Very Good place a shop was going to charge me $200.00 for my rear wheel sensor said both was out,I told him my dash information show one out,I told him ok I be back the next morning,I got up went to discount tire,I was told $69.00 each how much you charge to install? He said if you buy them here no charge,l paid for two,they check my tires it was like I told the fool at the other tie shop,only one not two,discount tire did tell me it only one the that was on my screen I have been going to discount tire for years if you have that feeling that person trying to get over on you go where you know they want lie or try to cheat you all I paid was 69.00

I had a good experience on purchasing a wheel that was hard to find anywhere else, they did not have it in stock but they ordered it and I received it way sooner than expected. After trying to locate an OEM rim for a couple months, this place had the answer right away. Im very pleased with the service I received.

I went today after a long day of work because my tire pressure light was on. I was hoping to run through the tire check line but it was closed so i went inside and told one of the guys i want to make sure i dont have anything stuck in my tire. (My tires are under warranty with DT) the guy told me sit tight they would check it out. After 20 to 25 minutes he comes out and says youre all good the tires just needed air. Well i get home and pull into my garage and hear a hissss sound and guess what a nail was stuck in my rear passenger tire!! Not happy at all with their service!!

My first time visiting this location. I pull in not knowing where to park or protocol so I parked between the bay areas waiting for someone to come and ask what services did I need and give me directions. After about 7 minutes later, Benjamin came from the bay area and RUDELY told me I couldnt park there. I asked well where do I park? Not here over there. Over where? I then told him about his attitude with me. They have No Signs or anything that says Customer parking or anything. I complained about the issue when I made a my purchase and Ill be darned if the cashier (Ivan) get snotty too. I paid for two tires and after a few minutes and thinking about the service, I asked for my money back. This is how I was treated. I gave 2 stars because the place was clean.

This is by far the best location that I have visited.Geo and Mike went above and beyond in their service. I was there a couple of weeks ago and I came in distressed, but I left grateful and blessed. If I could rate them higher, I would. Do not hesitate to receive service from this Discount Tire.

The curbside service is non existing, you have to go inside for service. They advertise curbside but does not manage the service at all. However, I went in for service they did it quickly and got me on my way. I had an appointment tho.

I had my tires rebalanced after having a wheel repaired. The service was free, but the shop was quite busy on Monday maybe because of the holiday. So it took an hour and a half to get the service done. It wasnt the shops fault. It was an unusually busy day. My vehicle runs smoother after getting the wheels rebalanced.

Love the customer service they have from the moment you walk in to the moment they bring your keys when they are done.

Desoto Discount Tire is a great place to go for quick and good service. Even at peak times, they try their hardest to get you in and out as quick as possible. I had a slow leak in one of tires, and they got it in and fixed within an hour. That was great, I was expecting over an hour and a half ! They are fast, knowledgeable and courteous! From the service advisor to the tech in the shop. The front waiting area is very clean and the chairs are comfortable. It was a great experience, even if it was just getting a tire repaired! I took my truck in because I have a warning light on the panel for tire pressure. They took me right in. They did find 2 nails in my rear tire. Then my tires were rotated & they put missing caps on the stems. Sent me an e-receipt.Im always a satisfied customer!!

During a free tire pressure check, the technician expressed concern that my tire seemed to be delaminating.i looked at it, and he was right! I could see pieces of steel belt showing!I came in the next day and they gave me a credit for the unused tire miles. It turns out that a piece of my wheel-well had come loose and was rubbing on the edge of the tire.Thanks for keeping me safe, Discount Tire!!

I went to Discount Tire because the back tire on the passenger side of my car indicated that the pressure was low and that I was in immenient danger. The Service Technician inspected all of my tires on my car and informed me that not only was the back tire on the rear passenger was low, but both of my tires on the front tread was down to the yellow which was dangerous for gripping the road if I had to stop suddenly while driving and could possibly cause me to be in an accident. I was very gracious for the service provided by the Service Technician because he was very professional and made me feel that he had my best interest at hand.

Went there to get air in my tire and the young man really helped me out. I had a tire that the stem was bad when I bought them from Disc Tires and they were supposed to fix it when I came in about another tire but they didnt. The young man tightened and sealed around the stem for me when he didnt even have to. Thank you again for fixing that tire.

Gray company and great location. You can get free air with a curbside assistance. The workers helped at a very fast paced and were very very knowledgeable of the products. The prices are steep but not really that bad still cheaper than the dealership.

I made an appointment to get a nail out my tire. Making the online appointment was easy. Check in was great, my car was pulled in for service 10 minutes after my appointment which i was told that would occur. I forgot to ask the price of the service. I went to one of the service desk and stood there as Kevin, customer service rep, appeared to be busy. He never acknowledged me and then answered the phone, talked to the person on the phone by looking up an item and quoting a price. He then hung up the phone, still didnt acknowledge me. He then started to what appear to wrap up what he was doing and began to walk away. I said excuse me sir dont you see me standing here. He said ya somebody will.be with you soon. I said i have been serviced i just have a question. He said oh ok, how may i help you..whats your question? He listened and answered my question. I spoke with manager, Geo, who apologized for the experience.For the managers apology, FREE nail patch, todays visit with my appointment was a total of 30 minutes there and my past experience with great service price for tires and warranties, discount tire receives a 3 otherwise they would have received 0 stars for this visit because of the rep. It doesnt matter how busy you are or about to leave dont ignore the customer, we know you busy. Acknowledge the person especially when they are standing in front of you. What really got me is he answered the phone and had a full.conversation helping someone else but couldnt say a word to me! Bad customer service KEVIN. ***UPDATEAfter i posted this review. I received a personal call from manager GEO. He reiterated his displeasure in the svc rep.performance. . He made me confident that when i return, yes i am going back, that i will not have the same experience as the last visit. Great customer service. I went in because my tire pressure light was still on after air had been put in it yesterday. The employee told me to park and go in and they could help me with my sensors. I did just that and the employee showed me how to calibrate my car.

So now I have Two Store Location in Texas, thats not too far out the way too visit.

Friendly and wait is reasonable

We have done business with Discount Tires in our town for 12 plus years and have always had service above and beyond what is expected. Today I called this location because my teenage daughter was driving out of town to a wedding and someone told her on the highway her tire was low. She was scared as she was not familiar with the area. I spoke to a gentleman that answered the phone at 5:40 and told him what was going on and could she come to have it checked out. I said she was 15 minutes away and he said that was fine. She walked in at 5:55pm and two guys were inside and she said my mom called and said I could come by to have my tire checked and they were both rude and said were closed. It was 5:55pm (And I have the time stamps to prove it) so technically if you close at 6:00pm you are not closed and I was told she would be ok to be there at 5:55pm. Discount Tire has completely lost our business because of this.

Pulled in and parked, Craig met me as I walked up. Purchased two new tires, wait time no more than 25min. Didnt get the gentlemans name that pulled my vehicle out, he was exceptional as well. These guys never disappoint me!

Ive been buying all my tires here for the last 8 years, and have always felt the prices were fair. Another plus is the free tire rotation and free air pressure test. (I also recommend purchasing the road hazard option. It has payed off several times)

Got new tires wait time was not long. Associate met outside and directed me to park and get assistance inside wait reasonable!

I made an appointment and it didnt take long for them to get to me or get my requests completed.

Had a bolt in my tire and was able to limp to this location without any pressure loss. The guys patched it up and replaced a faulty stem on another tire. Was able to make it home for my dads birthday. Thanks again!

Great place. I checked and aired my tires up without any issue. There was a line to get airing so I had to wait. But thats cool with me.I cant believe the staff tolerated the guy behind me that cussed them out loudly on the phone for 15+ minutes. I literally told them he verbally threatened them but they shrugged and said it happened all the time. Im not sure if that means the area is rough or that guy is a regular and a jerk. Either way the staff was great.

I came in because my tire was low and yup screw in my tire, of course it happens on my lunch break. At first they told me it would take around an hour when I explained I was on my lunch break and I couldnt come back in time before they closed, they got me in quickly and took care of patching up my tire. They didnt even charge me which I was sure Id pay at least a fee of some sort. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, Im really happy with the customer service. Thank you!
