The owner is extremely helpful. She never made me feel rushed. She answered any questions I had. It felt like I knew her, yet it was my first time going to this store. I have never had this experience at the other shops I’ve visited. This will definitely be the store I go to moving forward.

The cashier mommy is so sweet...she was really helpful attentive and has a great personality. The prices are good here. They could have more collections of hair but it will definitely not be my last time visting here. I plan to make this my main beauty supply store i go to in des moines. So if u want great customer service this is definelty the place to go. Mommy is honest and will make sure u get good hair.Also their hair products..like relaxers are fresh unlike some small beauty supply stores. I really enjoyed my experience.Thanks☺

You cant find anything in this place and the workers are rude. Just go to Vanity where you know youll get good service and better prices.

I love the woman I met last night she was very professional she was very outgoing and they have a great supply of hair products at a great price theyre better than medicated me and most hair stores around here for extensions because most hair stores overcharge they care about their customers and theyre always consider it if they can help you find something that will this is only my second time shopping here but I plan to go back again today the beautician is well-known on the inside of the shop she has done several of my friends hair and all of them look gorgeous Im proud to say that this is one of the greatest beauty stores in Des Moines
