Where do I begin. Came in today to pay my bill. Jessica was incredibly rude. Asked her about ebb program and was told it was ghetto and a waste of time. I have 5 kids and unfortunately need the assistance. Horrible attitude and told me to figure it out.

Great customer service.. great looking out over all great experience, been to a few where they barely wanna acknowledge YOUR need and its what brings customers back. THANK YAAA

Today, 10-9-2021 between 3:30 and 4:00 pm I went to this store to ask for help with my account. The women behind the counter was short with me and not helpful. I left because of her attitude. Hard to say what the problem was. I wasnt rude to her and didnt ask for anything unreasonable.

I went in to this location while waiting for the bus to get some information about switching, Jolene was really kind and helpful she showed me different kinds of devices that may fit my cell phone needs. she also went over each plan with me.I will definitely be going back to see her within the next week or so that way i can become a part of the Metro By T-mobile family

I went in with issues with my phone not receiving calls and questions about my new device. Between Jolene and Annete I got my issues and questions resolved. This store is my preferred location. Great and friendly customer service. Thank you ladies for a great experience every time.

Hit and miss. I could do what I wanted but I got another thing done. As well they were very off putting

Definitely a 5 star rating for jolene. She was extremely helpful and amazing at what she does. Was able to help us and another customer in good time, even made sure we werent late to our appointment. Been going to this store for a couple years now, this was definitely the best experience Ive had

The manager actually cares how she treats the customer. Had 2 separate experiences with her. And both were top notch. Definitely recommend!!😃😃

Absolutely love the manager but unfortunately am going to be going to another store after they exchange a phone I was sold that wont even turn on after less than a week with zero damage to it, I am always treated poorly with attitude every time I go in. Today was the last straw.

Abraham was a good sales rep. and took really good care of me and answered all questions i had. good store for metro phones. thanks man

Friendly staff is always helpful with good prices.

Walked in walked out. Was told they couldnt transfer a phone number and obviously manager was too busy flirting with his co-workers to actually do business. Very sad.
