I was there a few days ago and the associate kept side eyeing me and my significant other very hard. it made me very uncomfortable, almost angry. they also pretended I didn’t exist the whole time I was shopping there. Horrible.

They had some good deals on their hand soaps.

Staff was amazing!! I called and asked if they would hold the sparkly pineapple candle warmer/holder. When I came into the store the associates were all in sync. Totally impressed w/how well they worked together.

It was a great place to go shopping at the customer service was right on point and it was clean smell great and if I had any questions they answered it perfect place to get hygiene products go there and try it out yourself youll thank me at the end

Yesterday I stopped in to the Merle Hay Mall store, I was greeted promptly and sweetly by several different associates as I passed through the store on my mission! I heard a gal say there were only 6 left of champagne toast, to which I promptly asked for all of them as they are my favorite. We chatted and joked a little as I sniffed at other fragrances on the sale.When I went to the register, the gal who offered to help me was new and my issue was a bit more complex so she handed me off to the gal who I’d been speaking with, Tasha. Tasha explained the complexity of the price adjustments because the online items show you can return or adjust in store, and offered to call customer service to get it fixed. Even though we both knew that could take forever since the online stuff had gone down the day before and this big sale had them super busy.She was patient and kind, and conveyed what the phone gal was saying. I got frustrated, not with Tasha, but they were refusing to do my price adjustment even though I was within the policy. I was getting frustrated. And the store systems weren’t pulling up the skews. The gal on the phone wanted to mail me a gift card later but that didn’t help with the candles I was going to purchase now. Tasha was amazing, she knew I wasn’t frustrated with her personally but she empathized with my frustrations and was super patient. It took her away from all the restocking she was doing too!She got off the phone and figured out a way to re-ring them up so it would fix the issue of the price correction without having to give me cash back so I could use my adjustment that day! She took excellent care of me with patience, kindness and empathy. When I had met her I didn’t realize she was the store manager because she was in the grit of it getting those shelves restocked quickly, while still talking to all the customers, but she definitely characterizes what you’d want in a strong management leader, kindness, patience, empathy and creativity to get to a practical RESOLUTION! After my experiences with Tasha and her kind staff I will gladly support that store rather than online any day!

I enjoy the simple life and your stores always provide a nice relaxing atmosphere. My only complaint is being consistently hovered. I like smelling lotions, sprays, soaps and candles but I end spending less time to shop in your store because I am constantly asked, How can I help you? Or Did you know... as if they didnt tell me 5 seconds before.Your products, environment, and staff are always clean and cheerful. The good weighs out the negative. But I would love to make my way around your store without consistently be attended to.Thank you!

My family and I were turned away because we did not have a mask on. This is a violation of our federal rights since you are open to the public you are supposed to treat us as such since we are public. You also have broken many federal laws by turning us away. Let me start out with discrimination. I will never visit or buy from any Bath and Body Works again! I will be talking to a lawyer about this discrimination.

Got some body spray for lady they were very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous customer service at this location! Prior to walking in you are greeted with a mask if they arent available. B&BW in general, Im a huge fan of anything teakwood for home and car smells and definitely In the Stars for body spray!

Sanitize b4 you go in and line if there is one moves fast! They social distance so may be small line. 2020 ugh

Love the fragrances and the staff is always so helpful.

Shopping here is a must. I get my car and house air fresheners here.

I love the ability to buy their products online. I do miss smelling the new lotions before purchasing. But I will stick to shopping online until theres a Covid vaccination.

Best place to wash your hands.. 10 out of 10 would recommend/will come back again. Hell yeah guys keep up the good work!

Usually love this store, but it seems like they skipped right over fall and are already getting their Christmas scents out. ITS NOVEMBER 3RD. I noticed it’s online too, and other stores. Pretty upset theres only like three scents left for fall.

Not much of a guys store. They do have a clean store with great employees although some of their prices are a little high. Girlfriend got everything she needed though!

Plenty of staff there to help with whatever you need. The store can get crowded during holidays since its smaller, but they have the lots of cashiers which makes lines move quicker. They are always happy and courteous with any interaction Ive had in this store. Ive always left with a great experience!

One of my favorite stores to buy hand soap for the not only the bathroom, but kitchen as well. They always have scents that match the seasons, too. If it Is Fall, they have pumpkin latte, etc... Summer? Island sands, fresh unique scents that really bring out OUR senses in a delightful aroma!!! They tailor each season to scents that appeal to that particular season/or event.... I personally love Japanese Cherry blossom, & Black Cherry Merlot!! ♡♡♡They always have new scents coming out for perfumes, sprays, lotions, creams, room sprays, hand sanitizers, candles, etc. They also make cute holders for the candles, cases for the sanitizers, and plug•in warmers too. They also have an amazing line of mens products as well.

I went in there recently with my family and when I went to check out, the cashier asked for my number to put into the system. I kindly declined and then with attitude he told me that I will not be receiving any more coupons if I didnt give out my number! I asked him if it was required that I give my number and he did not respond and rudely gave me my bag! Wont be going back to that store again!

Nice store, well kept sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely she was doing the work of two people that day. She was doing stock along with helping two different customers. Wide variety of body sprays, hand lotions and soaps. Overall, nice shopping experience.

Since I got in trouble for taking a few photos of their products (cause Im a product/marketing spy, i guess), a while back. I only shop here during their 75% sale and really only buy their antibacterial lotion or gel and hand soaps. I used to really like this store.

I love this store!!! I think they should expand this location into 2 sections of the mall!!! The Jordan creek and valley west locations are larger stores but the merle hay store is a mile from my house.

Be very careful with this company I think they are having problems with management. They are calling people do do some mainenance work at the store and they dont pay the people. they will send people to the store and the managers wont even know whats going on. Dom Stricherz of source point is in charge of this maintenance.

I love this store! I can always find something to buy! Literally, I walk 1-2 steps into the store & have a handful of products!

EXPENSIVE! Unless you have a coupon, everything is overpriced. But it is a good place to get something for that hard to buy for person.
