Started working on august 14th 2015 its been 6 years since Ive working and 15 minutes from my house love goodwill and love the customers shopping here just the love and kindness from them and my co workers.

A place for hidden treasures. Found what I was looking for and more. Goodwill Hunting!

I would give the store a zero today if I could. An elderly gentleman had his arms full and there were no carts. He found one that was empty and asked me nicely if it was mine. When I told him no, he starting to put his stuff in it. Then one of the employees come and was rude and told the Elderly gentleman that was the cart he was using. I could not stay after that and when I got out to my car the man who was the employee was standing outside talking on his phone. So I guess he really didn’t need the cart that bad to treat someone that way. . So if they treat the Older people in our community that way I hate to see how they treat others I will never never go back.

Decent selection going into the holidays

Nice goodwill. I scored few great items here.

Really good items here. Very organized compared to other locations throughout the city. Items on the shelves were color coded, and they even had a really good assortment of Christmas sweaters.

Wow the best goodwill Ive been too

The worst management I’ve ever experienced anywhere. It’s covid so the fitting rooms are closed which is understandable. I ask if I can return items I purchase if they don’t fit and was told “absolutely yes”. So I buy $100 in items. I try them on at home and come back the next day to return about 1/3 of them. I am told now that it is just a gift card I will receive and not a refund. I told them that is contradictory to what I was told at purchase and they respond with “well it’s on your receipt”...to which I say “well I don’t receive the receipt until after I make the purchase so that is not helpful”. I accept the gift card and decide to call the next day as there was a line and I didn’t want to make everyone else wait. I call and I was told that I didn’t ask the right questions so it’s on me. I should have asked if I can return for money back, not just asked if I can return in general. They put all the blame for this issue on me and were extremely rude and condescending. Absolutely terrible experience which makes me sad because I love the Goodwill.

I do really like this location.. especially the last few visits I’ve had.. I found exactly what i was looking for..I find this location to not feel dirty and is for the most part very well organized. I felt comfortable making my way through the store .. and felt excited to explore..Its always nice when you go to a place like a thrift store, not knowing what or if they ll have what your looking for .. only to find that the one thing you were hoping to find was not only accomplished.. but you find many others things that you like.. you never know til you try.. ;)

Always a good place to go get good used clothes

Who ever is pricing the stuff that they get for FREE is a pos, they up price things to almost new.

Rude, demeaning cashiers. Yelling at people to remove the clothes from the hangers before reaching the check out. Sorry, Im not a department of corrections inmate. Dont bark orders at me.

Everything was overpriced, safety measures such as masks and social distancing were not well enforced at all, and they broke the teapot I bought when they were bagging my items, then proceeded to laugh about it and didnt offer to take the item off of the price until I asked them to and cancelled my transaction. Not a great experience by any means.

I usually get candle holders and dishes there with no problem. Ive even gotten some electronics-mainly old computer stuff-and everything has worked without issue.Also donating is easy also

Store is filthy, stinks, and disorganized.

Large store so the aisles arent too crowded. They just didnt have what I was looking for. (teacups with saucers). Goodwill on Leetsdale Dr. had a better selection. But it changes on a day by day basis.

I will never go to this location .Yes the two shorts I bought there had not only the goodwill tags but also the original tags from the initial retailer .Yes they both where in good condition.The staff at the desk was not helpful even after showing her the purchase on my bank on my phone .I go here without the hopes of returning items so I never keep track of my receipt .If i had the opportunity to try on the shorts I wouldnt have to return the two shorts.

Worst goodwill Ive been too there was a long line and a guy was just decorating with spiderwebs along the registers. They dont care about the customers and arent friendly at all. Completely lazy and they also charged me for a playstation controller that was included with the playstation. Ridiculous thrift store awful customer service.

Not the biggest Goodwill but always has a few good finds.

Clean and organised, but the prices here are pretty high for Goodwill (somehow higher than the one in Highlands Ranch?!) and the shelves were relatively bare. The cashier was nice, but two other employees on the floor (including the older woman with glasses others seem to mention as well) seemed disgruntled.

I was shopping at this location with my grandmother. We were looking throught the mens section and saw there was an unlabeled shirt. I tried it on and saw I loved it but still, no price. So my grandmother talked with an employee and she said she could get it priced. So she looked up the shirt online and saw it was a $148 shirt. She walked away with the shirt leaving my grandmother and I clueless as to what was happening. She came back and told us we had to talk to a lady up front about the price. Come to find out they were taking the shirt off the floor because it couldnt be priced. Both my grandmother and I were very upset about what happened. The woman got a manager and said she could try to get the shirt priced. Still all the while she had a less then polite attitude. She told my grandmother that seniors get a 15% off discount. She came back with the price of the shirt as $9.99, with no discount. We decided to not get the shirt because it was the most expensive shirt Ive ever seen at a goodwill for it being USED. We went to the counter to pay for the remainder of our items and my grandmother showed her ID to get the 15% senior discount. She didnt get the discount and even better, security was called to check the cameras when my grandmother and I were discussing how we werent going pay $9.99 for the shirt. This was the most disappointing and aggravating experience Ive ever had at a Goodwill. I dont plan on shopping at this store, or any Goodwill for that matter, ever again.

We were falsely accused of shoplifting and banned from the store. id like to hear back from the woman who kicked us out asap.

They take care of everyone

The lady at the register was so intolerable, not only did she take as much time as she could but she blamed the holdup of the transaction on me. She didnt even try to act nice or anything, nope got mad bc I inserted my card too early after giving her cash. I told her as I came up that I would be paying cash and card. She then canceled the order, waited a solid 3 - 4 minutes and then told me that the transaction would have to be renetered. Took her sweet time rescanning my purchase. The entire time with a nasty look on her face. As she was rescanning she decided to take the opportunity to twll me how I messed up twice, and how it was my fault for it taking so long. ABSURD! Definitely deserves a write up just for her attitude alone.

They sold me damage vacuum (11-25-2020) cost $49.00. Today when I ask to refund my money one of cashier said they can’t refund after 14 days.

This is a pretty dirty place, but that may have been because we went on a sale day and the staff didnt have time to pick up, straighten up, or clean up. Thats the bad news. The good news about the place is that the merchandise is pretty well organized, there is a multitude of choices of just about everything you could need other than foodstuffs. The prices are reasonable, even without the 50% off we were given.

Not as cool as the Broadway branch, but a good selection of goods and clothing.

It is a thrift store and it helps the community so its difficult to speak ill of the place. Customer service is not the best and the lines tend to get long. Prices arent too bad, but its a non-profit, so again, no reason to complain about the prices. I love this location because you can really score on items you find. I would recommend getting there around 11 am. They generally put out new stock starting around noon

The two women there on the morning of 4/23/19 need to be terminated. Rudest old bags Ive ever encountered. One opened the doors at 8:59 and the other yelled Excuse me. Can I help you? CAN I HELP YOU? from the middle of the store as we walked in. The man behind us told her the other lady opened the doors. Then while checking out, she didnt offer a discount. I told her my partner was a senior. She snapped, Is he paying for it. He had his wallet out so it should have been obvious.

Do not waste your time here.1. As most people mentioned, the old lady with glasses at the counter is extremely rude. Check the item, shove it in the bag, and gives it to you without acknowledging/greeting customers.2. Items are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.The hardgoods are extremely overpriced. Price is as high as new. The manager or people who price these items are out of their mind.I think there is a YouTube video regarding this.

I always enjoy coming here with my kids, especially my daughters can always find something they like here. I come here for all of their clothes and you should too if you have kids from six or seven years old all the way through their teen years!

Great staff recently found a litter robot($449.00 retail refurbished) for $24.99. And And it was 1/2 Saturday so it was $13 and some change. Thanks Thanks good will keep up the awesome savings.

Good variety. Sorted well. Lines are always long during the weekends and after work hours.

If you need to try on clothes, then expect to wait for ay least 20 min to use one of only 3( thats right 3) dressing rooms! Even the 3 only item is ignored by the staff and entitled customers! They have 3-4 more dressing rooms on the other the store but wont open them because the manager said they are never staffed to cover them! This is unacceptable and ignorant for Good Will to show this side of them! Change your policy Good Will- this is shameful and you should feel embarrassed for this egg on your face...

RUDELY STOPPED BY THE MANAGER AT THE DOOR WHEN RETREIVING A BUGGY IN THE ENTRANCE WHERE THEY ARE STORED. I WAS CARRYING 2 LARGE PICTURES TO PUT IN IT WHEN HE LOUDLY ASKED SIR DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THOSE? I SAID IM GETTING A CART HE REPLIED (AGAIN LOUDLY) DONT TAKE MERCHANDISE OUT THE DOOR SUPER EMBARRASING IN FRONT OF COWORKERS AND LOTS OF CUSTOMERS. I HAVE AN IDEA -HOW ABOUT PUTTING THE BUGGIES ON THE INSIDE OF THE STORE NOT IN THE FOYER WHERE CUSTOMERS THAT DECIDE ON ITEMS THEY ARE CARRYING CAN EASILY RETREIVE ONE.

I hate this location. Last hour that theyre open they dont do anything except follow customers around harassing them telling them to make their way to the register which basically makes what should be a little thrifting just a very stressful experience. I know what time it is I know how much time I have left and I never felt so unwelcome as I do at this location. Rudest staff I have ever seen.

Good shopping

Its a mess in here but TBH its thrift shopping that part doesnt bug me, what does is how overpriced some things are like 5.99 for a dirty old t-shirt and the lines are ridiculously long to get out of. Also the selection isnt that great youd think this neighborhood would have better donators.

Disappointing... Yesterday I purchased a brown TV stand and asked an employee who was actually the manager there, how I would go about picking it up the following day. She very bluntly said I can come in whenever but strongly implied that I needed my receipt and if I didn’t have it she would “send me back home”. I thought it was odd that she said it so rudely but didn’t really care much and moved on.. Now i go to pick it up today, with my ticket, and they bring out a book shelf... Turns out they sold my item to someone else.... Not happy at all with my experience and the overall customer service... it’s really not hard to be a nice person and to give the right items to people since you strongly imply the importance of having your purchased item’s ticket with you for pick up..... hoping to have better experiences at other locations...

The staff there are rude. I called and asked about if they had an item available and was told to drive up there if I didnt like it to speak with the manager that they werent allowed to give out information about store items and then hung up very unprofessional like. For one thing the public gave those items to you freely and willingly you people/hyenas arent worth driving to look at. If when asking a simple question I get lashed out at and hung up on! So I go in on my lunch break, 1:45pm.Check out line was Way to long and they had 2 cashiers; on Saturday, 50% off everthing. Why 2 cashiers?There were guys there, security Im sure, they were in black teeshirts, followed me around. Why, cause I Black?I saw a white woman put something in her purse.I dont carry a purse. I had no bag.I keep my wallet in my pants pocket. I go in there 3 times a week. On my lunch break. I work across the street.I got a really nice leather carrying case for my laptop last week. 5 dollars and change.I am thinking about this now and I am TRULY OFFENDED!It was nice today, so I didnt even have on my jean coat with leopard cuffs and collar with big pockets. Yep, Im not happy with this Goodwill.Their over priced, following me around, 2nd, 3rd or 5th hand me downs, with used panties for sale is not for me!

HUGE store yet the men’s sections has 10 racks max with no hoodies or coats 🤨🤨🤨Woman’s sections has over 50 racks just sad!

Long lines but its a thrift store son its to be expected. You can find anything from toys to power tools and prices are cheap. Just be sure to give stuff a wipe down after purchase.

Nice clean store. Dont always find things to buy, but always enjoy checking out their stuff. Im a big nik-nak junky, so its very easy to spend an hour or more looking at all the nik-naks.

Overpriced items for them being donated. Many items broken or damaged yet still over priced but, every now and then you can find a great bargain.

It is always such a mess. The clothes are in the floor a lot and the sizes are not together. You have to look at labels for sizes all are completely mixed together. The housewares are a total mess, also. Many of the housewares have no price tags. Toy section is always a disaster, strown all over the floor. I have seldom been able to get a shopping cart. None available even when there are very few customers in store. I gave it the benefit of doubt last several times. Will not go there again! The Arck on Colfax is fabulouly organized ... much better place to shop!

I was doing community service there. I was supposed to get off at 7pm. I actually worked past my time til 7:15. I went looking for a manager to sign my paperwork to the TIME I LEFT THE BUILDING!!! NOT THE HOURS I WORKED WHICH I WORKED OVER THE TIME I WAS SUPPOSED TO DOING THEM A FAVOR TO GET THE JOB DONE!!!!! I was told ask JACKY to sign me out. As I was trying to explain to her I needed my paperwork to be signed the time I leave the building, not the work hours for them, but for my PO to know the time I LEAVE THE BUILDING! SHE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT UNDERSTAND LEGAL DOCUMENTS OR ENGLISH SHE KEPT SAYING NO YOU QUIT WORKING AT 7:15 REPEATEDLY WHICH I NEEDED THE TIME I LEFT THE BUILDING WHICH WAS GOING TO BE 7:28 UNTIL SHE MADE A BIG SCENE. I TRIED GETTING MY PAPERWORK BACK SHE GRABBED THEM WITH BOTH HANDS THEN SCREAMED DONT TOUCH ME! WE WERE PRETTY MUCH PLAYING TUG A WAR WITH MY PAPERWORK AND SHE CALLED THE COPS FOR KEEPING MY PAPERWORK! THE COPS CAME AND SHE LIED SAYING I WAS TRYING TO SCRATCH HER WHICH IS A LIE I TRIED GETTING MY OWN LEGAL PAPERWORK BACK BECAUSE I REFUSE TO GO BACK THERE TO WORK. SHE WAS THINKING I WAS TRYING TO PUT EXTRA TIME ON THE WORK SHEET WHICH WASNT THE CASE AT ALL PLUS I WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE AT 7 BUT STOOD WORKING TIL 7:15. I WAS ASKING FOR MY LEGAL PAPERWORK FOR MY PO TO TRACK TIME WHEN I LEAVE THE BUILDING TO THE TIME I GET HOME. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BACK ON HERHTO GET MY OWN PAPAPERWORK BACK! SHE WAS GOING TO GET ME IN TROUBLE WHEN SHE WAS IN THE WRONG I RECORDED HER TOO AND IM NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO GET AN ASSULT CHARGE ON HER WHEN IM DEALING WITH MY OWN LEGAL ISSUES. I ACTUALLY DID STAY AFTER THE TIME I WAD SUPPOSED TO, TO FINISH THE JOB!OUT OF COURTEOUSY! SO THE COPS HAD TO GIVE ME THEIR CARD WITH THE TIME I HAD LEFT THE BUILDING WHICH WAS 8:10 AFTER ALL JACKIES DRAMA! ALL I NEEDED WAS A SIGNATURE OF THE TIME I LEFT THE BUILDING AND JACKIE TURNED IT INTO THIS. APPARENTLY JACKIE DOESNT COMPREHEND THE SITUATION AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED BEFORE THIS HAPPENS AGAIN WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND IS WORSE ON HER PART AND IM NOT JEOPARDIZING MY FREEDOM OVER HER STUPIDINESS! OTHER THAN THAT EVERYONE ELSE WAS AWSOME. I WANT THIS REPORTED TO THE STORE MANAGER!

Nice clean store, clerks are friendly and courtesy, shoes, belts, mens clothing generally well organized.

Every other goodwill has one master line. This place is more like a grocery store. It sucks because some cashiers are super slow. One master line please thank you. Be descent stuff though. DVDs too expensive at 4.

This is in the running for the weakest Goodwill in the Denver metro area. If you live in the neighborhood it might be worth checking out, but its not worth the trip from anywhere else.

Service was average. I bought a chair, had to leave it there, cause I had to find somebody with a big enough vehicle to hire. Arrived next day (befor 24hrs.) To pick up... My chair was gone. No one knew anything about it until I said I was going to call the police. Then, someone said it might have been mistakenly sold to another person, while I was holding to ticket, and reciept. The manager said that they would give me any item in the store. Their selection was quite unwanted. Then he offered my money back, I did not want to take it. I feel if I did, then by law it would be settled. I asked for the district managers number. It was late, so I called her the next day. Told her everything, all she offered me was. The same thing the manager of the store did, I refused and said that a crime has happened in your store. What would happen if it was stores property? She said that their lost prevention would be called, and also the police. But since it was my property, they did not do anything. Out of this whole ordeal, I am out the money for the chair, the money to hire people to pick up the chair, and nobody apologized.P.S.Only at you nieborhood(GHETTOE GOODWILL)Where nobody cares :-)

My experience was good and the employees were very personable
