With a large number of auto body shops in the area I was very happy to find this Gem of a shop. Outstanding work! I am oh so pleased with the work done (and I am very particular about my cars). Zero headaches. Drop the car off, they take care of all the communications with the insurance company. I had them do an additional non-insurance repair, they were literally 50% less than most of the quotes I received (and that meant a lot since I paid out of pocket for this particular secondary repair). The work for the secondary repair was also top-shelf, just like the repair the insurance company paid for. Highly recommend!

I cried when I drove in and saw my car...a good thing :) its brand new and it looks exactly as it did before the accident. Im overjoyed .quality work!! The staff are easy to work with and honestly I felt comfortable leaving my baby ( new car) in their care!!!

These guys are great. They do beautiful work and are fairly priced so Id recommend them without question. I had a serious crash with a 92 Maxima and they put in an extraordinary effort to fix the car and my wife was thrilled with the results...the car looks better than it did before the accident! I also had a BMW that had back bumper damage and they handled the repair and billed the insurance company directly. Two great experiences with them.

I ran over a piece of metal and it immediately began deflating the tire. It occurred about 300 feet from Automotive Custom and Collision. The tire went from about 32 lbs pressure to 0 as I pulled in to their parking area. I was a bit anxious as I had an important appointment, which I mentioned to Gary at Automotive Custom and Collision. He immediately dropped everything and within minutes he had replaced the flat with my spare tire and I was on my way, in time for my appointment.I work for a local business and can say without hesitation that any client weve referred to this shop was happy with the quality of work and service. Didnt receive a single complaint. Our business moved to another town and I had forgotten what a good shop this has been over the years.This experience reminded me in business you most often hear about poor service and work, while those who provide excellent service and quality work often seem to quietly fade into the background. It also reminded me that I failed to give the credit due this shop for the professional, friendly, ethical treatment of our clients and the consistent quality of their work.I highly recommend this shop and now have a daily notification pop up on my work desktop, where it will remain until I successfully pound into my dense head theyre still around and as good as ever.

I have lived less than 3 miles from this business for 22 years but first had the occasion to use their services last year when my sons car was dented in the HS parking lot. We loved the work and their willingness to take payment from the responsible party. For that reason, I brought my car this week after I ran over a hunk of ice and cracked a some parts on the under carriage. When I called on a Friday morning asking for an estimation on when the job would be completed, I was given Monday for an answer . When I expressed my dismay because I had to work two 12 hour shifts over a snowy weekend and would be in a bind, they called in extra help and got the job done!!! And my car is nice and clean (just in time for the snow!). I am not going anywhere else for my collision work and I highly recommend everyone in the Derry follow suit.

I was referred to Automotive Custom and Collision by a friend. I had an issue with the accent trim on all 4 doors on my Tahoe. Actually it was a manufacturers defect that became apparent after the warranty expired. The dealer and 2 other shops wanted nothing to do with it. I spoke to Jeff and he knew exactly what to do. Automotive Custom and Collision recently repaired some damages that were done to my car from an accident. I was referred to them by a family member, I had to wait two weeks to get my car in there but I heard that the work they do was incredible. It was well worth the wait. They were excellent to work with, the damages on my car were a little more than the isurnace expected but Jeff and Jack made sure that I was all taken care of and squared up with the insurance company. I got my car back quicker than I had anticipated and when I showed up to get it it looked beautiful. They even washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior!
