Andrew and Will both helped me out phenomenally. I would highly recommend seeing them at the cherry creek location. Probably one of the better experiences I have had with an Apple Store honestly.
Nice person outside the store from the Genius Bar helped me today. Was a real pleasure to work with. If I knew his name Id give him a shout out. Thanks again - Connor
I’ve been to this location a few times and I’ve been really let down by the management. I’m pretty polite and have never had a manager refuse to speak to me, but some of these managers prefer not to get involved communicating with their paying customers. I’ve never received this sort of service from Apple and it is disappointing to say the least. I will strictly be making online orders from now on.
Beautiful new location, with a lackluster staff. Came in looking to learn more about the new M1 Pro and Air and left knowing the exact same about the devices as when I entered, and knowing more about how unprepared the staff is to discuss how the new processor stacks up to the competition or even against each other. I was also informed that staff is used to “people just coming in to buy things quickly, not normally asking many questions”. Yikes.
My phone froze. It was a Saturday and they were crazy busy but the guy doing check ins looked at my phone immediately, taught me a trick to restart it (not the usual way) and got it working!
Visiting an apple store was always a time consuming- no value adding experience in general. Today, the security of the store treated a couple with a toddler terribly and practically forbid them to enter the store if their kid wouldnt wear a mask. He actually threatened them that if they walked in he would call the police. What a joke.
Came here to get a laptop, even though they were super busy I knew exactly what I wanted and they helped me get in and get out within 30 minutes! The staff there are so kind, and conversational. They like to get to know you and help make sure you’re buying the best product for your needs. I loved my experience.
Excellent service! The new store location/layout is so nice. Glad they could help us so quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend if you need your Apple things taken care of
I love Apple products but the experience at this Apple store is the worst customer experience possible. I was simply ignored by reps and when I did get a rep, they acted as if they couldnt be bothered. Really horrible. They should just close this store because it is doing more harm than good for the brand. Indeed, closing all Apple stores makes a lot of sense because buying online is so much more efficient and enjoyable for those whove committed to the Apple ecosystem.
It is clear that this place is filled with amazing, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable staff. Whenever we go there, we are consistently pleased with whatever we buy and/or have to repair. Thank you for hiring such wonderful staff! We love this place!
Went in there and had 5 items in mind to purchase but the staff asked me if I have a reservation otherwise I can’t buy it and said or if I really want to buy the items ( seriously asking if I was being serious about buying) then he would help me with his power to TRY to help me to get a reservation. I found that funny where I was going to spend money but I feel like I had to beg. No, thank you😅
I had a horrible experience at the store. There are more staffs than customers, but the staffs were chatting on the side instead of assisting customers. If you ask a question, you will be treated like you disturb their peace. I tried to buy an iPhone, one of the staff said” have you decided yet? If you take too long I can’t help you. “ Right after I purchased a product, the staff immediately walked away and went back to chat. He didn’t tried to help me to set up or not even say thank you. Super unprofessional! I will never shop at an apple store again.
I hate appleBut dang this is a sweet looking and well layed out store
I needed to change my phone since I had apple + coverage; by appointment, I went to this store and after i was waiting 10 minutes after my appointment time, I saw a few representatives walking looking for someone, and it seemed that no one wanted to attend me; I approached one of them, and he very rudely raised his hand in front of him, showing me his palm, stopping me from speaking, saying very rudely that he would attend to me later, another of the representatives approached him and with a move of his head pointed me, this new character came to me only to tell me that the system was down, so they could not make the exchange, and I had to request the replacement online to receive the by mail the replacement. This was the second store that I went by appointment to make the exchange; Definitely, these apple stores are useless when they do not receive the benefit of the cover.
Jamal helped me out with getting a new MacBook Pro and was awesome! Very friendly, funny, and had a good vibe to him. Thanks man :)
I had no idea that the store had moved, so when I saw a random big line outside a storefront in the corner of the mall, well, I was immediately drawn in -- turns out the line wasnt even for me! A security guard came right over and answered my questions before Id even thought to ask, and made it clear I could come in without having to wait. I imagine if Id had a more pressing tech need, an appointment would have been very helpful, but all I needed were a couple accessories.Later on, after Id found what I needed, I approached one Genius member who was already busy (waiting for an appointment to come in) and behind me I heard Natalie let me know she was there! I felt very badly for having not seen her in the first place, but I was glad she spoke up because she was amazingly helpful. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability and gave me super useful advice on a future purchase Im planning but still on the fence about. Im so grateful for her help and I hope that more folks come to her for help, because shell tell them exactly what they need to hear. At least, she did for me! : )Thanks again, Natalie, I really appreciated your help.
Do you work here?YeahCan I buy a computer from you?Its not that simple...Come on, Apple. Isnt it, though? Im not looking for an experience. I know what I want. Just let me buy a computer. You have 5 Apple people standing around the store hanging out. I have made an appointment (for some reason), and that time has come and passed already. I miss when buying something was direct and simple.
Recently I bought iPad Pro and won’t charge anymore took it to Apple store to see what’s going on they said charger input is damage by me and will cost me $500. Just bought it and was using its own charger, how I’m supposed to damage 2 MM hole.
The only reason I gave 3 stars is because Tony OG (nug fan) in the genius bar. He turned my visit around. Otherwise most of the employees are rude and act like they are better than the customers.I took my MacBook pro in for repair and had an appointment. We were a few minutes late and they had to reschedule. Okay not a big deal really but the girl setting the appointment at the front was straight up rude to my partner and I. Her attitude was snide. I wanted to offer her a motrin. We had to wait for the next appointment because checking me in as a walk in seemed too difficult. I was ready to leave and go to another Apple store. Thankfully I had to get something from another store in the mall.As I stated Tony was worth the visit. He saw us as people. He was respectful and helpful. The girls working there, not so much. I understand this is a higher end mall but that does not make you better than the customers because you work there.Good for Tony, he is the only thing good i have to say about this location.
Absolutely horrible. Matt, the manager was harassing, rude, and condescending and aggressive. What’s even worse is that afterword I spent two hours on the phone with Apple, and they had absolutely no solutions for my issue. I would certainly go to another store, and I would even consider not using Apple in their products at all.
There is a lady there by the name of Tina, super argumentative, not trying to help at all. I’ve visited multiple apple locations all over the world and I’ve never seen such thing from an Apple employee. Confronting and uncomfortable attitude towards customers.
This store was always my go-to. They have a gorgeous new redesigned layout. Unfortunately I was treated pretty badly here by one of their geniuses, which was unlike any other experience I’ve had with apple. The gentleman working with me was abrupt, annoyed, and shamed me for having an “old” MacBook Pro (2016… yea it’s not brand new, but it’s not old). They also misdiagnosed my issue, which apple corporate pointed out to me when I sent it in through their phone service after having such an unpleasant experience at this store.Apple’s corporate phone line saved me as a client. The store employee was so rude I reconsidered buying any more apple products, but corporate did right by me and then some.I’ll continue buying apple products thanks to corporate, but the store needs some major training on compassion with clients. We spend thousands of dollars here, please don’t be unkind.
I hold Apple in high regard, for product and service either at the Cherry Creek store or by phone service, (tech help). Ive purchased all my phones, laptop and accessories at this store and usually find the sales help exceptional to work with. Im rating 4 stars because every once in a while I talk to an employee who seems not to be very excited to help, but since Im eventually able to get what I need, I never complain. Thats my opinion and Im sticking to it... Good luck
The blonde girl outside setting everyone up for an “appointment” was very unpleasant. She had no business being rude to my family and I. Almost seemed as if she was insinuating we didn’t have money to shop there, we walked away with 2 new Apple Watches with the help of the guy inside.
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Trust me, you have a great experience if you just take the time to understand how the business works. I made mine, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. No trouble. The staff that helped me was so kind and we joked about my situation
So fast and friendly. Scheduling a Genius Bar appt was so easy, they helped me on time, and fixed my mac’s trackpad/keyboard cable in like 15 minutes. They were so nice too.
Love apple, but hate this store. Walk in ready to spend $2,000 but get nothing but a wait while I watch more than 6 associates do NOTHING. I’d rather buy at Target.
Im a 20 yr+ Apple user and supporter. Went into this store to buy 2 items - a new iPad and a new Apple watch. Was told by the staff I couldnt buy it now without an appointment. I asked again if he was joking and confirmed I couldnt buy them. Steve Jobs would be disappointed - not the way it should be. A shame, wont go back and severely tarnishes the Apple brand.
Went to see if my headphones could be fixed, but the genius bar was little to no help.
I soend money up in here all the time. Still gets me that I dont get validated parking
Always negative experiences at this location. They messed up my phone and now I have to go back the THIRD time. First time I went in I had an appointment but they blew me off, they damaged my face ID and battery itself the second time. Some of the people who work here are pretty rude and indifferent.
Highly critical cause it’s Apple. Waited longer than I would’ve liked to pick up a device in repair. Overall the experience was flawless. Waited about 10 mins to pickup, shoulda been closer to 5 mins IMO.
Just wanted to give a big shout out to Ed from the genius bar at this location. He knew exactly what he was doing when he helped me with my airpods pro issues and spent no time waiting or figuring out what to do because he knew exactly what to do from start to finish. He was very friendly and funny and quickly fixed my issues. Good job Ed youre awesome!
I can understand the negative reviews. It’s definitely hit or miss with the staff. Some of them are pretty rude. However, I had a Genius Bar appointment with Will today and he was awesome. The perfect blend of chill, laid back and relaxed but also on-task, knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure I had all the answers I needed without wasting time, but also without making me feel rushed. Great employee. The new store is also impressive, and I don’t say that lightly. I haven’t found myself taking photos and videos of the inside of a store in a very long time. Awesome design.
I’ve been here several times for repairs of my Apple products, mainly my MacBook Air, which Apple acknowledges has a poorly designed keyboard. Service varies. Some of the Geniuses are helpful and friendly but some are not friendly and are far from Geniuses. I wish there was another AppleStore in Denver. When I complained again about the bad keyboard design (keys constantly sticking) the “Genius” blamed me and suggested that I shouldn’t eat in front of the computer. So apparently Apple products are no longer designed to be used while you eat or drink. Good to know.Apple products used to just work. And when they didn’t Apple used to just fix them. Not anymore. Maybe spend less effort making TV shows and more making products that actually work. The “Genius” that I had also told me that the mall prohibits them from validating parking. That’s not true. Apple keeps using this word “genius” but I’m not sure it means what they think it means.
Worst service, rude and INEPTSSave trip go BestBuyI got same items great service.
It was a sad for me today when I went to my appointment at Cherry Creek Apple store I got a Apple watch for a gift and I took it there because it wouldnt charge or anything and they didnt honor their product they just said that it didnt have a warranty that they dont sell things that dont work which it didnt work it didnt charge it was blank and they tried to say that it would cost me over $200 to fix it or refresh it and maybe I should just buy another one they didnt do anything for me today it was just a sad day for me sorry to say that but thats the truth they didnt honor their product they acted like I was trying to scam them. They looked it up seen where it was where it was sold and knew it wasnt even used ever so why couldnt they fix it?
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. They are practicing social diatancing pretty well. They put your name on a list and call you when theyre ready to service your needs. Not necessarily a quick stop, but they tried to hurry.
Like many, weve been avoiding in-person retail. Popped in to get a screen protector replaced on my wifes iPhone. COVID precautions were in place, everyone was relaxed, polite, helpful. I generally find the Apple Retail experience to be very good and these folks–in trying times–are doing a typically great job.
Such a shi77y service. Went to go pick up my Apple Watch, got handed it to me, and lady just moved on to a next person that didn’t even have an appointment to speak to a tech. I had a couple of questions, Did even ask me if I had them… I’m a loyal Apple customer, but this was just a slap on face. F U Apple cherry creek “tech”.
Parochial mask and reservation policy.Required us to have a reservation to buy an iPad when the store was populated with way more staff than customers.Apple has that kind of money to burn I guess.
I brought in my computer for repair, picked up my computer, used it for over a week, then received panicked calls that they gave me the wrong computer! Apparently they had a mix-up, but explaining my situation on the call line was extremely difficult. Plus, they made me wait 30+ minutes everytime I showed up after my scheduled appointment.
The staff here was rude and lazy. I just wanted to buy a computer. I spent 1200 dollars here in a day and I was treated like a piece of trash. Great computers Apple, but you should think about replacing your staff or working on some sort of training program. I honestly thought about buying a Dell for the first time in my life because of the rude, curt, or lazy demeanor of the staff.
Definitely not my favorite mall. I tend to only come here if I have a specific purpose like biding the Genius Bar at the apple store. The mall itself is nice. It’s clean and spacious and there are a lot of high end stores. The employees at the different stores I’ve been to have been great. It’s also not a very busy mall so you can usually get in and out. But this mall does have paid parking only. It’s $2 for the first 2 hours and then an additional $2 per hour after that. It’s not expensive but it’s annoying and a hassle, especially when other malls are free to park at. My second issue is with the people that shop there. They all seem very rude and snobby and it gives the place an uncomfortable aura. There are plenty of other malls in the city where these things aren’t a problem so I don’t usually bother coming here.
My son ordered a new tablet and accessories, it was very busy, but we were served quickly and professionally
We hussled to get here before they closed. We were in the door 15 minutes before they closed and we knew exactly what we wanted to buy. We cant sell you a computer because its too close to closing time.. Thanks a lot.
The staff at Apple CC are always amazing.
Low efficiency and chaos. Worst Apple store ever visited.
Super disappointing... space is lovely, but walk in capacity is extremely limited. COVID restrictions in Colorado have changed significantly in the last few weeks opening up retail and restaurant spaces, and the Apple website indicates that walk-in shopping is available. There were maybe 12 people in the sizable store when we arrived, yet we were told we couldn’t shop without an appointment.
The worst customer service, manager wouldn’t even speak with me. WOW the most terrible and frustrating experience I have ever had with a company
I’m a hotel manager so I know how important reviews are and I don’t have any intention of damaging the stores reputation, the customer service was great and each person I talked to was super friendly and helpful. My experience was bad because of a small oversight that ultimately had huge repercussions. Whoever the technician that swapped my phone made a mistake by not swapping the SIM card to the new phone. I realized this once I got home (store had closed) and couldn’t receive the verification text code to recover my Apple ID and restore my phone to the most recent back up. While this may normally not be a big deal my first day at work is tomorrow and I rely heavily on my phone. I had to email my boss of the company to explain all of this, miss tons of potentially very important phone calls, & can’t access my email without verifications text codes that go to my phone - let’s just say it was kind of an embarrassing way to start my first day of work. Long story short, I should’ve set the phone up in the store so I made the discovery then, before getting home and being is this awful position. But since it was and should be expected that this step (transferring the SIM card) would be normally completed by the technician prior to giving back the new phone, I do and will expect some sort of compensation for 1) the inconveniences this caused 2) the time and money it cost me to drive back to the store, and 3) the embarrassment on my first day at work looking irresponsible at not fault of my own.Thank you.
I was late for my appointment due to their location moving, they were understanding and still got me in in a timely manner. Every employee from entrance to the employee who specialized in Macs that helped me was exceptional. I have been to many apple stores for tech help and this is by far the best.
Shouldn’t have to wait 30 mins for someone to help me when I made a Genius Bar reservation for a specific time. Many employees but no one approached during that time
Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Rude manager. I went in yesterday to get my laptop repaired with a Genius Bar appointment. I also needed a power adapter. The Genius Bar “genius“ gave me The wrong power adapter. And trusting that he is a genius I didn’t discover that until I got home. I don’t have a car so I had to get in an Uber and pay $80 round-trip to take the power adapter back and exchange it for a new one. I asked for the manager when I got to the store today and requested an $80 store credit to cover my inconvenience for their mistake. He immediately became very rude and said he’s not going to do that. they make you stand on the opposite side of the table which is 4 feet away and so to make the exchange of the power adapters I slid my power adapter that was the wrong one across the table so that he could slide the correct one across the table to me. Instead of sliding it over to me he accused me of throwing my adapter at him. And he wouldn’t hand me the adapter that I had paid for with the credit card over the phone when I made the appointment for the express pick up. Needless to say I said just give me my power adapter I don’t want anything from you now that you treated me horribly. And I made it clear I would be giving a one star rating. He wouldn’t give it to me even though they had proof of my credit card purchase on their screen. So I reached across the table and took what was mine and walked out. I run a business, if my customers are ever unsatisfied with any detail of my product and my service they get a 100% refund with no questions asked any and every time such an event were to occur. But because I always give 100% satisfaction my customers do not have to ask for that! It is automatically offered when I recognize that a mistake is made. It’s time for you to recognize your arrogance Mr. Apple store manager with a chip on your shoulder
More trouble than it’s worth. Online experience is actually better than store. If you want to avoid wasting your weekend time, read here… I walked in Sat AM to buy a laptop. Got turned away because I had no reservation. I guess I understand…but obnoxious. I said “pull a MacBook off the shelf, run my card, and we’re done” - greeter said NO. Sunday AM. Came back and presented my old MacBook Pro for trade in (screen broken). Store wouldn’t honor trade-in as advertised on website (trade-in reduced for broken screen). Only $100 so who cares, but again…obnoxious. Told the rep I’m ready to buy, screw the trade in. The rep warns me that I will be unable to use Office apps on any laptop with new M1 processor. Which sounds ridiculous but I take this person’s word for it and leave empty handed. After online research I learn…no problem using Office with M1 processor based MacBooks (except Teams, which is cr@p anyhow). So it seems like a lot of car time and mall time for nothing. Like, all I want to do is hand over $1200 and get back to work with a new Mac. Website makes it easy. Maybe the store is good for people who want to fondle everything from Cupertino, then turnaround and buy some Android or PC junk. 😂😂😂 If you know what you need and just want to swipe your card and go, avoid this store. The person who helped was nice, so they get a ⭐️Follow-up - I ordered a MacBook Air online. It was delivered to my house the next morning. Office installs and works perfectly!! So at least one person at this store has no idea what theyre talking about.
Found out you need an appointment to buy an Apple Watch. We knew which one exactly and were ready to just grab and go, however they were booked for the day. I’ve never been to a store that doesn’t allow purchasing. Horrible experience, and lazy staff it seems.
Rude folks here. Nothing new for apple stores but figured it would be helpful to post that this location is no different.
Miasia was awesome in helping me secure my Macbook Pro when I couldnt get my payments figured out online. Thank you!
Went for curb side pick up,quick an fast no delay in picking up or long wait
Ouch, theyre rude. Like very rude.
While the staff were knowledgeable and nice, the location of the store inside the mall changed. A company that understands the value of data, thought that down the hall to the left was adequate to direct you to their new location. For the record, they are on the OPPOSITE side of the mall near the other end. Park on the opposite side of where you normally would or walk the entire length of the to get there.
Apple has always treated me well in the past and taken care of my issues when visiting the Genius Bar. Yet this experience was very disappointing. After struggling for over a year with what seemed to be a software issue on my MacBook Pro it turned out to be an issue with the main board. I assumed my consistent crash reports to apple would be adequate in proving the issue was present before my warranty expired. Sadly I was mistaken, Apple would not honor the warranty and asked me to pay in full for the ~$700 main board. I pleaded my case with a supervisor named Matt Vella who while polite was totally useless and unsympathetic. Because they had “no way to look up my crash reports”, he was unwilling to help. Expensive lesson learned. On a positive note Tommy my technician was wonderful and I got the sense he was disappointed with his supervisors decision not to help me, too bad he isn’t the supervisor.
My favorite part about apple is how they slow or break your phone with software updates once it’s about 3 years old. The guy even told me that ~3 years is a reasonable lifetime for their $1000 phones. I suggest you google “apple settles lawsuit for slowing phones” before you go in so that you have some Ammo in your back pocket.
Not bad, coulda been better.
Staff was very helpful nice and went over everything to be able to understand the apple cares.
I bought a MacBook pro here that has had issues since I got it. Fan runs loudly at all times and vertical lines appear on the screen depending on the angle of the lid. The problem has continued to get worse over time so I took it to the Apple store. Apple wants $600 to fix what seems to be a simple display cable issue, and they were not sympathetic to the fact my computers only 3 months out of warranty. Genius bar representative was very condescending while trying to convince me that a $600 repair on a $1,600 laptop thats barely over a year old is normal. I used to be a fan of Apple products but I will never buy anything from this company again.
I am a big user of Apple products and usually go here in case I run into problems or want to check out whats new, since its the closest one I live to. First thing I should mention is if its been a few months since youve been here, they have now moved to be just outside of Nordstrom and have undergone a slight remodel, which I personally like a little bit more since the lighting is a little darker and it feels cozier inside. Ive also neverbhad a problem with the staff here either, since they are all so friendly and helpful, and always know what theyre talking about when discussing various products. And yes, Ive avoided buying anything since everything is retail price (which is way too much money) and never on sale but its nice to be able to go in, see all the products up close, and ask questions in order to make a better decision about what iPhone or iPad to get next. Overall, I highly recommend this location if living within the metro area since the other ones are much further away and like I said, I always get good service at this one.
There was a wait to get in the store but everyone was handled according to appropriate guidelines and I felt safe moving in the store. There was employees cleaning while we were in there which is comfortable. Their on hand merchandise was incredible. I saw several products that I had not seen before and really had no idea about. I just went in to get my girlfriends phone repaired but left with a few things on my list to get. The employee that helped us was so nice. He had five years working in the store and his knowledge and demeanor made it easy to get the repair done in a timely manner. If youre spending on these devices this is the customer care you want to recieve.
The most profitable store in all of retail... And they dont validate parking? Ugh.Staff is actually professional and efficient, but Ill be shopping elsewhere.
Thieves!! I gave them my phone to check out or fix and they said I had to bring the replacement back within 2 weeks or I’d be stuck with it. Brought it back 13 days later to be sure, and they said I was given a week!?? Manager did nothing but try to sell me another 2 versions newer (like I gave them to fix) and apple care never responded to my complaint.Just LOVE being robbed by a multiple billion/trillion dollar company and unable to work now...
Typical Apple Store full of people fawning over Apples admittedly sexy products and a line of people awaiting help.
Worst Apple store ever, horrible staff and even with appointment you are still going to have to wait for ever. I want to slap every one in there for being incompetent and slow as can be.
Definitely the flagship Apple store of Colorado. Incredibly well-designed interior. Line was short, fast, and staff was extremely helpful 10/10
Zak is so helpful and friendly. Even though I told him I was planning to buy online, he answered all my questions and made some helpful recommendations so I could make the right choice.
Needs a massive revamp. Staff is neurotic, rude, unhelpful.
Moneyyyyy Iphone 12 pro max
10 guys walking around and talking each other and no one get close to you to ask, how can we help you?, crazy stuff plus you are there and they make you set an appointment for a week latter, why if I’m paying expensive phone plus is a multimillionaire company they don’t have anyone at the moment to take care ??
Wasted my time driving down here to be told that you cant buy an iPad without having it sent to your house. What is the point of the store if you need to order what you need online????
I have set up an appointment to buy I phone 12 pro max. This is the third time that I bought I phones from there, but I spoke with the horrible employe and one manager while I was there. The employe was rude and very unhelpful. I was surprised that the manger also did not ask me if she can help just said sorry! and she did not even ask me what I want!!!! DON’T recommend this place.
Average overall. Instore 4 star. Customer service phone 1 star.
I went there to find out more about Mac Book. Goldy and Mike provided excellent presentation of particular products that I inquired about.
Fast, friendly And answered all my questions, I didnt even have time to read Any of my book.. BUSTED WHEELIN N DEALIN
If I can give advise to anyone about reviews it would be to always get the name of the person you worked with so you can give them credit. My girlfriend had an issue with her iPhone and we made the appointment to go in. The tech that assisted us was so knowledgeable and professional it made me sort of like Apple (Android all the way here!) His customer service was beyond good. It bothers me that he will not get credit for this but also seems like the type that would just say, Hey man, it is my job and passion. No sweat!Hopefully he reads this and gets to know how he changed 2 peoples day!
This Apple store is unable to welcome walk-in customers at this time. Im grateful that all the other stores at the mall and in the community are less restrictive and still accommodating walk-in customers in a safe manner. I guess, unlike Apple, they cannot afford inconveniencing customers.
Extremely helpful! They were unable to help with my water damaged phone (expected) but they provided me with a multitude of options and answered every single question that I had. I can’t remember the guy’s name, but he was tall with a beard and worked with photography. Super friendly and knowledgeable
Mostly bad experiences here...tl;dr These people arent trying to help you, and you might have to escalate to get a fair chance at actual customer service.Mothers Day, made an appointment over the phone, drove both my mother and wife here to shop for new iPhones 12s, and were turned away at the door because they couldnt find the appointment in their system. No openings for the rest of the day either, apparently.Previously (and pre-pandemic), I had an error on my iPhone 7 that Apple was offering a free fix for. I made sure the phone was eligible on their help site, then went in. After a long wait for my appointment to begin, employee did the same check that I had done at home, but didnt give it more than 15 seconds to finish. He said the phone wasnt eligible and sent me away. If I hadnt come back to the store, complained, and shown the completed check to a different employee, I wouldve been out a phone.
Great service, short wait time, awesome experience 👏 😎
Apple store manger is rude he doesn’t understand what I have issues problems.
Ashley helped me out alot. Theyre service os awesome
Good service, repairs are done in a timely manner and done well. Apple makes it very easy to get the service you need quickly and it is very easy to book an appointment online. When I went to pick up my phone their system was down, and as a result, it took a little longer to get my phone back as the store seemed to be in chaos. They made up for this, however, by giving me a $270 repair for free due to the fact that they were unable to charge me.
Terrible customer service. Instead of putting all the work force in sales, hire more people to handle the service side.
Rude staff and you have to make an appointment to shop here. I don’t do appointments to shop.
Definitely following all requirements regarding 6 feet distance apart, asking all state required questions, minimum amount of people in the store, had the floor marked to make sure everyone was in a safe distance apart. Temperature was taken and you could only enter if you had an appointment. They went out their way to make sure everyone felt safe. Mask required as well. Why I didnt give 5 stars was because I called prior to my appointment and the item I was looking for they stated was in stock and wasnt.
Very rude and harsh customer service. Manger Jon needs a big attitude check and a retraining in customer service! Felt rushed disrespect not listened to. As a healthcare professional who understands bedside manner it was so shocking to see someone treat a client so rudely!
HUGE shoutout to Jon, Anyel, Chase, Matt, and Athena at the Cherry Creek location! Im naming my first borns after you all! I was panicking because my phone wasnt restarting (apple logo for days). The genius bar is appointment only for obvious reasons, but I need my phone to access my work computer (2-factor authentication) and couldnt wait for an appointment. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in and reset my phone. You guys are seriously the best thank you so so much for your kindness, expertise and understanding. Also -- the new store looks amazing!
Prior to COVID-19, this is the only store I trust. Now it’s really difficult to buy products in store. So I suggest just ordering online. Not sure it the sales person’s name was either Alexandra or Alexandria but shoutout to her. An amazing bilingual young lady and very understanding. Better than Park Meadows.
