of this location for 2 years now. Although I reside west, I travel east to have services performed on my vehicles. I feel comfortable and respected whenever at this shop. Frank is a thorough and trustworthy mechanic that works hard daily.I refer clients to this location, however, if Frank were to leave, I would gladly relocate to where ever he works.

Great, no BS service from Rob. Did my synthetic oil change with top of the line oil. Explained literally everything that can cause future issues with the car after inspecting my car. What was great about this is that he actually offered and then showed me everything the mechanics were doing, especially with my catalytic converter. Gave me a discount because we both had an awesome conversation about what it means to live in Detroit and be successful. Definitely want to come back and take advantage of the awesome job done.

I dont like this place at all. I visited this place today 9/6/18. and 2 years ago to get my oil changed, the guy insisted that I get a coolant flush as well because my coolant was dirty so he says. But it turns out the reservoir was dirty not the coolant. When I got home I read my manual and the coolant only needed to be changed every 10 years and the car was only 3 years old. Today I went to get my oil change and I didnt hear anyone communicating with the person underneath to release the old oil before the new oil was placed in there. And the guy tried to sell me synthetic oil and my car takes conventional oil. He also said my car takes 6 quarts but it takes 5 1/2 quarts. Although I know its the same price for the 1/2 quart, its the fact that he was trying to finesse me the whole time I was there. On top of everything else the guy brings me back paperwork that says I need a coolant flush. Once again finesse, and I still let him talk me into getting high mileage conventional oil - which I dont even know what that is, Im assuming its a blend. The place makes me feel uncomfortable each time Ive been there so I wont be a repeated customer. I dont like the way they do business and plus they have false advertising. It says $14.99 oil change, and they charge you $10 for oil filter and I only paid $5 at other places. So my bill still came to $40 with a conventional oil change( and Im not even sure if its changed I think he just added oil).

NEVER go to this shop for service.. 1st mistake I called there with a general questions and they kept me on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. 2nd mistake I decided to go there for the service they were advertising and they were beyond rude. Seriously need help with their customer service skills!!!! With the way business is conducted Im sure theyll lose plenty more!!!!

Nice, friendly and warm. They check you car over and do not hold it hostage. Comfortable waiting area and clean inside, you can watch tv or read a magazine too. They do a great job on my car every time I have gone there whether it was for a muffler or oil change I will be going back.

Worst customer service Ive had ever, I had a oil change card for a free oil change and they refused to offer me this service because the card wasnt filled out by the car dealership, which cant be filled out because the cards they were passing out are laminated and the writing would rub right off the card. They took the card from me and acted as if i just found it on the street and wouldnt give it back to me, i hope the dealership you give these cards to stos using your horrible service. I called to speak to someone and they kept me on hold for so long that eventually i just hung up. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Installed a bracket and charged me 130.00 to quiet down my muffler!!! For$180.00 everything would have been as it originally was 2008 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.0 engine!!! I saw the son, the father wasnt available during the weekend.... Felt like I was getting the shaft....🤔🤔🤔🤔

Changed my broken tire in less than an hour little expensive but worth it, as they worth super fast and had my tire in stock for a Hyundai 2015!
