Dont know where to start and I waited to give this review because I wanted to be sure the issue was really fixed and didnt return. I had always taken my car to the dealership for everything and there was this problem that never could get fixed no matter how many times I took it in. Even after they put a new 5k transmission in. My car would throw error codes and not drive over 40mph. I would spend thousands on repairs only to have the problem return in less then a weeks time.After seeing Ali had a grand opening for a new location on Facebook I decided to give him a try.When Ali found a problem he showed it to me. Took the time to explain the problem and the fix. I have since went back for tires, breaks and oil change. His prices are absolutely fair. Ali is honest and to the point. And the best part is Im not stressed driving my car anymore because it hasnt given me a problem since he fixed the issue that the dealership couldnt.These guys are gifted. Ive also observed how they treat the customers and you would think that everyone that walks through the door is a long lost friend. Its just all-around good people here doing great work for a fair price.

Ali, the owner is amazing. While waiting on his staff to arrive he diagnosed my truck and within a matter of minutes he told me what the issue was. Reasonably priced. I would recommend this muffler shop to family and friends.

I went to M&F Auto Clinic to get a Muffler for my 1998 Neon. When it was time to pull the car in, my car Brakes went completely out. The lot was full of cars that the mechanics was working on. The assistant RONNIE and the Mechanics went into ACTIONS to fix on my car. I thank GOD I was not driving when my Brakes went out. The owner was not there at the time. But when the owner ALI came in and I talk to him. He took time to explain what I needed done to repair my Brakes. The mechanics took time out and showed me the problem under my car. Not only did they repair my Brakes Lines and New Brake Cylinder on my car. I got a New Muffler put on at a reasonable Price. LADIES THESE GUYS TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A CELEBRITY COMING IN FOR SERVICE. The owner (ALI) constantly check on the guys to make sure everything was done right. LADIES bring your car here and you will not be disappointed. While I was at the shop my friend needed her car fix on and she rolled it to the shop, and ALI diagnosed it and even test drove her car. My car needed so much work that the smart thing to do would be to buy another car. Unfortunately that really isnt an option for me. Ive brought my car to M&F before and Ali has always been kind and took care of the problem. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic in my neighborhood, especially me being a woman. Him and his crew are absolutely amazing people. He made sure my car was repaired to almost new condition. At an amazing cost!!! Ive been bringing my car here since last year march....Very reasonable prices, the shops owner is Ali great great man...he saw hows many problems my car came in with and through it all he has done a great job time and time again. Sometimes there is a wait but thats to be expected its a very busy shop, if you want you car work done right and not rushed through this is the place to go. I come here so much that i wont go to another shop and Gary he is the man, he got my fuel system modulator together so i could get back on the road. They know my car is my baby....Ive gotten another motor from them....car was also blowing out smoke all the way down 8mile, yeah i sat all day but my baby was running right when he got done with it......all in all this is a wonderful shop even when they make mistakes there human we all make mistakes just tellem about and they will accommodate you, wonderful customer service and free wifi....8mile grill is next door for food while you wait......GREAT JOB ALI ...ill be in tomorrow for and oil change💪💪🚗

I had great experience from the Initial diagnose. What an amazing people, they are polite and responsive. Doing amazing job, I think they did magic with my car its perfectly alright after their amazing work. Owner Mr.Ali is an excellent person other than the quote I requested additional work he did joyfully without raising single penny. I will be regular customer to them. but I dont think soon I will go to their shop since mostly they addressed all the issues with my car with reasonable price. I would like to refer this shop to my friends, family and everyone who need stress relief when they ride back the car after coming out from here. Great price, fast service. Showed up on a Friday, a half hour before closing. Just intended to drop the car overnight & have them look at it the next day.Instead, they immediately looked at it, gave us an extremely reasonable price quote for a muffler replacement & then stayed open late to finish the job while we waited.Super impressed. A place for working people at reasonable prices, so we’re not without transportation.

I was told to pursue a muffler repair shop after the dealership quoted me at around $1500 for a full replacement muffler. These guys did a great repair job in under an hour for my hanging muffler for under $200. The welding is well done and precise.Service was very fast and professional. 1 year warranty included.Trustworthy work with reasonable pricing, definitely go here if you are having any issues with your muffler/exhaust. Especially if you need same day service as I did. Plus with a warranty I dont think you can beat these guys on their repair work.Thanks Safeway.

It was and has been great. The owner Ali is a man of his word, head mechanic Gary, is the best. Theyre honest men, if they can fix it they will, if they cant they will not but well give you an explanation why.

I went to this auto shop to have some work done on my muffler and on my front passenger-side tire. After I told the owner my budget, he told me that he would certainly be able to keep it below what I was looking for; not only did he do that, but he added extra repairs that I wasnt anticipating at no extra cost. So, not only did he meet me at my budget, but he also included extra services that the car needed, but I hadnt requested.This was, by far, the best auto shop I have ever used; I would recommend it to anyone that needs repairs done on any part of their vehicle.

I went to 3 auto repair shops. Spend almost 1 k and none them can’t find out what the problem is with my car. it’s very very frustrating . I finally find a shop that I can trust. m&f auto clinic and their staff is very friendly and helpful, I told them what is wrong with the car and in no time they immediately look at my car, told me that i needed engine mounts and that’s it, after they got the job done, they called me and I came in and test drive the car and omg the car runs amazing!!! I walked in when all bays were full and I explained Im in a hurry and he said he will pull a vehicle out of the bay and get me in right away. They pushed a Jeep outside and pulled my car in and started working immediately while another mechanic tooled on the Jeep out in the sun! They quoted me 50 bucks to install my new muffler which included fabrication, pretty great pricing. They even offered to fix a small issue that the previous shop fixed wrong, at no extra cost. It took about an hour. Ill be back for any exhaust related repairs, I wish I came here first!

They not only fix mufflers. Any mechanical work you need done they can handle. Its best to get there early they get pretty busy pretty fast in the late morning. They also sell new and used tires.

Over charged me, I asked to fix my brakes charged me $2,2 00 for brake job and four tires and I still have no brake brakes was better before I went there, now I have no break at all and it took him 3 weeks I guess he didnt want to tell me he couldnt fix the breaks

Left my truck outside with hood up. Mechanic lost or stole parts off my truck...through the engine parts while working on my truck on my back seat. Owner still hasnt replaced mising parts from my engine bay. Someone was smokeing in my truck. Truck now has problem with drivetrain that it didnt have after doing the heads. Owner was a different person after he got my deposit. Charged me thirty dollars to use my credit card which he didnt charge initially. Went there one night my truck wasnt even there. I couldnt get my Range R over out of there fast enough. The head job seems to be ok but if i wanted to have someone work on my truck outside i could have stayed in the hood. A bunch of hacks and totally low class operation.!

Muffler fell from catalytic converter and the flex pipe. Had it towed here. We looked at the problem he gave me a decent price. And he fixed it. Plus gave me a one year warranty. I recommend Safeway muffler.

I have taken my vehicle back to this company over 20 times to have work done. Every time I show up there is always a problem and the work is never done right the first time. They replace things and then my vehicle does not run properly and when I take it back they give me the run around and I have to wait until another part comes in which some times might be a whole week. This place is not a good place to take your vehicle for repairs.
