National All Pro Quick Lube is a great place to take your car for everything it needs. From Oil and filter changes, with only the best brands, to State Inspections. And they are what they say, Quick ! They do efficient work and Ive never had any problems with them for as long as Ive been going there. And Ive been going to them for a minute! Friendly, respectful and understanding of your needs. Like I said, National All Pro Quick Lube is a great place to get the job done !

These people are honest & use integrity. We have used them for years. Went in for oil change thinking I needed it and they told me no I had 2k more miles to just come back closer to time! Others would have just done it and never told me to wait.

Good customer service, Fast service ( 30 mins max most of the time) and no pushy upselling. Inside waiting is limited, but their is normally always a seat to sit. Only recommendation would be ( offering cold beverages such as water or soda in this summer heat ) while waiting would be a great plus. I’d personally pay for it 😂 I be needing H2O all the time. Thank you for your service, I will continue using this location as my go to place.

Destroyed my engine. Put to much oil in my car. Oil was all over my engine. Then tried to blame it on me. Smh Engine ended up with a leak. Had to pay $1000 to get my car fixed.

I did not feel like going to the dealership this morning . I saw this place and took a chance . I so got dam happy I took a chance. I was greeted immediately everyone spoke canceled my appt at the dealership 10 seconds later .I was the first person this morning . I was taken care of less than 15 mins got some steps in as I waited . Staff was very nice and sweet. My new go to place. Thank yall for getting me in and out .

Great place fast reliable service

Very bad experience. Went in today with my Chevrolet and nobody there is obviously worried about COVID19. They have a sign on the door that wants us as customers to wear a mask, but nobody working on the cars are wearing a mask. No hand sanitizer, and the chairs in the office are EXTREMELY dirty. Will not be going back.

Great service! Been going there for 20 years.

Took a van to this location, and was blown away by how quick the oil change service was! Was at the location for no more than five minutes and then they handed over the keys and said it was done. There was some skepticism on if the job was actually done, so the van was checked in a near by parking lot. Fresh oil was found on the dipstick, it was full, and a new filter was actually in place! They did the job alright!

I pull up and the greeter comes out and smells like a bottle of Brandy... they do my oil change I leave out after paying but not before noticing every worker including the owner were not wearing masks while servicing my car.

I have been bringing my cars here for oil changes and inspections for years. They are always very nice and very quick. They dont try to push services that you dont need, and i love that they vacuum my car.

Poor customer service. They advertise closing at 6pm so I hurry to get there arrive at 5:50 only to b told that they stop taking cars @5:45. I asked the worker then why does it say 6pm he told me Ive asked the owner that several times and he has failed to change it. Went to Walmart where the times are correct and they know how to conduct a business.

I really dont know where they are getting their labor and tax information from, but just labor isnt taxable in any law. Ive worked in the field until my back gave out for over 25 years and not once did we charge customers tax on just labor, especially if you brought in your own parts and supplies. True they did take off the tax on my work order but it was only after I call them out on THEIR mistake. I gave the small independent shop a chance but if they tried to screw me over, how many others are they taking advantage of. I will not be going back and wont recommend them to no one I know. Also it took them over 6 hours to complete a 2 hour job, of just replacing brake rotors and pads & 8 spark plugs, they are very inefficient.

This is the worst place to go to, they will scam you out your money. I came in for a simple oil change and the person told me a certain amount, then came out and told me they will charge me more. I told them thats ok I will go to another place but they have already drained the oil from my car. Why tell someone something after? How professional is that? So after speaking with other associates, I was told I could get jus enough oil to make it to another place at no cost. Of course they took back their words and said they never said it and will charge me. Too bad I cant go to corporate because they seem to have no information hmmm but also they lied to my fiance and said he will pass his inspection if one issue is fix and after paying so much money to fix the issue, they REFUSED to inspect his car again and told him I dont know what is wrong yet you told him it was jus one issue. I will not stand for people scamming people out of their money and lying to them. But like they say, people who do evil things will pay its called karma. Im sure the truth will come to the light. :)

Super fast super friendly reasonably priced

First time going they did my oil change first day after that my car started running hot took it back up there to figure out the problem it came out worse my car stared jerking like it was trying to shut up. I took it to the shop and had to pay 400$ to replace spark plugs a cylinder and something else. All from a damn oil change. Sad business will never go back !!!

I went for a check engine light and their recommendation was a tune-up to fix the code.Tune-ups are $178. Later that day the light came back on and I returned at a later day to get the light reset (which was another recommendation of theirs). The light came back for the third time, when I had them run the test and I watched them, the code read a cylinder 2 misfire, which is not remedied by their tune-up. To fix the problem additional work would need to be done which cost $75. I am upset because the code read cylinder misfire from day one when I initially went in for the check engine light. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience it cause or the time I wasted for multiple visits. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, he gave me excuses why the tune-up was the right thing to do initially and hung up on me. The customer service on this visit was horrible, which saddens me because on oil changes they are really good. Needless to say they have lost a customer.

I got my first inspection done here. There is decent customer service, its not too crowded.
