Very unprofessional I brought my car here because I needed suspension work. I was charged $400 for parts and labor. Part of the job wasn’t completed and rather then telling me that. They just told me my car was finished charged me full price I was at work and had my wife pick the car up. I got home looked at the car and the “new shock” was still rusted and old. I took it back and they didn’t give a refund on the labor just the part.

I had extensive maintenance issues with a 20 year old vehicle with over 105 thousand miles on it. Somebody was going to charge me two thousand to address those issues. This place was cheaper where they charged me $1550.00. There were opportunities where they could have ripped me off. They did not rip me off. Because they did not overcharge me, like the first mechanic would have, and did not engage in efforts to scam me, I give them five stars.

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought my car here and they replaced a control arm(who replaces one control) . I bring the car back a month later because it’s shaking so bad and they come back with a $2500 bill and stating I need another control arm. I asked why didn’t he tell me i needed all that work, he said “sometimes I miss things” I pick my car and take it to another shop(photo attached below) and they note that the control arm wasn’t installed correctly causing it and the ball joint to fail. I called an explained and Ali took no accountability for his actions. I had to dispute the chargers with my bank.

My check engine light came on yesterday evening and I noticed my temperature gauge was on cold even though I had been driving for over a half hour. Stopped by auto zone to get a diagnostic test and the recommendation suggested to replace the thermostat. Took my truck to Redford auto care and it turned out to be the cooling sensor. Within a couple of hours Ali and his team had it fixed and saved me some money!! Thanks you guys for quickly solving the issue!

Great place to get your windows tinted. And next they install security and remote starters and both do a great job at a reasonable price. They have doing this for 30 plus years. So I would definitely trust them than those fly by night other shops whos tint peels or bubbles within two weeks. They are conveniently located in clinton township just one block south of 15 mile on gratiot. So call the and make an appointment and bring your vehicle in summer gonna be hot and the tint keeps it cooler, plus it makes difficult for people see hot ticket items you have in the car, its adds theft protection, it also keeps glass from shattering if it breaks. Some reasons for coming in. The attitude at this place is warm and friendly.

Every repair is $600 and up, everything is overpriced, and if you bring your own parts.. he still charges you. BEWARE, IF I CAN GIVE IT -0 STARS I WOULD DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE ITS HORRIBLE.

I took my truck in because my alternator went out now I have a hole in my power steering line and they want to charge me twice as much. I never had a problem with my power steering line nor have I had a leak until today. Ladies run from this place, they will try to get you if they think you know nothing!!

This place gets super busy so you have to get there early but even if u dont they tend to get you in and out as fast as possible. They are reliable, genuine, trustworthy, and their prices are pretty good. Five Stars for sure! If I could give more I would 😊. Side note: they have customers that have been with them 10+ years so that says alot 👍🏼

I have been having issues with my car battery in the last few months, every new battery I purchased got drained after a few months. I realized something was draining the battery, I mean my headlight, dash light or interior light was never on - so what could be the issue. Well, we found out a defective rear windshield wiper has been draining my battery 😱.Well, in summary Ali asked his guys to fix the issue, and the best part? It was complimentary aka FREE. I appreciated the gesture more simply because I had never been to his shop, that act just earned him new customer.

They run scams. Waited to write this just to be sure I wasnt wrong. When the weather dropped below 0, my wifes battery wouldnt start. I called autoparts stores for batteries, but none of them were willing to install it. I was really sick and didnt feel like messing with it, so I took it to this shop to get one. I had been there before to get my flex pipe done, and the White dude there was really cool. He wasnt there this time, but I thought it would be fine. I told them I needed a battery, they pulled it in the shop. 5 minutes later they come out saying, my alternator is overcharging the battery and thats why it went out and I would need a new one. It sounded like bull to me so I told them I didnt have money for an alternator and to just give me the battery. He tried to get me to finance an alternator, but I refused. After an hour, my battery is delivered, and they charge me $60 to put in a battery that took 5 minutes. A few days later my wifes car starts needing a jump again, I start thinking it might just be the alternator. I had the alternator checked and the battery checked and the problem was with the battery, and not the alternator. Everyone who I talked to said that you cant overcharge a battery. I took the battery back to them to get another one, and the guy says, you need to bring in the car, theres a note in here thats says you have a bad alternator. I told him that I had both the battery and alternator checked, and was told it was the battery and not the alternator. He got this dumb look on his face and went and sent for me a new battery. I guess he thought I was gonna take his word for it. Got the battery put it in and the car has been fine for over a month. I believe they intentionally gave me a bad battery to make me think it was the alternator.

It is truly a rip off....I have a 2017 dodge van and they told me I needed a Transmission....Well need-less to say I went and pick-up my van without the repair and it has been riding well every since........

I have a warranty on my brakes and he will do work for people that bring their own parts. Ali had a great attitude by the way so whoever said he did is a competitor or a liar. Simple as that.

Ali helped me when my car was at another shop and that shop didnt know left from right or up from down and told me it was my fuel pump when it was my water pump... Ali and his mechanics stored my car until they found the issue and was able to repair it in remarkable time and even offered financing. Im moving from West Bloomfield to the Rochester Hills area but Im still going to take my car down to Ali and his guys to get ANY service done especially oil changes. After you spend $1,500 and the job was done right, on time and the shop worked with you, kept you up to date and showed they cared, that creates loyalty! S/O my mans Ali, the lady behind the counter and the mechanic who still looked at my car when I pulled up with my car overheating (probably 460 degrees, LOL) and he still looked at it for me and found the issue, appreciate the love. Going to use them for my grill install, cold air intake, exhaust system, etc. Keep up the great work.

My headlight was never replaced and while they were so busy not fixing it they had time to go under my car, mess with the suspension to diagnose all the problems. Unbelievably unprofessional. I was referred to this shop by my warranty company for transmission repair, which lasted about 4 months before I had to take it back for the exact same issue. I was told upon dropping my car off on Monday that it would be ready on Friday... Here we are 3 weeks later and still no car and no calls from this shop with any updates. Ive had to call them even when I was told Id receive a follow up call when they had a for sure date. I would not recommended this repair shop to anyone looking for professional service.

Went to get my brakes and pads done. They did an excellent job. They showed me what my car needed and explained to me what needed to be done. The prices are very fair in my opinion. Im a two time customer and I will continue to go to them for repairs and maintenance. There will be a wait but thats at any auto repair shop so I was OK with it

Their service is spectacular however doing my inspection I did not have a leek...So after my car was serviced I had a leak within 24 hours...I then took it back to have it fixed and was told if they did it they will fix it which they did fix it... however I was told I still have to pay out of pocket for it which was not fair even if they did charge me half the price I feel I did not have a leak before I went to use your service and I should not have had a leak within 24 hours after using your services

Dont let them talk you into spending more than u can afford. They will empty out your pockets if you allow them sway you into other repairs for your car that aint that necessary to you at the moment. Best you act dumb like u dont know what they saying and stick to what you said u want fixed.

Good, timely services. I got a reasonable quote on a walk in for my front brakes and rotors and they got me in within the hour.

Wouldn’t recommend they have gotten a ton of money from me and the issues are still not fixed.

Considering it was short notice they took care of me without a hitch. When other wheel and tire shops wanted me to wait til the next day. It was a flat tire. But its the little things that matter.
