I went to Denver Reel & Pallet to purchase 4 pallets to use as a bed frame. As I had just moved and am living on a very tight budget, I was fine with using used panels. As soon as I told the salesperson this he seemed uninterested in being helpful. He directed me outside to receive the pallets. Although there were stacks and stacks of used pallets in good condition- they gave me 2 that were very old and dingy, splintering everywhere and 1 that wasn’t the same size as the others, which made it impossible to use as a bed frame. No one from their staff stayed outside to discuss the quality of the pallets with me. I had called earlier in the day explaining that I would need to hire someone to help me move these pallets, so I was also paying for someone’s time. Now I’m stuck with these dingy pallets and unable to actually utilize them the way I have intended. If I want to exchange them, I have to hire movers again. Completely inconsiderate on the company’s end. I went an hour before the store closed and they had no other customers in there. I do not understand why I got such bad service and such a poor product.

I had a custom crate built and they did an amazing job. Excellent workmanship and quality. Fast service and communication. Highly recommended.

Great place for adverse crate packaging. Good people all the way around to help you understand their product and a tremendous help with projects. High scale MFG, not sure about lower volume projects but the team is great at solving your needs, definitely stop in.

These guys really know what they are doing! If you need a pallet, or a truck full of pallets, they treat you just the same. Like a real human being!Fantastic service, and true craftsmanship on the final product. Just because its a wooden box, doesnt mean it shouldnt look like a piece of art.Thanks guys!
