We were rear ended a couple weeks ago and we brought our car here to have it evaluated and fixed. We originally submitted an online appointment request and Mark called us back within 2 hours and told us we could drop the car off the next day. After looking at it, it was determined to be totaled. But Mark was super helpful dealing directly with the insurance company and giving us advice on how to proceed. Everyone at the shop were very professional and kind. We will definitely be back with any automotive needs we have in the future.

I have spent 15 years in the automotive industry and I am well versed in many different aspects of this industry. 603 Auto came as a recommendation from Salem Nissan for body repair. Mark is one of the owners who I talked to a few times, very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Mark and 603 Auto put my needs first ahead of their bottom line.My original estimate was for more than I ultimately paid because they were able to repair the vehicle back to BRAND NEW perfect condition for less than I originally anticipated. How often do you pick up your car from the shop and have the actual cost be less than the estimate, doesnt happen very often.Mark and his team did a great job on the repair, my car was 2 months old when the accident occurred and they restored it to perfect condition. Mark and the crew do excellent work. Im very selective as to who I let work on my vehicles, and they have my full trust.I left my vehicle off with them while I was away on vacation for a week to get some repair work done, with the need to pick up my vehicle on the way home to have it back for work. Mark texted me Friday afternoon to let me know it was all set, and where to find my key.When I picked it up, the vehicle was fully repaired to my high standards, and even the interior was detailed, a pleasant surprise!I cant recommend them enough, and will be my go to for any future body and paint work!

They guys at 603 Auto are very professional, reasonably priced and all around good guys . I have done work with other body shops around the area and I could always pick out the flaws that should have never left that particular shop. 603 Auto is by far my go to shop from now on! I had a tail gate on my truck painted gloss black and it is some of the cleanest paint/body work I have ever seen, tailgate had minor dents and scratches when I dropped it off, and when I picked the tailgate up I was amazed at how quality and deep the gloss black paint was. 603 Auto takes pride in there work and it definitely shows and they will be getting more of my business this spring with miscellaneous odds and ends that I am going to have painted /bodyworked.Truly a 5 star auto body shop!

Long story short I destroyed my brand new one month old truck. From the nose to the firewall was in complete disrepair.. or so I thought. Mark and his crew brought my truck back to brand new condition. Being extremely anal about my vehicles and most likely the type of customer most dread. I was skeptical. I went to Mike and crew at 603 motor sports when I inadvertently damaged my truck, which is more like a family member to me than a vehicle. From the moment I met Mike, I could tell that their focus was on making the customer happy regardless of what it took. I explained to Mike that I wouldnt except anything but the best and without hesitation Mike nodded and replied that they wont be happy unless I am. My brand new SUV was in a fender bender recently, and the damage turned out to be worse than expected at impact. A friend recommended that I bring my car to 603 Auto in Derry, but warned me that my insurance company may not have them listed as an available body shop because they are relatively new to the area. I am so glad that I told USAA that I had my shop picked out already, and 603 Auto took care of everything. They even met with the auto insurance appraiser on very short notice at the end of the day in order to expedite the process. The work was done in a timely manner, and Mark kept me in the loop through the entire process. These guys treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. I would strongly recommend 603 Auto for any of your auto body needs.

I took my truck here after purchasing it at leavitt auto it had hidden damage done to the roof! Truck had a major water leak! Ive been to many body shops, a lot of them didnt want to take on the job they couldnt guarantee it! 603 Auto handled the job professionally and managed to redo my entire roof and give an emaculate paint job. The Team at 603 Auto were fantastic to work with! I recently leased a 2016 Chevy 1500 and before I could put a tank of gas in it... BAM, I hit a 10 point buck which left the buck and myself with a big headache! I reached out to Bringing Derry Together on Facebook and some good friends referred 603. The great service started on the first phone call. They were able to take the truck immediately, get an updated quote, dealt with my insurance company, had the rental company come and pick me up at the shop (Enterprise in Derry). I was in a minor collision. I went to get many estimates to repair my tailgate on my suv. I went to the dealership to see who they think does the best collision work. After getting all the other estimates from different places. One of the places was 603 auto and motorsports . I walked in and after doing a lot of homework I chose 603 auto and motorsports. I walked in and Mark and Mike treated me like family. They helped me get into a rental car. The car rental company came to the shop and I left in a rental car. Mark and Mike kept me informed every step of the way. They found a very very small dent in the new tailgate that occurred during shipment they were up front about it. Which I was very happy about. They fixed it the right way. I think if I went anywhere else the other people wouldnt have told me about it and let me find the very the very small dent. Mike and Mark at 603 auto and motorsports are VERY GOOD at what they do. I WILL RECOMMEND 603 auto and motorsports to ANYONE I meet. My suv was repaired to better then new.
