Excellent Quality work! Mrs. Rose is very peasant, calming, and professional. She and Mr. Rodney were the silver lining around the cloud of my car troubles. Mr. Rodney was very direct and clear in his explanation of the problems my vehicle was having and presented me with practical options for repair. And as much as I hated to have to come out of my own pocket for the cost of the repairs, they gave me a very fair price for the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE KAR MEDIC to anyone

Im not going to say to much but after three attempts my engine light was still on and they were supposed to fix the problem! Also they said I needed a battery and I didnt! So time and money wasted!

I like Rodney as a person. BUT... Ive a problem w returning car & truck back to him for repeat repairs. I paid him hundreds for repairs to the BMW (+ my truck).I always take advantage of free maint checks at dealership. Umprompted, BMW paperwork said car needed EVERYTHING Kar Medic had already fixed!After I paid him $313 for more BMW repairs, 20 mins later, I was stranded on I-20!Note: NEVER, EVER pick a car up from repairs at closing time!Kar Medic was closed. I was stuck on fwy, it was cold & dark, I was scared & had to pay $159 for wrecker to tow it right back to his shop!He reimbursed me, & sent it to another shop for repairs.Took back to BMW today for a separate recall repair. BMW says car STILL has a leak on same repairs Rodney already fixed! Im so frustrated. I dont want to fight with him, but my car needs $900 in (repeat) repairs.Thats just the car... My truck also required repeat repairs. Problem is: Rodney doesnt do the work, he depends on workers who dont do quality jobs. Still on him, though.Will update everyone if Kar Medic makes good on the $900 repair.

Ive been using Rodney for several years for all my mechanic work. Ive never found a better mechanic anywhere! He is persistant and personable and reasonable on cost. Its amazing given his volume!He gets my highest praise and recommendation!

I was recommended to them by a friend. I went up there today and lady that greeted me seemed kinda rude. They have a lot of cars there so I imagine they generate a lot of business. Once I was about to leave she said I could come back Monday but theyd have to order parts and whatnot and wouldnt really give me a time frame of when exactly I could get the car back or how much it would cost so I decided to go elsewhere. Someone else might have better luck, according to my friend theyre pretty on edge but they do good work at a fair price, so you might have better luck than me.
