Great work! Great Price! Great People!Our 2014 Odyssey was repaired in a timely manner. Due to an accident, the damage was a hanging front bumper with several broken clips and fasteners. The fender was also severely damaged as well as the inner fender. The quality of work was exceptional...as well as matching the pinstripe and adding the appropriate trim along the wheel well which was not mentioned (nor expected) in the initial estimate. I highly recommend this body shop and will definitely use again should I need to.

I recently damaged my bumper and more on my Tesla in an accident. Birch Street got me right in and assessed the damage. Although I ultimately have to have my car transported to a Tesla shop for repair (due to Tesla restrictions), the staff at Birch Street could not have been more pleasant or more helpful. They did a thorough check of my vehicle, diagnosed the full damages and made recommendations, and held it there for me until transportation could be arranged. I would definitely recommend them!

I don’t even know where to start. I am beyond amazed at the quality craftsmanship that was put into fixing my car that was the unfortunate recipient of a hit-and-run. My entire right side of my car was damaged and scratched, and my alignment was thrown off. I put in my claim through State Farm and selected Birch Street for my repair shop, and I’m so glad I did. It’s like the damage never happened. You never have to follow up with them or wait for calls back, Lori is phenomenal and provides excellent customer service with care and kindness. I was very distressed going into this situation—I had never had one of my cars hit before, but Birch Street was informative and comforting during the entire process. I can’t recommend them enough! They did a good job overall. It took a bit longer than they originally told me but it was fixed the way I wanted and they dealt with insurance company the whole way.I will say that when I chose them I was excited because there was a review on here that stated they detailed the person car. That did not happen with mine, they didnt even wash the car.

Excellent service. They did an excellent job on my 2004 Subaru Forester. I was rear ended and they fixed the rear bumper and rear hatch door. The car looks brand new inside and out. Very accommodating, courteous and meticulous work. Highly recommend. they even detailed my car inside and out.

I got into a front end collision in my 2004 Subaru Impreza. My passenger side front bumper, fender, and headlight housing needed replacing. They said drop the car off on Monday, pick it up Friday. I picked it up today and the car looked better than before. Paint matched perfectly, I have no complaints. The staff are very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone that needs collision repair.
